Had the absolute best experience here. Angelica was AMAZING and I can't thank her enough for getting us the exact car we wanted all the way from the Poconos! She went above and beyond and she made it happen We now have a car that more fits our needs as a family and have already taken the car on a trip to the pine barrens. And on top of it - got us in and out in a solid hour! Thank you and can't rate you ask highly enough!

After three weeks of visiting regional dealerships, I am thrilled to have just purchased a 2024 Crosstreck Limited from Subaru of Cherry Hill. It s a superior vehicle and was precisely what I was looking for. I m also grateful to have worked with Scott Bregman, an exceptional sales professional who went above and beyond the call of duty. He was knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. Scott made the car-buying experience efficient and fun. I m grateful for his expertise and the care and dignity he treated our family. I recently had the pleasure of working with Zack at Subaru of Cherry Hill when purchasing my new Subaru Solterra, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service I received. My wife and I went to Subaru Of Cherry hill to test drive a Subaru Forester and was surprised. The handling was great, the look was fantastic, and the price was what some company's are asking for used cars with much more mileage. We met with Mr Robert Russell one of the sales associates we talked over the many options, makes, and models. We then came up with the best ones that suited our needs. He is a very down to earth guy that genuinely cares about his job and his customers and it shows. Once the test drive was done we were sold. We are now the proud owner of a 2024 Subaru Forester Premium Magnetite Gray and very happy with our purchase. If your looking for a new or used vehicle. Give them a try we weren't disappointed it was a very enjoyable experience. We would like to think that your experience will be the same. Oh and ask for Mr Russell im sure if he's not busy he will give you the same 5 star service he gave my wife and I. Happy vehicle hunting!Oh and im using the stock photo because it's raining outside and I'm not going out there to take a picture!

Wonderful place to go and get your new Subaru! Vince was so nice, kind, and understanding when I had any questions about my new Subaru. Everyone here takes their time going over anything you have questions about and lets you take a test drive if you wish. So glad I got my new Subaru Forester Premium here!! Just concluded my purchase of the last model year Subaru STI through Cherry Hill Subaru! This was the best experience I ve ever had with a dealership! They put together all financial paperwork for me by telephone and even picked me up to conclude the sale and sign everything in person. I ve never completed a car purchase in under an hour before! Over the years, we have purchased eight cars from Subaru of Cherry Hill. Recently, we needed to replace our daughter's car and we purchased number nine. Pete Duma has helped us on the last four cars and was ready to sell another. He is super easy to work with and did a lot of the leg work needed for the day of purchase. This helped expedite the purchase with Chris in Finance and saved a lot of our Saturday afternoon. Rich and John on the sales team were also helpful. Nick Ferrara helped with an overview of the cars features. He even scheduled a follow up session for any other questions. On our follow up, we had prepared some questions for Nick. He walked through everything and even gave us a Wawa gift card for our loyalty. A big shout out to all the folks over at Subaru of Cherry Hill from Sales to Service. What can we say, we love our Subaru.

Not a huge fan of shopping for cars these days with all the seemingly underhanded tactics other dealerships are up to, but not here. For the first time in ages, I felt relaxed and happy to be sitting in a car dealership attempting to acquire a new vehicle. Big props to both Tom and Rich for helping me get into a car far above my expectations. I will indeed be recommending anyone and everyone just come check them out first before you go anywhere else.P.S. - Yes the sport model is worth it over the base model.

Sales department gave good value on trade-ins. Zack was so kind and patient throughout all of my questions and and concerns. I did not feel pressured or rushed on such a big decision and I really appreciate Zack for that! Loving my new Crosstrek!

Great experience. The sales rep was very friendly, patient and accommodating. No pressure sales. They take the time to listen and help you thru the whole process. They took the time and effort in accommodating our needs. The pricing was more than fair from our trade to the price of the new car. We love our new 2024 Outback XT. From the sales people, sales manager, finance manager, and the tech guy that showed me how to use all the gadgets this car has- it was an enjoyable experience. Scale of 1-5 they get a 6. God bless them.

Subaru of Cherry Hill is the Subaru dealership to go to. the whole process is easy and painless. I've made an inquiry online for an Outback and did an estimate of the trade in and within minutes I was connected to a sales associate Angelica Rodriguez Angelica is awesome to say the least. She was very thorough paying attention to your needs and made sure you are all set without any buyer remorse. She really takes her time to ensure you get the best vehicle that fits your family and lifestyle. I was in and out of the dealership a little less than 1.5hr only because I was looking around other vehicle. So when you are still debating which Subaru to go, this is the one and reach out to Angelica as she is super responsive from my experiences as I text her and she responded even when she is off. Another thing that I find this Subaru different from my other Subaru is that after you purchase the vehicle, they have a technican name "Nick" to go over the Outback with me showing me all the features and how-to for the vehicle. Even though this is a quick 15 minutes of tutorial (it's because I know most of them) but this experiences and gesture to ensure that all buyer are walking out with their vehicle knows what features and what their vehicle is capable of is very reassuring. This type of services is frankly better than lot of luxury brand. Kudos to you Subaru of Cherry Hill! Porsche, and Mercedez did not offer this type of services (tutorial). This really tells you that Subaru of Cherry Hill see you more than just a buyer taking their time to somewhat train or show you. I would definitely recommend this dealership. It is the little things such as no hassle, no pressuring you to buy this or buy that, great follow up, and the tutorial.

