I can t speak on their actual repair service because every time I try to set up an appointment I can never reach anyone. I ve called the phone number on google which is the same number on their website on various days (no one answers), I ve left a voice-mail (No one returned my call) the website even instructs you to text for an appointment and I ve done that and still received no response! In my opinion that speaks about their customer service. If you don t have any appointments available that week at least give the courtesy to reach out and explain the situation and not ignore potential customers.

This is absolutely as good as it gets. My family has been going to Jay for over 20 years. I would challenge anyone to find better work or a better price.
