Called Pep Boys due to low pressure in one of my tires. They were able to take care of problem in about half hour and also did a courtesy overall review of the car. Was updated via text while they were working on the car. everyone was pleasant and efficient. The only problem was they never reset my tire pressure gauge so I have to make another trip there for that to be done.

very professional managers and techs, affordable, timely, quality work and nice updates and a obvious sense of urgency, willing to work with you and they keep the customers finances in mind which is very nice, easily 5star service and performance on everybody from the beginning to the end of my visit, felt really nice and wonderful to be very honest, I'd not been to this location prior to my visit and was skeptical however hopeful and I'm glad I chose this shop for my needs I was surprised at how good they are, thank you very much, to the guys at the counter, and the guys "backstage"

Very kind workers! They helped fix my boyfriend s light super quickly when we showed up earlier than our appointment time. Super professional and some of the best experience when getting the car fixed. Shoutout to Kamran for helping us! Highly recommend!

I would like to shout out Kamran! I was in the process of buying a car and I brought it to this Pep Boys located in cherry hill for a PPI after another mechanic canceled on me last minute. He took his time to answer all of my questions, he made sure that the report was accurate and complete and he even gave me some information about the car that I was buying and problems that might arise. Thanks to him I was able to come to a decision and I was able to buy a safe and reliable car. As a first time car owner, I can 100% say that Pep Boys has earned my business and I will be coming here for all of my car needs! Thanks again Kamran!

The staff is excellent. They do a great job and always keep the customer updated throughout the process. They are extremely easy to work with. It s always a pleasure bringing my car in for service. There is nowhere else I d rather be than Pep Boys, Cherry Hill, location. Great job again team and thank you for all your hard work.

I made my appointment online and was seen at my appointment time. I needed tires and they gave me an estimated wait time which I appreciated and was done in that time. They told me the services that had to be done to my car soon, which I greatly appreciated. I loved the timely way they handled my car.

We had an amazing experience here. Our car battery died in the middle of a thunderstorm while we were traveling from out of state. Sing took us in close to closing time and treated us with kindness and patience and charged us a fair price. He and Pep Boys were life savers and if we lived closer we would definitely come back!

I pulled in with a leak on my front passenger tire. After discovering a nail in tire, there was a quick patch and back on the road within an hour. I appreciate the customer service and the frequent text informing me of the progress of my car.

Malid and his crew were excellent, very professional with outstanding customer service. I live in Philly but happened to stop by this Pepboys for a brake check after picking my truck up from Holman Lincoln. I told Malid that going forward I will take a trip to Jersey to come to this Cherry Hill location. They're 100x better than the store I used to go to go Philly.

Phenomenal experience and quick service! Sing and his team were able to patch a tire and a replace another in under 30 minutes, on my way home for the day. Everyone was friendly and understanding, while taking the time to get explain my options and show the extent of the damage. Can't thank you all enough!

my experience with this place was over a year ago, but i drove by today and remembered and decided to finally write a review. I blew out two tires, and this was the closest available place, as it was an emergency. I go inside, explain the situation and that i just wanted 2 new tires. The guy at the desk refused to sell me 2 tires and instead insisted that i needed to purchase all 4 tires or else they would not do anything for me, stating that it would mess up the drive-train . I said i was aware of the risk but really just wanted 2 tires, and i would come back for the other 2 at a later date, as i only had enough money on me for 2 tires. He again refused to just sell me 2 tires. Not having any other option i had to agree to get 4 new tires. After sitting and waiting for about 3 hours, the desk guy finally calls me over. He hands me the bill, and then tells me that i have a strut going bad and the guy is hanging to the left, and that i should come back so they can fix it. I was aware the strut was going bad, but there was only minimal hang to the left that was barely noticeable, and i had already scheduled an appt with my regular mechanic to have it fixed. I get in the car, and my car is hanging to left horribly, much worse then when i brought it in. So i m under the full assumption that they purposely damaged my car in order to try and get more business out of me. Honestly this place did a cracked job, and the tires they put on my car sucked too. I will never come back and hopefully no one else ever does either. They get one star since they did at least but tires on my car, but that s about all they get credit for.

