Made an appointment more than a week prior to coming in and explained to the person on the phone that I wanted to swap my used summer tires onto my wheels to replace the winter ones that were already on. I made this clear on the phone and they said it was no problem and they could do it. I get to the shop and they then tell me they won t swap used tires on. That s fine, but don t waste my time and tell me you can. If they can t get simple information like this straight then why would I trust them to do actual work on my car?

These guys handle a lot of our tire issues, and it is always a pleasure to deal with them. Their prices are fair, work is completed quickly, and we are always greeted with a friendly face. Sometimes bad things happen to our rental cars, but they make getting it taken care of quick and easy!

Great place. I started going here after Monro messed up my brakes. They are a subsidiary of Monro and fixed my brakes for free with a smile and great attitude. They are by far more professional than Monro in every way. Shop is cleaner, waiting room is cleaner and the employees actually take pride in their work

Sue, the manager did an excellent job keeping me informed about my vehicle and what needed to be done (oil change and valve cover gasket; was leaking oil). Also, on how to get a discount off my total. She was able to bring my total down from $492 to just under $323! Happy Hanukkah, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to me! Mark, the technician, was efficient in getting my vehicle done as quickly as possible. I will be returning as needed in the future.

Had a nail in my tire, I bought it in to Mr. Tire at Cherry Hill, Sue (Service Manager) was extremely helpful and courteous. Her team fixed my tire and got me in and out very quickly.I highly recommend this shop for anyone who needs tire repair or maintenance works on their vehicle.

Brought in my tire with a big nail in it. They gave me an amazing deal and it was a quick repair. I was in and out and on my way. Exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend them, and I will use them again when any tire issues arise.

Brought their life time repair and was told they would patch up nails. I went back to them twice on separate issues and has told they couldn t do it because the nail was too close to the edge. Don t get their warranty!

I made an appointment, arrived on time and was there over an hour for an oil change. Upon paying for service, I was notified of numerous items that were needed on my vechile- fluid exchanges, brakes, etc., I was then offered to have these maintenance items completed at that appointment. These were all declined as I was there for an oil change. My car was parked outside and service manager held the keys until I requested these to leave. It felt like my time was not important to this service center, they expected me to wait for additional services and held my keys further requiring me to sit waiting in the service center. I still don t understand how an oil change with an appointment should take over an hour for the service

I went to Mr Tire for a patch job and the service was amazing. They informed me of a concerning issue regarding the tires on my newish car. My car is only 2 years old with just about 15,000 miles and I apparently need all new tires brand new. The service rep and mechanic were the best, giving me the help I needed and telling me exactly what I needed to do regarding my dealership. I highly recommend anyone who needs help with their tires, go here!

Counter rep changed the bill from the original estimate. Had to call and speak to manager for reimbursement. Was happy with her response but still waiting for the funds to get credited.

Amazing place and honest. We had a 2014 Kia Optima (don't waste your money on a Kia's horrible cars.). My son hit a pothole late at night right outside the Cherry hill mall. We asked the tow company to drop the car off right there in front of the Mr. Tire shop in Cherry Hill. My husband called them in the morning on a Sunday and they were opened so we went. They said we needed 2 new tires so we had them install them. We decided to just stay in the area while the car was being worked on . They called us back to shop to show us something under the car. The mechanic could have just put the tires on and not have said anything at all but he didn't he showed us that the tire arm was bent and there was another piece bent. He also wasn't sure if the frame had damage but by looking at it he felt there might be damage to the frame . He suggested to put a claim in which we did.They kept the car inside until the adjuster came out to look at the car.The adjuster totalled the car. The mechanic at Mr.Tire was right the frame was cracked and to repair the car would have costed $6500. The car was only worth $8300. The tire shop knew we were stressed out about the car and told us not to worry that they would keep the car inside until we came to clean out the car. They were great thru it all. The workers there are wonderful. They were willing to help with anything. I highly recommend them and actually just used them again for my other car and had 4 new tires installed . Even though it is a drive for us we plan to continue to use them for other services for our vechiles.

The turnaround at this business since the management change is amazing. The new manager, Robin has completely changed my opinion of this location. I highly recommend Mr. Tire at this location and more specifically, Robin.

