Our car had 4-locked wheels, was at an angle in a bank drive-through & could not be started. It was masterfully moved onto the very well maintained flatbed by a true craftsman on a very hot, sunny day. Save their number! They also came quickly under the circumstances. We were very pleased and impressed. Unloading car was also very professionally executed. I regret I don t recall the name of the driver but he was GREAT!Service: Special vehicle towing

Terrible company!!!!! Tow truck driver didn t have BASIC KNOWLEDGE for towing!!!!!!!!!! I was using my Roadside assistants through USAA tow Ram truck. The driver showed up and said he can t tow my truck because I didn t have the key. The whole reason for the tow is because we lost our key. So it has to be towed to the dealership to program a new key fob. He said it wasn t worth his time because he wouldn t get paid enough. He didn t have the knowledge to know how to manually put it in neutral. (but realty was he was lazy because I don t have an easy driveway) Then he had the audacity to charge my insurance company stating the job was completed. My insurance company had to dispatch another company.

Action Towing picked up my call right away and somebody was at my location within 30 minutes. This is the 2nd time them we ve relied on them. Second time didn t need actual towing but they knew exactly what to do once they saw the situation. Will not hesitate to call again. Don t not use these guys. They ll quote you one price and then come out and demand more money or else they won t tow.
