This place has no equal. They are family oriented and understand the necessity for reliable transportation at a budget and will work with you to get you on the road safely. Recently, I inherited my mothers vehicle which set for more than two years I was able to restore it to operations through my Family auto. Additionally, they was able to provide me a short list of potential repairs.Mike and Nick R, the best at reasoning the best solution for your family.

They were absolutely amazing. We had issues with other places giving us the runaround and not actually fixing the problem with our truck. Mike and his team found the issue and fixed it within 3 hours. They are honest good people who provide amazing customer service and they are very knowledgeable! We will be using them from now on!

In my 50 plus years driving and taking a car in for repairs, the family car care center is the best experience I have ever had. Mike and Nick are absolutely thorough in their assessment of your car and what needs to be done and what can also be held over for a little bit longer. They don t just replace parts and charge you an arm and a leg. Their pricing is very reasonable and they take great care in the repair of your car. You can really trust them in the diagnosis of your car and if they can fix something they will give every effort rather than just replacing it with an expensive part. I recommend them highly and will always go to them for servicing or repairing parts on the car. They also maintain excellent communication every step of the way.

I had a fantastic experience with My Family car care center! Not only was their service top-notch, but they also went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the results, I already sent 2 of my cars and my truck there and I am beyond satisfied, I recommended them to my uncle which fixed 2 of his cars at My family car care center and Nick made sure my uncle was happy with both of the repairs. Nothing around beats them when it comes to being knowledgeable and trustworthy. Its really hard finding a trustworthy mechanic these days but we are really happy with the service Nick and his team provided to us.Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of quality auto care.

If you are looking for a new auto mechanic this is the one and only place I will ever take any vehicle to! From anything from an oil change to an engine rebuild you can depend on My Family Car Care Center to be honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and your wallet s best friend. I have tried too many mechanics to count before I found My Family and now they re like my family. I tell everyone that I know about this place and now I wanted everyone to know what a great place this is! Everyone knows how hard it is to find someone you can completely trust with your vehicle, unless your already a customer of My Family Car Care Center!

I recently had the oil changed to my car, it felt like they gave her an energy drink. I went back and had the breaks done. It feels amazingly safe. Mike n Jim are thorough, perfessional and patient in answering my questions and the mechanics are obviously knowledgeable. It's nice to feel they care about my car/ safety as much as I do. Thanks guys!!

I had a really great experience in My Family Car Care Center. Nick and Mike were really amazing from start to finish. My car alerted me to check my Brake pads and I needed an oil change. Nick told me that they will do a free check up to assess what is needed for the brake pads: whether I need to change everything or might just be a minor thing. After the check up, he told me that my car is totally fine. It was just a problem with the sensor that needs to be fixed. I wanted to pay for the check up, because it took him so long, but they refused. They only charged me for the oil.It is amazing to deal with honest and qualified people like them. I really do appreciate all their help. It will be my new go-to garage.

This place is legitimately the best auto shop I have ever been to in my 15 years of owning a car as a woman!Every single employee is so freaking nice and respectful and they are maybe the only auto shop in the world that doesn't lie to you and make you get services done that you don't actually need! Between my partner and I, we've visited 4 times (2 oil chances and 2 maintenance concerns) and each time left with a smile on our faces and money still in our wallets! As long as we're in driving distance, we'll be coming to MFCC!

Very friendly and quick shop. They were able to get me in the next day and checked my brakes and tires. I dropped the car off at 8:15am and got a call back like an hour later, I did not expect the speed of the return call. Unlike a certain local Honda dealer who rushed me, recommended an unnecessary service and simply told me my brakes were fine, they really talked to me, mentioned specifics and alleviated my concerns. Overall, Mike did a great job explaining what they found and pricing out options. They did not recommend unnecessary work and had their prices listed in their lobby. Friendly, quick and transparent. I'll be back! I normally go to Valvoline for an oil change but saw their full synthetic oil change was listed at $60 and included a tire rotation. Really impressed, any auto concerns and I feel comfortable giving them a call. Thanks!Services: Tires, Brakes

Brought my car in a day earlier than my appointment due to my schedule fully aware that they wouldn t get to it until my appointment day and they surprised me with getting my car done a whole day early! They are the nicest people and truly run one of the best businesses I ve ever been to. I don t even live in cherry hill anymore but will always take the extra drive to bring my car to them!

My axle broke and ball joint broke due to pothole. They took me in as new customer without appointment. Kept me updated on everything the entire time. Gave me recommendations and made sure my car was safe and ready when fixed. Highly recommend. Service was Excellent. Thank you for getting me back on the road

First time there. The. people are all very nice and the place is clean, if you have to wait a bit.The work was done as promised, with clear explanation - and on time as promised. It appears to be done properly.Above is my review of my first repair at Family Car Care CenterBelow is about my second visit. Everything said in my first review is the same.Also, these guys are honest to a fault. Once the affected parts were disconnected, they discovered that oe the couldn't see when giving an estimate, didn't need to be replaced. So, my bill came in at $280 less than I had approved.Thak You Family Car Care Center!

Trustworthy Auto RepairAlthough I am not a mechanic, I have enough familiarity with auto repair to feel confident that My Family Car Care Center did a great job diagnosing and repairing issues with my 17-year-old car. Mike was very effective in communicating the details of everything that would be done to the car. He also provided clear and complete answers to all questions. Along with the exceptional service provided by My Family Car Care Center, Mike was able reduce costs, in a couple instances, without compromising quality. After years of searching, it is a relief to find a creditable and trustworthy auto repair shop.Services: Auto emissions testing, Brake service & repair

They fit me in on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Mike was a super patient gentleman and most importantly he was super honest. He made recommendations only for my best interest and not only did he not upsell me on anything, he actually told me I didn t need to buy two tires like I thought, just one. He gave me all the info on the tires and how to get a good deal on them elsewhere (they didn t have it in stock and couldn t get it in time for me). Seriously such a great business. They even took the time to take off the extra stickers when they put the new oil change sticker on. 10/10. And btw no one could beat their price for oil change or tires. They are the cheapest around, even cheaper than Costco.

They are my go-to shop for my car. They know what they are doing. Yeah, they charge more on ordinary services like oil change, but they do all services professionally. They don't overcharge things. They just charged at the price of professional service.You may get $30 less when doing in other shops, but those other shops may put wrong engine oil in, or they tighten the screws too much with the incorrect torque, finally leading to more expensive repair in the future.Plus, they give you free carfax report on your car and they will also report services done to carfax. I like to keep everything on record.Services I've had here: oil change, brake fluid change, air filter change

For about 6 or 7 years we have had both of our cars regularly serviced by Family Auto, dealing with Chris, Mike and their organization. We have older, high mileage cars that require ongoing, timely maintenance. Family Auto does consistently good work and we use them exclusively. Chris and Mike are competent and very honest. They patiently explain their diagnosis of the car problem, and what steps are required to fix the problem. Their costs are reasonable, but most of all they demonstrate a high degree of integrity in their charging.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I've been coming to my family car care for a few years now and they never dissapoint. I recommend them to anyone i know looking for a reputable car repair shop. I've always received great service and fair pricing. This time it was cheaper to go to the dealer for my particular car issue and I appreciate them letting me know this. So they didn't work on my car only diagnostic. Imagine my surprise when I pick my vehicle up and they fixed my rear turn signal light that had been pushed in for months. And made no mention of it or charge.