Had a rough time at a different Pep Boys location who actually suggested this Cherry Hill location (wow). I must say they didn t disappoint! Within 1 day I knew what the issues were and the repair plan. The next day my car was repaired!The team took their time explaining the repairs to me and was super nice. I felt heard and felt they cared. I will definitely return but hopefully no time soon.

Went in for a fairly simple fix, valve stem repair. The guys got us right in and the repair was just their tire repair fee. Very impressed on how willing they were to help and personable they gentleman out front was. I would go back for other repairs.

2 days ago I went for a tire change. They took my Airtag out of the trunk of the car and stole it. I realized this and went back to the shop because of the last visible signal. They took the battery out and threw it in the trash. There is no chance of it falling or randomly seeing it because I hid it in the trunk. They have to tamper with it to find it. I had other stuff, I can't be sure I have all of it, I'm definitely not going back and I don't recommend it. I would give it 0 stars if I could.(I got there on the 24th. I paid at about 2.53 pm )

Was going to change the hub on my car and couldn't get the lug nuts off. Sing at this location helped me out and was super nice! Would recommend to anyone

I do not recommend this PepBoys location at all. They refused to give me a quote for a price. They were rude, dismissive, and unreceptive of their guests. They could not grasp the concept of a loose tire job and were demanding that I leave my rims and tires with them not only overnight, but it could ve taken them 48 hours they claimed. I had brand new tires (with the stickers literally still on them) and was going to bring the new tires and my rims without the vehicle to make the least amount of work possible for the mechanics. They kept saying bring the car it may take two days no idea when we will get to it. Despite even having scheduled an actual appointment for today and selecting the option to wait while the work was completed, they still could not grasp the concept of an appointment either. It was worth the trip out to PepBoys in Woodbury for sure. Don t waste your time in Cherry Hill, make the trip out to Woodbury. Didn t even have to make an appointment for Woodbury PepBoys, and I didn t have to go into a back and forth with them to get the job done either. They immediately knew what I needed done, a loose tire job.

I am a visitor from Dubai. I came here for the first time to change engine oil. The manage (LEVI)was cooperative, helpful, and friendly. The service was great. They are honest, fair, and they have affordable prices. They are really professionals at work.

I booked an appointment for new brakes & rotors, I got in within an hour, dropped my car off & about 45 minutes later it was done! Everyone was very nice & the service was great! I highly recommend you come here!

It was peculiar that the shop got 2 stars on Yelp. I had great service at very fair prices. Luis, David, and Karman were excellent at the front counter and the technician who worked on my Porsche was proficient and knowledgeable. 10 out of 10. The bathroom and waiting are could use some work, no doubt. The corporate office should invest more in the property to keep the highly qualified and friendly staff there.

Positive experience. These guys go incredibly out of their way to make sure you understand what repairs are needed and why-or if it can wait. Price is fair and can use coupons and/or the PepBoys credit card for financing with no interest and other offers. They also guarantee their work

Dropped my wheel off for a tire replacement. Quick service was done in less than an hour. Checked my TPMS sensor to make sure it was working prior to tire removal. Very professional. 10/10 highly recommended. Got a free tire install too. THANKS!

Performed work that I did not request nor was notified.I specifically asked for wheel alignment. Pep Boys changed the tires and oil change that I did not need.

Small scratch on front right fender. Low tire pressure on rear tires. Charged sales tax on tire tax (not permitted in NJ). Rep. said it would take two hours, turned out to be 3-1/2 hours. Lubricant was smeared all over rims and tires (easily removed but should have been done by Pep Boys

Helped repair the the water pump in 24 hours. Great to work with and already have a plan with them to work on an issue with thr hvac system.
