Kelly, David, Kirk and all the techs deserve a pat on the back for going over beyond for their customers. I watched them complete work and help others as they came in. It may push them back but there s not too many tire shops in the area to depend on. Due to my work schedule I am unable to make appointments, I came when I had the time and they were able to work me in on two different occasions. I was able to get 4 new tires on my vehicle along with an alignment. Yes it took a couple of hours and patience is needed. I am new to the area and nowadays customer service isn t like it use to be but Kelly and David exceeded my expectations with their customer service. I look forward to working with them in the future!

Kelly at the front desk is a gem!! She was extremely nice and attentive over the phone. When we walked in she was even sweeter and so pleasant to talk to. We had a flat and were waiting over an hour for AAA and almost 2 hours away from home. We thought our Sunday was ruined but they helped us so quickly and we were out of there in less than a half hour! Definitely recommend this location!

Great experience recently at Mavis. I had to return to resolve an issue a couple days after having my car serviced. David was very helpful and fixed the problem quickly. We've brought our cars here a few times and have always been very happy with the service.

The staff at Mavis Discount and Tire are professional. Kelly checked me in and explained the service process in an expeditious manner. After the initial vehicle assessment and before the work started, David called to explain the situation and my repair/cost options. On a fixed budget, so I truly appreciated his honesty and advice. The vehicle issues were resolved quickly and fairly. I was able to drive my truck home on the same day. I highly recommend Mavis.

I had a fantastic experience at Mavis Tire and Auto Center in Cherry Hill, NJ! From the moment I arrived, their professionalism shone through. Despite not being officially open yet, they were ready and willing to assist me. My car was serviced promptly and was ready right on time. Kat, the front receptionist, was incredibly helpful and made sure I understood all the services and costs involved. The mechanics did an excellent job, and I left feeling confident in the work done on my vehicle. Overall, I highly recommend Mavis Tire and Auto Center for their outstanding service and professionalism.

Stopped by today to get my tire checked for nail. Turned out the tire had two nails. Patched the tire, gave me price for replacement and was out of the store within 1/2 hour. Fast service and great customer service. Thank You.

Everybody that works here was soooo nice and they took care of my flat tire very quickly. The staff made me feel safe and I was in and out the door within half hour. I d highly recommend!!

Very satisfied. I came in 15 minutes to closing and explained how I got a flat tire abruptly. David at Mavis in Marlton was more than quick to find a way to get a new tire put on my car despite the circumstances. Great customer service, considerate employees, and quick service!

Kelly was amazing. So helpful. I made a same day appointment and Kelly was professional and friendly and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle. She went above and beyond for me recording the tire tread so that I could make the best decision on how to proceed. Thank you!

3/29/24: Had a 9am appointment for 4 new tires on my Escalade, alignment & brakes. Arrived at 8:45am drop the car off. Greeted at the desk by Kelly who stated there were 6 cars ahead of me from the day before and there was only 1 tech and 1 mechanic because someone didn't show up for work. Said the car would get in the shop around 12:30. I called at 3:30 to check the status. Was told the car had yet to be worked on but would be brought into the shop 'shortly'. I called again at 5:10 (because they close at 6) and was told the last tire was being put on the car. By the time I arrived, 5:35, the car was still on the lift WITH NO TIRES MOUNTED YET! Long story short, they didn't do the safety check I was told they would do to check the amount of brake life I had left! They did a check as I was watching and they said I had 20% in the rear and 30% in the front. I told them to do it...they said they couldn't do it today before closing and NOR could they do the alignment either. They said I'd have to come back! They didn't even offer some type of discount for the 8 1/2 hours I had to wait! Don't know what happened to this store but they won't be seeing me, my family, or friends. They SHOULD HAVE offered me the option to leave my car or choose another day for the service...but they didn't.

Kat at the front desk was extremely helpful and display excellent customer service. She realized I was on a strict timeline to get back to work and she navigated moving the process along very quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Mavis at Rt.70 Cherry Hill for all of your tire needs!! She deserves a 5 star rating!!

Just want to say Thank you to Kat and the team for the phenomenal work they did for me. I had come in with a flat tire which they took care of in under 30 minutes. She made my experience very quick and the customer service was astounding.

Excellent experience! Took time to explain my options. I don t know much about cars and they helped me understand. Good turn around time. Helped me get the right tires for my van and fixed my flat in my wagon. I would recommend and will come back when needed.

I just had lost both of my grandparents unexpectedly and was low on funds from being out of work. The manager David was very approachable and understanding of my situation. He helped me out with marking down my tires and a sensor that needed to be replaced. He also didn t charge me for a battery check due to him understanding my frustration about people wanting to charge me to look at my battery with it being in trunk. I 11/10 recommend this place and having anyone working with David. HE IS VERY KIND AND WILL WORK WITH YOU. His staff was nothing but super nice.

Kelly is a wonderful personality at the front desk, Dave is the manager of the garage and Dana is the Mechanic that ensured my vehicle was well put together in a timely fashion! I ordered my own parts and the mavis team only charge me labor.I Saved thousands of dollars in parts and labor and received a better steering and suspension inspection than mall chevrolet!They are not just a tire replacement center!

I can t thank this team enough! Yesterday I went to a different Mavis tire to replace 4 tires, I had the worst experience and ended up having a car that was shaking and tire pressure sensor was broken.The team at cherry hill took care of everything, figured out my new tires weren t balanced and even replaced the sensor for me. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

I called to see if I can get in to plug a tire and he was able to fit me in within the hour and not only take care of the tire but gave me a detailed overview of other potential issues that I should be on the lookout for without being pushy at all! It was all informative and helpful to help me understand my options. Will definitely use this location in future!

I called 20 minutes before closing asking them to help me with my license plates. They told me to come right in and the entire staff were friendly and professional. Although this wasn t their issue and it was right before closing, they figured everything out for me and put my plates on free of cost. Thank you David and the rest of the staff!! I highly recommend. I won t hesitate to use your auto services in the future.

I made an appointment for 1pm. It took them 7 hours to change out my tires. This is not acceptable to keep a customer waiting this long and offer to do it the next day. Don't go to this location. If you want to spend your entire day waiting for your car, then this is the place for you.

Time suck. I went in for a scheduled brake appointment waited for 2.5 hours after my appointment time just just to be told I need pads and rotors but they were about to close and I d need to come back Sunday for the service. I was assured they would get me in and it s only an hour job. Came back at 9 am Sunday and waited over 2 hours to be told they ordered the parts and were waiting the delivery then they will give me an update in 30 minutes. After an additional hour I went up for an update and was told person transporting my parts was in an accident and they wouldn t get here today. Went to a different service shop and they told me the part I was waiting for wasn t in carried in stock in part shops.

One of my tires was visibly sagging and required frequent visits to the air pump for topping off. Rather than do that yet again, I decided to take it to Mavis for inspection. I called ahead and was told that I could come in, but would have to wait while they kept up with the appointments already ahead of me (which was fine). I waited no more than 90 minutes start to finish. During that time, manager Dave and the team of technicians never stopped. Customers came in before and after me for repairs, new tires, and service; the phone kept ringing; and an applicant dropped in to apply for a job. I was relieved to hear that my problem was a nail in the tread and that the tire was repairable. I appreciate Dave's and the technicians' hustle and attentiveness while being very polite and personable -- traits not to be taken for granted.

I had a flat tire today. Went to Davis tires to get it fixed the girls up front Kate and Kelly were amazing and Dave got the job done. Highly recommend this place everyone is very friendly and very helpful.
