Took my 2001 ws6 up here for a front end alignment , and they are very honest and very professional, they know what they are doing. Very good techs I will be bringing my car back for service again when needed. Thank you guys very much for getting my car to drive straight again.

I chatted with a mechanic when I visited the parts store a few months ago. The extra star in this review is solely for that awesome mechanic. He was really knowledgeable and helpful. I was tired of diagnosing and working on my old car, which I do because mechanics rarely do more than read the DTC and offer to replace whatever it references. So, I decided to give the service department a try the next time my check engine light came on.I forgot that dealerships make you talk to what are essentially service sales people... not mechanics. The attempted thievery I experienced was so blatant and over-the-top that I can't help but laugh. I'm leaving this review so that less car savvy people don't get shafted by these crooks.I did receive a diagnosis for one of the three issues I came in for... plus a $4400 list of snake oil including (1) replacement of a brand new intake manifold (independently pressurized and confirmed to be in perfect condition by another mechanic), (2) replacement of my catalytic converter, and (3) a fuel induction service as an overkill solution to dirty fuel injectors and a "dirty" brand new throttle body. When I questioned how a new OEM throttle body could have carbon build up and how a new intake manifold could have a leak, I received boldfaced, nonsensical lies. When I asked how it was determined my catalytic converter needed replacement ($2100!), he referenced a cleared, 8-month-old code that I addressed 8 months ago by fixing UPSTREAM issues, hence the code being 8 months old. Duh!For the record, my car is worth less than the bill to fix all those "diagnoses." After paying $189 for the legitimate diagnosis of a bad wheel bearing and speed sensor (thanks) and the pleasure of witnessing that amusing snake oil salesman pitch, I paid an honest mechanic $550 to double check my intake manifold and replace the bearing and sensor. Then I stopped at autozone for a $30 bottle of fuel system cleaner.In a moment of insanity, I thought I might have found a good dealership service center, but Ryan at Mall Chevrolet set me straight! As if charging $1,895 for labor on $97.56 in parts was not enough, Mall Chevrolet is now adding a 1.75% surcharge for using a credit card. (They somehow forgot to mention that.) Fortunately, this is not common at other Chevy dealerships in the area.

Took my car there because I received a brake assist warning light. Dropped it off at 11am. The service advisor didn t call me so at 3pm, I called him. I was advised the car was on the lift and being diagnosed. Still no call back so I called again but by now they were closed. They kept my car overnight without even letting me know. I called the next morning and was told they are still diagnosing the problem. That seemed odd so I went there only to find out that they never even looked at the car in the first place. No apology no nothing. It was clear this was their way of conducting business. No consumer should have to deal with that garbage. I will never bring my car to them again and would suggest you don t either.

Pretty good for a dealership. Our issue was covered under a warranty so we didn t have to pay anything. I would have liked more frequent updates rather than having to ask once an hour myself, but the service was good.

Requested to replace a battery cable in my 2014 Chevrolet Impala Limited. Purchased the replacement cable from Mall Chevrolet and had their service department install it. After examining the work, I was very impressed. It looked like the new battery cable was always there from the factory. Couldn t ask for anything better. Much appreciated!

Needed a oil change for my certified chevy. They took me right in. Shuttle service took my family to local department store. Very friendly and curtious. Waiting room cozy with tv and free coffee.
