Bear with me on this review... I went to them for the first time the night after I got a flat. That night was one of the worst nights of my life (not because of the tire). When I came in the next day, 45 minutes early for my appointment, looking and sounding like I had flattened the tire with my own face, they showed me nothing but kindness. Even though they were busy and I was really early, Jeff, the gentlemen who took care of my car, made time to get my car taken care of right away. The two front desk ladies were warm and patient with me and my brain fog.When Jeff finished with my car, he told me I had another tire with a nail in it and that he patched it up at no charge. All he asked was for me to give them a good review.I'm not giving them 5 stars just because they saved me money. I'm giving it to them because their collective compassion was the first bit of comfort I felt after a heavy night. This is the kind of kindness we need more of in the world.Sincerely, thank you.

I ve been here twice and each time the staff was nice. They kept me updated on the progress of my car and always double check the services I selected to make sure we on the same page. I don t know about other Mavis locations, but this one is the best by far.

10/10 !! Highly recommend the woman Miley, and all the staff were super helpful and friendly. When I was having a very stressful time with my tire blowing out very grateful to have used them & will be back

At the front counter I was given great customer service from the beginning and gave great a explanation informing us on the work we needed. thank you Mavis now we can feel more confident and comfortable

Lewis was a gentleman, professional and a life saver this day!!I was having multiple issues with car dealerships, managers and warranties- saying multiple things to me today - he saw I was distressed and handled the situation marvelously!!! I appreciate all that he did, You need to give him a raise and acknowledgment of his great customer service!!!A lot of car oriented places treat women I feel like an issue ,,, yes I was frustrated but he took care of the situation , I am thankful!!!

I had to have tire fixed tonight, leaving for vacation in morning. Store almost closed. Not only did Louis, the assistant manager, take me and save me a lot of grief, he also took another customer while I was her waiting. Top marks for great customer service. Would definitely recommend!!

Great location, nice & friendly workers, & they were very thorough in telling me what issues my car had. Let me know what absolutely had to be fixed and gave me a detailed price breakdown. Went to another Mavis location months ago and was a little disappointed with the service I received, but this location is much closer to me and I can say that the customer service is outstanding. Will be returning to this location for all my car needs from now on. Thank you to Yaya & staff for helping me with my car needs today

This was my first experience with Mavis of Clementon. I made an appointment for new tires and a brake light check. The staff was very courteous and kept me informed the entire time. The two most important factors for me were the job getting done correctly and not overcharging me with unnecessary expenses. I found my new local tire shop. Thanks for the great service.

I ve honestly been coming here for a few years now. Brought many of my cars here for maintenance. Staff is always very welcoming and service is quick, especially the manager YaYa. I ll be coming to take my cars here for as long as I live in the area.

I was here for tire replacement and alignment, appointment at 11am. I was told the wait time should be about 2hrs max and guess what?!I ended up spending 4hrs in there without snacks or coffee/tea or anything like that to keep me waiting. The reason for the wait was probably because they lack manpower and there was a bolt they couldn t manage to remove from my car to fix the back absorbers (additional work).I won t be ungrateful tho, I was given the beat discount for both tires and alignment. So that s a plus

I have a great experience every time I use Mavis in Clementon. Such a friendly staff every time, and they make going there super easy and efficient for their customers. I come regularly for oil changes and there s never a problem getting my car in and finished in a timely fashion. Overall a great location and very convenient

I can not say enough about how wonderful the staff at this Macis location are. They are fast friendly and efficient. Miley and Trey were amazing!! I had a tire that needed repairing and they got it done quickly and at no cost due to the warranty I had. It s worth noting I got the tires from Mavis and the warranty. It s great to see a business not only honor their warranty s but do the repairs quickly and properly. DEFINITELY recommend bringing your car here for any service needs. This location specifically as I passed two other Mavis locations just to come here.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with you all. Jeff is an excellent mechanic but most of allX he is honest as the day is long. He just wants people to be safe but will not compromise his integrity to sell unneeded services. He brought my dream car, that I finally was able to get recently, to life. Another major tire and auto store was trying to drain me of money while stringing me along. I let him break it down and find the root problem, fix it, and as well identify other needed things. I will bring all of our cars there from now on, go see Jeff and YayA!

Miley and Yaya really helped me out in a difficult situation. They helped me make a last-minute appointment on my way home from work after coming out to see a flat tire. They also were able to diagnose and repair my tire all in under 90-minutes. I am very grateful for their help!

Everyone at this shop is efficient, friendly, and wonderful. Miley especially is so kind and helpful!! I cannot say enough nice things, I have never had such a nice experience getting my car worked on!

Let me start off saying I'm new to the city and state. Eventually slowly but surely my car started falling apart. I discovered Mavis Discount Tire going to the park across the street. I kept saying to myself when I need tires I'm going there.Well I needed a lot more than tires replaced lol. It's scary trying to find a trustworthy place and glad I made the decision. I like that the managers Miley, Yaya and Louis are always informative. The mechanics and tire techs are amazing. I highly recommend

Tire's sensor was misreading, low n behold 3x sensors red and 1x dead lol not bad originals at 203,000... right Miley . frm jump they took care of me, friendly service and pricing was decent. Efficient and answered all my questions. will be returning.. glad i found em'.

I just want to say when I take my car to Mavis everything is done everything is checked double check, they give you a call they update you know what is the right steps to go forward and make sure it is at the budget that you are comfortable and make sure that it s safe to drive. If you have any issues with your car they will make sure they ll definitely fix it for you.

On November 2, I entered the Mavis tire supply on Chews, a Landing Road in Clementon, was greeted by two young ladies, Yaya, and Miley excellent personal skills, took care of the issues that I had with my vehicle to people that I would give my business to any time and I appreciate it so much.

Miley saved my life!We all know how important it is to keep car tires in great condition especially during snow storms!Miley came to my rescue I had no idea of what to do or how to do it. Just so happen we have a similar model vehicle.She filled my tires with air, she showed me how to reset my dash board, how much air to fill my tires with and she explained what I need to do to keep my car running in top notch shape!She did all of this standing in the middle of a snow storm. She went above and beyond the call of duty.Thank you Miley for your kindness I truly appreciate

This Mavis is amazing. The customer service is incredible! I walked in to a gentleman named Chad, he was very kind (and cute) and answered all of my questions. The tech(I think his name was Ben) took my car in, and did my oil change. I had a really good experience. Jen and Yaya came out and talked to me while I waited also. This Mavis is full of very friendly and nice people. They genuinely care about their customers.
