I'll never use this dude JR, the man was absolutely rude and unhelpful. They told me my car was at this lot I waited there for an hour and they couldn't even find my car... until they realized they were wrong and had it sent to another yard they have relatively far away from where this is. Oh and they don't tell you bring cash they don't accept cards nor do they accept responsibility if they steal things from your vehicle.

Great company. My truck got stuck in a ditch With 40,000 pounds of product. They got there in 30 minutes and use their Heavy duty rotator To get me out the hole in 10 minutes. Thanks for your help guys!! I ll be these guys in the future.

People at the front desk are rude and arrogant, was waiting 30 mins for my car to get taken out of the lot while workers were just walking around, in office doing nothing. And when i went to ask how much longer it would be, he told me maybe I shouldn t have gotten my car towed then, when the engine literally blew. I did not choose to call them Woodbury police did, definitely do not go here worst tow place around

We had great service today from Rhiel's towing. They were prompt, honest, and upfront about the charges and what we needed to do. They told us off of the New Jersey turnpike to a tire place for a fair price, and the driver was very friendly.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

This is the worst place that I ve ever dealt with in my entire life. The ma am that works there is ignorant and zero polite. Attitude as soon as I walked in the door before I even said anything.Safe your energy and money do not deal with this place.I never hired them to tow my car they just took it there from an accident. The won t let me get any of my personal belongings out which are my property has nothing to do with the car. Prices are outrageous. I got hit from another reckless driver and was transferred to the hospital immediately without any knowledge of what had happened. I explained to the lady my wallet and my son s diaper bag was in the car and wouldn t let me get it out. My son is 10 months old I needed it. After telling me she wouldn t argue with me and the towing needed to be paid for before I could get my personal belongings I called a lawyer. Finally they caved in and gave my wallet and diapers bag nothing else. I know exactly everything that s in the car. So if something disappears I know it was them. I have this place one star just because I can t do zero

The New Jersey Turnpike Authority forces you to use these guys if you break down. They have no competition so they can charge inflated prices. $300 for a tow, and they took twice as long to get there as they said they would.

I had to get my car towed from the turnpike due to a faulty tire installation. Chris arrived in under 30 minutes and was amazing. He really helped me out of a tough situation and kept me informed the whole time. Super friendly and helpful.

The females who work here are Rude!! My Car was towed from the AC expressway and was not drivable. I was initially told a release was needed for the Car, under johns' law. Which only states it needs to be held for 12 hours. However because the car was not drivable John's Law was not enacted. I went to the State trooper Barracks and they advised a release was not needed and they called the towing agency and advised them it was not needed. the Next day when my insurance company called to get the car towed. they informed them a release was needed. I called the towing agency and spoke to female #1 and explained that it wasn't needed and what i was advised the day before and they informed me that I needed to call the State troopers and have them call them. I stated " you are the towing agency that works with the state troopers, shouldn't you call them and ask. especially since I told you what happened" She stated no that's not what we do if you want the car released you need to call. At that point I said don't you think it's crazy for me to tell the State trooper to call you? She stated don't you think it's crazy for us to give you access to a car that's not released. I said no cause its not moveable. Anyway I then called the state trooper who was nice enough to call. I then called and spoke to female #2 "Carol" and advised her that she needed to call the insurance company/IAA back and I had the reference number so they can schedule the tow. Carol said that's not what we do you have to call them back. I said and say what!?!?! I can't schedule for your agency. She said call them and tell them to call us. I'm think well what do you guys do because it appears you guys don't do anything but waste peoples time and don't listen to anyone but the phone ringing. Either way I called the insurance company and waited on the line while they schedule the appointment with Carol. Finally!!! Here's the thing being in a car accident is stressful enough without having a tow agency who constantly tells you " that's not what we do" when the goal is to get the car and get them paid. Outside of my car being towed there because of police I will never recommend or use them do to their customer sevice. whats even odd about the whole situation is the guy whoI spoke to after hours was the niceest guy and was willing to help me and understood what I was going through.Service: Special vehicle towing

We had to get towed on Thursday Dec 15 in the torrential rain from the turnpike because of faulty wipers ( a GMC recall) I dont know the guys name, it was about 6pm in the evening. He was the nicest guy ever!!! Wonderful man who towed us to a hotel parking lot instead of just dropping us at the next exit for us to call triple A. He did get permission from his boss to do that, it was on his way anyway. I hope who know who Im talking about and let him know how great he was.Service: Car towing

We were saved this morning from the side of the Turnpike by this company. Marty (I think that was his name - glasses, left handed) was prompt, efficient, helpful, and went above and beyond by calling ahead to Firestone to make sure they were open and that they could see us before dropping us off. He was incredibly understanding of our situation (2 adults, child, dog, cat) and made a very helpful exception to keep everyone safe from covid. Very grateful as things could have been way, way worse at 6:30am in 15 degrees with a completely non-functioning car, 2.5 hours from our home during a pandemic. Thank you!Service: Car towing

Towing the truck and repair the spline on drive line. I talk with mechanics it's friendly guys. The shop also do rebuilding transmission ,alignments electrical problems. Supervisor Jiminy good guy. . I'm gonna keep it in my record for future using this shop.

