Charged us money to change an alternator and the next morning truck didn't start. The other tech we called had told us the belt wasn't even placed properly on the truck, once driver cranked the truck, belt ripped.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! My driver called this company guy shows up charged me 1125.00 for new batteries and to reclamp a hose. He says send money thru cash app or Venmo because they do not take credit cards so I did. He installed batteries crossed and fryed the starter so then I bought new starter and had he tried installing. and could not so I wound up letting t/a redo batteries and install starter. Now trick still does start due to power surge. This guy has no people skills and will not send me a invoice and very ride he is a CROOK and the girl who took my money to cash app is also a Crook they work together scamming please please run from these folks fast. I called around 8am explaining the issue I was having with my truck. 4:30pm no one has shown up yet so when I call again the guy apologized and said someone would meet me in the next 90 minutes or less after our phone conversation. 5 minutes later he called and said he needs a $250 down payment before he even shows up

My car was completely shut down on the side of I295. On demand services came fixed my battery problems quickly and professionally. Didn t charge much. I would recommend again and again

FRAUD!!! Be aware they will make you send the parts money first and the. Will not pick your phone up. Do not call these guys they wasted my time and money. I sent them $350 for a airbag and now they have switched their phone off.

Day of appointment no call no show. Didn t respond to text messages or phone call until days later. Made a deposit only received partial refund. Very unprofessional do not use services. Any positive reviews probably from friends and family.

Called for a air leak and they most definitely came through! I didn t know where it was coming from or what to look for. They came and found it immediately. Very professional and didn t stop till the job is done right , They didn t take advantage of me on price. I will be referring these guys to others i come across . called and they were great said they would be here in an hour and a half max. Waited two hours and called for an ETA and he said hed call me back in 5. It's been over an hour and still haven't received that call. Disappointed because i saw good things and they were helpful at first but i've been waiting for over three hours and haven't heard a thing. Will never use again.

Wasn t sure if I needed a new clutch or a clutch adjustment, but was able to explain over the phone to Pedro and he knew exactly what I needed. He got back to me promptly and was very knowledgeable. Was willing to meet me even though I live in Delaware.

EXTREMELY RUDE! Not to mention they took our money didn't even show up. SCAM SCAM SCAM. ALL AROUND SCAM! They will make you pay in advance and not show up!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Guy whom i spoke with Chris was soooooo rude and even told my driver to stop calling. As for my calls he just sent them straight to voice mail. SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!

Company driver for Swift Transport . Coming back on shift , my rig was completely dead . Called terminal and authorized outside shop roadside. I called a few places I found through Google, but either they were hours away or not open . Finally found ODM on the google list and called . Guy says he will be out in about 45 minutes . Professional mechanic showed up on time and got me started back up in no time . Definitely calling these guys again!!

$326 for a jump start. Yes they showed up. Yes they did the job. Used "christmas tree" wires to jump a commercial truck with 4 batteries at 925cca each. took 45 minutes to get enough charge with such little cables.had another shop said they would do it for $65 but could not go until 8:30. I rushed and paid the price.Service: Battery

Thank you so much for responding and repairing our truck. Originally were told starter, you found out it wasn't the starter. Saved me money by fixing the ground issue and also offered to take the starter back for us saving us more money at no charge. We appreciate your service!

Called for jump start. My driver told me they showed up without tools on a hyundai car, then they brought a minivan. Either way, they did not have tools. Installed one battery, it didn't work. Said need to tow the truck somewhere else. They have no idea what they are doing. My mistake to call the first company that showed up on google, i was rushing. Don't do my mistake. My truck is still down, now need to call real TRUCK/COMMERCIAL mobile technicians. Stay away

Very unprofessional and rude, when called for quote on road service, tried to dispatch someone in one minute. When asked for the quote again, he flipped on me asking what is more important to me the price or to have my guy on the road. At least i know never to call this place in this area.

Retards. Dispatched doesn't know what parts are. Won't go ask a tech. Bad attitude. No customer service skills at all. "We offer road service" my guess is if you blow a tire give me a call. Other than that they offer no service.

These guys came out on a late friday night raining very very hard and got my truck back running right away driver was broke down...they were there in less than an hour...Driver was very happy he wanted to be home with family..this company and his guy's made it happen...I'm very pleased..Great Job

Never hire these people. They are thieves. I paid them 1,000 dollars and so that they can fix my truck but they didn't fix it at all. They didn't want to give me back my money and now they don't answer the phone.

Our truck broke down on I-80 in NJ we called they came out in a pick-up with no tools, Mechanic looked under the truck said he couldn't fix it charged 385.00 dollars didn't give driver a receipt then drove off. and left us on the side of the road..........what a rip off don't call these people!!!!!!!!

Aviod at all costs scammed me out of$585 told us send t-check for parts then never sent mechanic for road service call .stopped answering phone texted saying they would refund money then quit responding to my text.be something in life besides a scam artist.

They fixed our truck but the guys that came out were very unprofessional and extremely rude. We have 39 trucks but I'll wait for someone else I won't deal with them again