I went to Mr. Tire to have a tired plugged or replaced. I unfortunately (for me) had to have all 4 replaced. Luckily the nice customer service woman helped me with a deal of buy 3 get 1 free. Overall a very good experience

I came in and Andrew and Sue were amazing. Friendly, they took care of my car perfectly and made the experience great. I change my oil every 3000 miles and this is the best service highest quality I ve had in Jersey.

Sue is amazing! She helped my daughter with the issue she cried not having her car over. But we told it to Sue and she had my daughters car back by the following day. And explained everything about the issue and how to remedy. Thanks Mr. Tire - sincerely Dad

Cant say enough good things about them. Had a screw in the brand new tires they just installed. Sue had it plugged for me while I waited as a courtesy! What a relief...they are the best.

I purchase a tire from this location, less than a month I had to return back to the location because the tire would not keep its air pressure. At that time I believe the tire should ve been replaced but they repaired it. Today, I return to the location with the same complaint and was told that I needed to replace the tire and purchase a new one, the low pressure damaged the tire. I believe they gave us bad tires from the beginning. They didn t try to accommodate us when we had had an issue. I would suggest that you do not use this location. It s a waste of your money and time. Lastly, the customer service for me is extremely important. The lady I don t know her name who I spoke with her attitude was terrible, was not hearing or accommodating at all! I would never purchase tires here again. Bad tires are being sold here!

Recently took my girlfriends care in for maintenance on tires she previously purchased from Mr Tire. She was having a issue with maintaining tire pressure, and this was probably her 3rd time trying to rectify the issue. After getting the tires repaired, we noticed that her key fob had been damaged. So, I called and spoke to a manager to see what the protocol was for customers that feel that something may have been damaged in their care. Instead of giving the information I requested, he began to tell me how he thought it was already damaged based on the year of the car. He then referred me to a couple of locksmiths, and told me I should be able to get the key fixed there. I felt it was rather unusual to refer me to a locksmith without some type of compensation, so I returned to the store to show him the key, which had broken completely after trying to use it. The manager then stated that the key looked like it had bee broken intentionally just to get him to fix it. At that point, I politely let the manager know that I felt insulted, and maybe someone else, possibly a regional manager, or corporate should handle the matter. He then offered to take the key and have it fixed by a locksmith. Now, had he offered to do that in the beginning, I might have accepted that as a compromise to the problem, but by that point I felt so insulted that I preferred to deal with someone with a more professional candor. So, I asked if there was a regional manager, or number for corporate that I could use to better solve the issue. The manager stated that I could bring in an estimate that he could send in for approval to get the key fixed, and gave me a number I could call to contact someone at Monro. I brought in 2 estimates, which he chose to only take the cheaper one, until I insisted he take both. I then asked for a reference number, so I could follow up. The manager told me he would contact me later in the day with a reference number. The manager called back and stated that he was unable to get through to whomever he was trying to contact, and he would contact me back when he got through to whomever handles these types of situations. This occurred between Aug. 23-Aug. 25. I haven't received a call since.

It's a rare condition in this day and age to find a good, reliable repair shop. Since moving to the area in October, I've trusted Mr. Tire of Cherry Hill with my auto service and repair. Even on their busy days, they still find time to make sure my needs are met. Just this morning, I had to drop by after a splash shield came loose on my front end. Within five minutes, their techs had reattached the shield, and I was on my way. A simple fix, but it's something that shows me that they truly care about their customers. It really is the little things that matter most. Thanks again!

THIS COMPANY IS A RIPPING OFF THEIR CUSTOMERS. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES AND RUDE WORKERS. NO PROFESSIONALISM. YOU MAKE A COMPLAINT TO CORPORATE AND THEY DO NOTHING AS WELL. WHAT MAKES THE MATTER WORST THE MANAGER STATED I'M THE END ALL. BE ALL. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

I was on vacation and the trunk of my car completely broke on Saturday night. I spent Sunday morning trying to find somewhere to fix it, and Mr. Tire was fantastic: they were fast, so friendly and sympathetic, and came up with a temporary solution that would last until I made it home. I wish I could drive back to get them to fix it for real! Thank you so much for your fabulous service.

I went to fix my tire today. It only took maybe 15 minutes, I was surprised by how fast the technician got it done. It was pretty cheap compared to the others too. I wish I knew Mr. Tire sooner but now I know where to go to get my tires fixed.And also the lady named Sue was so helpful, professional and nice.Thank you guys!
