Got a recommendation from a neighbor about this place & was extremely pleased with the service & customer care I received. They took the time needed to ensure the problem was properly addressed & kept me posted during the progress. Very honest & friendly staff. Bringing all my vehicles here in the future.

Very good and responsible car service. People who work there are professional, kind and friendly. They fixed my beloved Chevy Monte Carlo and there were few serious problems. They checked everything by their own and repaired what needed to be done for safety driving and consulted everything with us over the phone. Now, my beautiful 16 years old Monte Carlo runs like never before since I have him. So I m very happy. My only regret is that I didn t find Emm s service earlier Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Transmission repair, Oil change

Avoid using this inspection station. Failed my vehicle to facilitate using his repair service. I had a mechanic who already serviced my vehicle with a clean bill of health after an exhaust system cleaning. well that's the end of thataabout a year ago i spent around $2000 getting my van up and running tip top shape. i've been swinging by every now and then since.today i went to get a small part fitted into place. the kid i normally see isn't working there any more. the older guy comes out and spends about a minute looking at my problem and lets me know i got the wrong part. super informational. i let him know i'll be back with the right part and he lets me know that i owe him $10 for his time. i only had $20 bills and he made change. i let him know he's losing a customer over $10 and he said it's fine since i clearly do all my own work. but he remembers my van from last year when i spent almost 2 grand?? oh well. bay shore auto is a better location with better people who do quality work very affordably. i can't imagine emms being open another year without that kid

THIS is the place you are looking for! In all my 30+ years of driving, I ve been looking for an honest, fairly priced, knowledgeable place to take my car. After, as a single woman, being taken for a ride far too many times to count, I will never go anywhere else again. I ve been here numerous times for anything from an oil change to a dead battery . These guys know what they are doing, are super nice and the price is right. Don t hesitate, this is the place to go!

This family owned business is a God sent! They are honest and hard working. I feel that they always do thier best to get my car fix and back on the road as fast as they can.Recently I had to be towed and I called Emm's Auto Repair and with in a 1/2 hour they got to me and even gave me a lift home. What service-- Oh and it was a Saturday. The BEST Service ever. Its hard to find friendly, hardworking businesses these days- This is just what I experienced.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning, Oil change

I googled and found Emm s .I struck gold! Family business that did not take advantage of me. My car is running great and will definitely take any of my cars back and will recommend to my friends! No better team of small town, family oriented, first name basis technicians to honestly and correctly troubleshoot and/or repair whatever vehicle issues you might have. Stay away from the big dealerships that all they care about is volume and charging you as much as they can. Emm's will give you an honest evaluation and cost estimate that, most of the time, turns out cheaper than it was quoted! I won't take any of my family's vehicles anywhere else.

Father and son running this are great ... I had hitch installed for my minivan and rear breaks changed ... very economical but quick and good service.

I certainly made the right choice when i came. What a great service. I was afraid that my car was not safe to drive and they agreed to have a look at it right away. The part needed was not available and they actually made a custom made part of it. Checked all was in working order and safe. Could not be happier. Thank you! Great family run Business, I have brought my car and my family have brought theirs also to them and never had a problem. They let U know what needs to be fixed right away, if it can wait and everything is done In a timely manner. Great prices, superb service.

I started bringing my cars to Joey Senior in the 1970's and still bring all my automotive problems to him and his son now. I have owned over 30 cars between now and then, foreign and American, and Emm's Auto Repair has worked on all of them. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. All repairs are done right the first time, and if they see a potential problem that has not yet BECOME a problem, they let you know if it can wait or should be taken care of soon, and that makes me feel secure that my wife, kids and I are driving reliable cars.

Owner joe was extremely rude and unprofessional, raised his voice and yelled when we were speaking calmly, said he would only accept cash and not accept any other form of payment. I would strongly advice NOT going to this shop EVER!! Caution!!!! Will also be filling a complaint with the BBB/ NJSOS/ consumer affairs

I was struck on my motorcycle yesterday by a driver not paying attention. One of my employees from my motorcycle shop came to pick the bike up but the police had already called EMMS, which was only 5 miles away to come get it. When the tow truck arrived I told him I didn't need a tow because we had one in the way. The driver told me he wasn't leaving without paying the $120 just for him driving 5 miles and turning around without any tow service. This company is worse than the driver that struck me. Do not use them for any roadside or repair needs!! Not the kind of people you want handling your accident or repair needs!

These guys were quick and reasonably priced. I got 2 new tires mounted and installed plus an oil change. I will definitely use these guys again.

I have take a few cars to Emm's over the last several years. Friendly guys and easy to deal with. They fixed the problem the first time at a very fair price.

Don t let the older look fool you this is a excellent mechanic Wayne did my family a solid the vehicle was a newer 2014 Buick with engine problems he coordinated with us had it fixed in a jiffy Thankyou from my family to yours at Emms auto
