THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! We had arranged with this service for a 3:15am pickup for a very early flight from Newark AP...but they never showed up, never called to explain and never apologized, despite repeated calls and texts. We had to scramble to drive ourselves and find a place to park for 8 days out of the country, which ended up costing us almost twice the round trip car fare... THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE, SO ENGAGE THIS OUTFIT AT YOUR OWN RISK AND BETTER HAVE A BACKUP Plan!!

Great service and reliable. I had to go to JFK airport and they were punctual and extremely professional. Our driver was fabulous!!! I would highly recommend Chester car service!!