My car had been stolen and was found and towed to Riehl s. After we sorted out some initial confusion about whether or not it was there, the experience was really great. The person at the front desk was really helpful and kind. The person who brought my car around even stuck around to help me with a problem filling the tank. I really appreciated the extra effort and assistance getting my car back.

I'm from out of state and had my vehicle towed to their other location. In order to get my car done faster, they moved it to the Clarksboro location. They were very communicative and did great work. Bob ensured that all of the work was done correctly and in a timely manner. If I lived closer, I would be a customer for life!

My car was towed to their garage instead of the mechanic shop as discussed with the driver in addition, they tried to charge me $90 extra for two nights parking. I was told that no fee unless the car stays there the following night.They are crooks and will over charged you.Very shady company and not very honest or responsive. Do yourself a favor and steer clear!!

I mean its a tow yard, what can I say? The fact that they charge you per day and they don't go by a specific cut off Time is stupid and if they had that rule implemented it would save people a lot more money. It doesn't matter if you bring your vehicle there at 7:00 in the evening or pick it up at 7:00 in the morning they're still charging you for that day and not considering a certain time the next day or same day.

My huge van broke down on the turnpike and fortunately Riehls is the tow company on contract to the Turnpike Authority. My driver was SUPER nice, polite, kind and professional. He wouldn't leave me until he knew I was safe for the night and he was great about dealing with my giant Sprinter van full of dogs. It was a really unfortunate situation but Riehls could not have been better. Thank you to Riehls and my very kind driver who stayed late to help me out.

Mid August, on the A.C. expressway, the person in front of me ran over a tire tread. The tread hit my windshield cracking half of it, took off the mirror, and did minor body damage. Brian Daniels and the guys at Riehls worked with me on every turn and did amazing work. They were quick and extremely affordable. Would most definitely take my car back there if I have any other problems.

If you have to have the bad experience of a breakdown on the highway and need a tow then you should hope to do it in South New Jersey so that Riehl's Towing is the one called to assist. Professional, friendly service is only the start. They actually offered to let us park our RV in their parking lot for 3 days until they could work on our truck. Highly recommend Riehl's Towing.

Rude service, no follow up, zero sense of urgency releasing our commercial unit over to a roadside assistance fleet. Customer service is clearly not a foundation of their business plan.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS TOWING SERVICE!What a scam! They overcharge for everything! They charged 220$ too wrap five windows, a child could have done a better job. 45$ for clean up materials, my vehicle never dropped a drop of fluid on the ground and the glass was swept to the curb and left there. I have pictures of all of this, wish I could post them. When I questioned the charges the employee just shrugged his shoulders and ask how I was paying. I will never use them for my personal use. 0 STARS!!!

Ok. We all know having your vehicle towed sux. And it's expensive. But it is what it is. The lady working didn't cause my accident, so why take it out on her? I was nice to her as I paid, and she in turn did me a solid.Communication ppl. Be cool and cool is repaid in kind.P.S. - Riehls, I can only give 4 stars out of 5 because, well, you're ARE a towing company. Only way I'd give 5 to a tow company is if I owned the joint. Lol. You guys are great tho, thank you.

I had a semi with a 53 ft dry van. I called about 5 places that day. They were the only ones who attended me in vineland nj. Picked us up and took my truck to the yard.driver was very friendly. I appreciate their help.

I was told the driver would be there at 6:00 am to move my trailer. He didn't show up until 9:00am. Then the negotiated price that was for "overtime if he showed up at 7:00am was $350.00. I told the lady no thanks I needed him there at 6:00am and she then said it would be $400.00.I get the bill and she still charged me the premium rate of $400.00.Very shady company and not very honest or responsive. Do yourself a favor and steer clear!!

Towed the car after an accident.� Went to the office within 30 minutes of being towed to document the damage as we were unable to at the scene.� Office staff stated false documentation requirements to see the vehicle then the office manager continued to suggests higher fees would be leveed against us when pressed.� Very rude and incompetent. �Would not suggest using any of their services.