Wow, where do I begin. Let's start with Tony. A family man, a good man, genuine, honest, and hard working. Very knowledgeable, there isn't a question I asked that he didnt know the answer to, pertaining to Mitsubishi. The manager Dan. Woody a man of faith, helped us wrap it up and sign all our documents. Overall that was the best experience I've ever had shopping and buying a car. With the 10-year warranty on the engine and transmission and every other warranty you get. I will be sure to update this post when I get my own Mitsubishi. See you soon Tony.

This was one of the least stressful auto purchase experiences I ve had. Rob answered my questions honestly and let the car sell itself I never felt I was being sold. Rob was responsive via text and made sure there were no issues at delivery.

This was my second time leading a vehicle with Robert. He s an amazing salesman to work with. He listens and works with you to get you the best deal. Never pushy, no other motive other than to get you into a new car! I went in when my lease was up not really sure what my plan was (first lease ever) and he helped me understand my options. 10/10 service.

My wife and I showed up to trade in her car for a used Subaru forester. Zack greeted us in the parking lot and was tremendously helpful with laying out our options within our budget. We arrived 100% expecting to get ourselves into a used vehicle but after crunching some numbers we realized we were ultimately better off purchasing a NEW vehicle with the interest rate of the loan being lower on a new vehicle instead. Took us a bit by surprise but - the numbers don t lie! Cheers to Zack who helped us get into something we were comfortable in and stoked on, Chris for penning the deal with us, and to Nick for giving us a super thorough and helpful look at all the features of our new vehicle before we left the lot! 10/10 would Subaru again.

Angelica was awesome to work with and the Subaru team as a whole were very nice and helpful. We even had a great experience working with the Boss Level financing guy lol! We got a 2024 Crosstrek and it is by far my most favorite car ever! Angelica went above and beyond and I would highly recommend working with her if you are looking for a car. She even laughed at all of our jokes!

I was nervous going in to buy a car, but Pete Duma at Cherry Hill Subaru was great. I was completely impressed by his professionalism! He was so easy to communicate with and made the process very easy. Chris, their finance manager was great. He went over every document with me and explained what I was signing and Nick who took the time to sit with me in my new car to go over the dashboard was super helpful and it was much appreciated.

Took my aunt to this dealership. We were greeted by Zack who showed us options within my aunt s price range. She ordered a Forester. Zack made the process easy and delivered the car on time. There were no hidden charges in the final price. He was very polite and professional to deal with. We would us him again.

Angelica in sales and Dave in finance made buying our sons new car amazingly quick and easy. After about 10 text messages with Angelica in only a few hours we agreed on pricing. We showed up at our agreed upon time and our new car was clean, filled with gas and ready to go. Filled out our credit application, took the car for a quick test drive, came back, immediately were sat with Dave who didn t pressure us with any add ons and we were on our way home in less then 1 hour. I would recommend Angelica and Dave at Subaru of Cherry Hill

Came in to return my lease & AJ was a great help. It was a first time for me so I wasn t aware of the full process, but he was super patient walking me through it & took no time at all to have me in & out.This Subaru dealer was always my go to for all my services. My husband and I had a great car buying experience at Subaru of Cherry Hill. Pete Duma, our sales consultant, was knowledgable, accommodating, personable and patient. We were exploring many different purchasing avenues and he provided all of the information we needed to make an informed decision. "Uncle Pete" was fantastic with my 3 children who had to accompany us on our visits to the dealership. In general, all members of staff were friendly, welcoming and flexible, making it a relaxed experience. I would recommend buying from Pete and his colleagues.

Peter was great and I would definitely recommend seeking him out if you are buying a new Subaru. He listened to exactly what I wanted. Was not pushy about anything. He was perfectly willing to go as far as factory order to get what I did and did not want. But he explained, not sold the various options. And the sale was concluded so much faster than I ever expected. And before I left the lot, he went through all the most important features I needed to know about in order to drive safely. Seek Peter out, you will be glad you did. And a great guy too with such a calm demeanor.

I love their service. Jill, one of the service representatives, helped me to do the maintenance for my Subaru Forester yesterday. She kindly explained all items to be taken care of and offered me a shuttle to home. When the maintenance was done, she explained again why the maintenance took longer than usual. I had similar experiences with other representative.
