The best at customer service, the best repair work and they will never rip you off in pricing. I've had at least 4 different vehicles in over 20 years of going to Universal Auto Repair and always drove off with confidence. Even recommended family and friends to go there and they shared with me how pleases they were getting their car serviced there. I recommend to all who read this review that you won't be disappointed when you need your vehicle repaired there!

This place is Service+ everything has a plus on it now a days lol! I pulled up and was waiting on another customer in the office and Alex came over said can I help you took my keys and took my car in right away. I was waiting for my Uber and he said I can give u your estimate right away. So within 15 minutes I had my car issue diagnosed and priced and was on my way until tomorrow for pick up! This is my new Repair Shop!

AVOID AT ALL COST. RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, WORST EVER. I WOULDN'T LET THESE PEOPLE WORK ON MY GRANDDAUGHTERS TRICYCLE. NEVER AGAIN. BEWARE: THEY ARE TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS AND DISHONEST PEOPLE WHO WILL DECEIVE YOU IN ORDER TO GET YOUR MONEY. OH BY THE WAY IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO YOUR VEHICLE WHILE ON THEIR LOT OR IN THEIR GARAGE THE CAMERA SYSTEM IS FAKE OR THEY'LL CLAIM IT DOESN'T WORK SOMETIMES. IF YOU DO USE THEM FOR YOUR CAR - TRUCK MAKE SURE YOU READ ALL THE HAND WRITTEN SIGNS HIDDEN BEHIND THEIR OFFICE DOOR.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Friendly and competent service. They fixed a problem last August and saved me over a grand. The dealership wanted to replace my suspension arms but turned out I just needed my front rotors replaced. No problems since! I was driven to my place in Cherry Hill while they fixed my car and picked up when the car was ready. Definitely recommend.

I bored and my 1972 C10 Chevy they originally told me it would take two or three days it took almost three months covid hit somewhere near the last month. Did not communicate with me at this time at all left me in the dark for another 2 weeks Doreen Kovach with absolutely no response after calling them and demanding my car back and that they finish the work they told me okay they would have it finished by the end of the week he called on Wednesday and said the car was done but they needed to run some tests or do some paperwork I said okay I will be down later on when I got there the shop was closed. I just took my truck figured I'd least take it for a test drive and see how it ran truck ran better before I took it to him I did not like how it was driving I bought it home they called me telling me that I had to come back because I need to pay them at this time I could not get the truck started had to come over to my house get the truck started so I can bring it back to the shop at that time we stay at got it running but still not running right there was a constant ticking coming from the engine now I told him something must be hitting something or something like that anyway I drive the truck for a couple weeks they were supposed to do an oil change I check it yesterday there is no oil in it I go to minus to have them look over the work they tell me that they did not put on the oil pan that I know the truck had before it went in there keep in mind when I purchase his truck two years ago before getting the work done I drove it 5 hours straight from Virginia no problems. When I called telling her that I do not like the work after paying her $2,500 and all the work was she automatically became defensive telling me that the truck was old and I had lots of people work on it and I don't know who did what and just making excuses for what had happened and how the truck was running now nevertheless I am taking them to court just wanted everyone to be aware they have 36 people that they know fill out this review to give them a good review if I could I would give them an absolute zeroServices: Engine repair, Brakes

Paid $1400 for them to fix the head gasket after it blew. 4 months later, the head gasket blew again. Theyre unable to provide an answer as to why that happened but did insinuate it was because I drove 5k miles on it. (?) Asking another $1500 for the same fix. Total scam. Do NOT go here for engine work.

Very trustworthy and knowledgeable mechanics. I personally always request Alex. Prices are fair, and I never feel like they're trying to gauge money from me through unnecessary repairs.

Price was good for a replacement engine and install on a 2004 F150 (installed January 2016). But I quickly realized that mistakes we made during the process.The Transmission filler tube was bent either during the removal of the old engine or during the install of the next engine. But worse yet the filler tube was never reconnected properly. I realized this when I checked the Transmission fluid level the next day. The tube was lose. They actually blamed me for breaking it and would only zip tie the tube to secure it! Eventually I had to have their mistake fixed elsewhere at my expense!I would not recommend this place for anything other than minor repairs and oil changes.

A real helpful crew of people who understood my vehicle and circumstances with additional help in towing to their facility as well as a comprehensive diagnosis and complete repair...thanks guiies..an awesome job for a reasonable price
