I can't believe that I haven't used Midas in Cherry Hill sooner. I brought my Jeep here for an oil change yesterday and I couldn't have been more impressed from the moment I came in until after my Jeep was serviced.John was extremely friendly which made my experience that much better.At any rate, I have always had to wait longer than 2 hrs. for an easy oil change. So my husband and I decided to go for a bite to eat at a near by restaurant while we waited . We were only half way through our meal, when John called and said that my car was all done.I definitely will be returning if I have any other car issues. I HIGHLYrecommend going to check out John, Mark, and the rest of the Midas team.Thanks guys,You Rock!!!more impressed.John was extremely friendly and

Mark at Cherry Hill location provides fast and affordable service for my families Honda Pilot and Genesis. The Midas has always offered great service and great service professionals. I have been to several Midas locations and found this to be the best for my family and friends, so much so we drive over a hour to get things done there because we trust them. Mark and team are always the best. Never ever hesitate to recommend this Midas to anyone. Mark has always been fair with what needs to be done/should be done and what can wait. Been going here for 5 + years , they get the job done and their honest mechanics. My car is about to hit 200 k miles and it wouldn t have made it this far with out the help of Cherry Hill Midas on haddonfield rd.

I love this place! I go here for all my car needs.. They are affordable, reliable, the guy is always welcoming and my vehicle is ALWAYS good after service!!! Unlike some other places!!!!

I love this place. My mom always gets her car serviced here and it s the same energy now that I go. I always get treated with great customer service, the team are laid back and welcoming. No issues ever, they help with any and every problem and they even give you tips and honest advice for your vehicle. Clean atmosphere and you re in and out; yes it gets pack but you re not there too long.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Highly recommend. We were traveling and got a flat tire. Never great to be non-local looking to get a fix on your vehicle Checked their reviews - 4.5 high for any car place. We ve rated a 5. Great folks Mark is hilarious and was great to work with.

Have had my brakes and tons of oil changes here, as well as a few major repairs. They worked well with tow truck drivers and were very straightforward. Used to trust Mark and John wholeheartedly and would even tow my car from Philly to have them look at it.But something changed recently with their mechanics or something. Started having to wait hours for oil changes, and would get the car back and would be greasy on the interior. A few times we would drop the car off with an appointment and the tech wouldnt even look at it, taking lots of time out of my day. I got my brake serviced recently and was told I would be getting a brake fluid flush, but it was not performed. I wasn't charged, but not the point.I had my axles replaced in November of 23 and started having issues with them again now in March of 24. Refused to recognize the blatant issue with them that I recognized and another shop confirmed. I gave them an opportunity to fix this mistake and was basically shut down on the phone, where they quick to blame the other shop for causing the issue (even though there are photos of the issue before any work was done by another shop.) No reason axles should go bad that quickly and if so, for a warranty to not be honored. Lost business from both me and my mother who trusted this shop for over 3 years.

Mark is always pleasant, honest, extremely knowledgeable and patient. My husband and I have brought our cars to this Midas for a variety of services over the years and always felt we werereceived excellent service. The staff is always friendly and courteous.

Very pleased with the Midas service. They were able to take a look at my car as a walk in and took care of the issue, no questions asked. I will definitely go back since it s hard to find an honest car maintenance service now a days. Very grateful for their time and effort and pleasant customer service.

I have been going to this place for an oil change for years, the reason is Mark Robinson at the desk. Such a gentleman! So polite and accommodating. He is a pleasure. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! I came here recently for a simple oil change and my car was tampered with. After I left I had a sudden issue with my car that wasn t happening before. I found out that a part on my car was unplugged by them causing my car to drive badly. (That can only happen if someone unplugged it)All and all I had to spend extra money to replace the part that was not need in the first place. Once again I would not recommend this place for car service. Please be extra cautious when bringing you car to these places they are not trustworthy!!!

**Call, don't schedule online.** Apparently their site has been off for a long time. That's not the shops fault, it's whoever designed the site outside of them. Just call, so you can guarantee an appointment.I came here because the reviews were good, and I was pleased. I only got an oil change, and was shown other things wrong with my car that need changing soon. I was told I was welcome to ask for pricing, but never felt any pressure to pay for more than my oil change (which was nice because I need to wait for my next paycheck anyway). Very friendly workers and friendly atmosphere overall. The waiting room felt comfortable waiting in & there was a bathroom. They tended to my car very quickly (even though I scheduled online and it got wonky) and they pulled up my car for me after as well. Great place! Will be back!

Mark is family. Midaz has worked on every vehicle I have ever owned, never once have I had to take it back. Love these guys/ladies as family. Always feel confident that I will be told when something NEEDS to be done or can wait a bit. John s previous Midas was half the distance from our home but we still make the extra trip to him and his team here.We also feel lucky when Quinn is visiting (if you know you know).

I made an appointment for my 07 Tucson, it was making noise under the body. Turned out to be a converter had a hole and the front exhaust pipe was hanging but ready to go. Also some wires had the covering chewed off by critters. All of the repairs were done quickly and at a good price. I have been to this Midas, on Haddonfield Rd, several times, they work fast, they're friendly and, most importantly, they are honest!Service: Auto exhaust system repair

Whenever I've needed a service I've called and they've said bring it over and we'll take a look. My services have been kinda costly but same day. Mark at the front desk is so polite, patient and helpful.
