I have never experience first class customer service until I came in contact with The Land Rover dealership in Cherry Hill. My wife and I was looking for a Discovery Sport with seven seats and we called Cherry Hill. When I mean from the first call it was professionalism. From the introduction to scheduling a test drive. There is a big difference between a sales rep and a Sales Guide! When I tell you about value I tell you about a great man. Mr. Adam j Butler was nothing short of amazing. I never experienced nothing like it. The communication was top notch. The caring that me and my wife make it safe in traffic astounding. And he is a man of his word. He got me the price much lower than I requested. Unreal! His honesty was important. He was so educated on the product. But not just Adam they had this magical dog that met me and wife when we pulled up! The experience was in real. And the reception was so warm and offering beverages as we wait. It was unbelievable. And I am not giving fluff! This was my experience. They made it so easy. I will shop no where else but there to get my vehicles. I am looking to get the Defender next!! Even the other Sales personnel and management staff it was perfection. Given stars is not enough I will be the spokesman for this location and will get them continued business. GREAT JOB!

I cannot praise my service advisor Melvin Santana enough! Over three separate occasions, he has consistently exceeded my expectations in every aspect of car care.Melvin's transparency is truly commendable. Our experience with Adam Butler at Jaguar LandRover Cherry Hill was amazing.We met in April 2023 in search of a certified pre-owned Range Rover. We gave him the specifications we wanted, but the dealership did not have what we were looking for at that time. Over the next 12 months, Adam would text me available cars that would tick off at least most of our boxes. He was never pushy; if I said it was not the right car, he didn t try and sell it, but instead, he said he would keep looking. And he did. In March, he told me that one of his customers was trading in her car, and this one turned out to be a perfect match!Adam was never pushy, always patient, super polite, and extremely knowledgeable about Land Rovers in general. He was eager to share his knowledge as his number one wish was to make sure I would be completely happy with my purchase, and I am. He is a consummate professional, and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for a Land Rover vehicle.

Land Rover/Jaguar is a wonderful car dealership. Thiago is an excellent car expert! He helped us tremendously with our lease. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, kind, honest and helpful. Every time I use Land Rover in Cherry Hill, the service is always so good, from valet, front desk, my service advisor and my favorite is they always return the car clean and smelling amazing. They are always kind and communicate everything that needs to be done along with the prices.

This morning (I have a 915 appointment )Lorraine phoned me &said I am not welcome there because of my Google review. I am a 72 yr old on my way there in this weather, *I had a 915 appointment In addition to the no valet, no loaner cars, my Scheduled shuttle is just this minute canceled due to weather conditions but I can still keep my appointment? How inconsiderate, Lorraine nonchalantly callling me and told me & said I can drive there in the bad weather and wait there a few hours??? And as for a manager being right there, shame on you, Eric Silva. My 2018 evoke only has 22,000 miles on it. There is an issue trying to get an appointment with the dealership where they would either valet the car or give me a loaner. There is an automatic diagnostic fee of $314.82, which is nonrefundable for the technicians service? unheard of, this fee is usually deducted when the repair is performed This place is outrageous no loaner cars for a week.In the matter of one hour, switch the days that the cars are available. even encourage customers to go to a different dealership. How arrogant is that? Customer service skills are lacking MEGA-

Took my RRS vehicle 3 times for the same issue. Too many issues and too much of high maintenance. I still own 2 Mercedes Benz for over 10 years and never had an issue only dealt with routine maintenance. As much as I love my RRS, I m having second thoughts that I will never ever invest again in Land Rover. No thank you!

My husband and I purchase an SUV from here and the service was top notch! I honestly never leave reviews, but since I know what a nightmare some car buying experiences can be I wanted to let people know that you can actually have a pleasant experience. Our sales rep Adam was amazing and worked with us to find me my dream truck (which seemed impossible due to the inventory issues all of the dealerships are currently dealing with). It was such an easy and seamless process...I can't thank them enough! If you are thinking about purchasing a Jaguar or Land Rover I highly recommend them!

I had been getting my car serviced there for about 5 years. It was OK until covid. After covid it was really hard getting an appointment and or loaner car. I started going to Princeton. I took the car in for service in March of this year and again drama with a loaner. Something about progressive car insurance so they have to put me in an enterprise rental. The universe works in mysterious ways. I was on the market for a new car and had they put me in one of theirs I probably would have purchased one however the loaner they put me in was an Audi. I fell in love with it! Once I returned the loaner I went ahead and purchased a 2023 Audi Q5. Thanks LR of cherry hill for helping me make this decision!

Let me preface this by stating I find the car buying process very daunting, stressful and is my least favorite aspect of "Adulting". I had no intention of buying a car; just curious & just "looking" but in a matter of hours . . .Adam was a great sales associate. Most importantly he did not hesitate to approach & assist me. Adam answered all of my questions, had a great deal of product knowledge, was informative, and very resourceful and provided updated information. He assessed my needs, made suggestions & recommendations which ultimately allowed me to move forward with my purchase with confidence!I am very pleased with my new Land Rover Discovery - it rides promised and Adam is still available to answer questions post purchase and I really appreciate that.

The worst dealership possible refuse people who not only bought and owned a range rover but owned multiple, instead of trying to correct an issue they just refuse service and state they have the right to make that decision, we ll I have the right to go viral and put my review in on how customers who spend a lot of money to drive a vehicle are treated. EVERYONE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, will never own another one again thanks to this dealership.

First, I want to start out by saying that I never thought after 28 years with BMW that I would ever leave, but I did. Five years ago, I was curious about a Range Rover, so I sought one in Cherry Hill. While on the lot, a gentleman named AK approached me and asked if I needed any help. So I told him my situation with my BMW and how unsatisfied I was . He said well we can get you out of it."" How much do you owe. I told told him he ran the numbers, and they weren't in my best interest at that time. He said, "Here's my card, and when you're ready, come back, I'll be here." Fast word 6 years later, I came back but forgot I had spoken to AK and was approached by a woman. It was very nice and gave me some valuable information about leasing. I was coming to the end of my lease and still was undecided. When I went back to BMW and asked about purchasing the vehicle, the numbers just didn't make since to buy a 3 years-old car for the crazy amount of interest, along with a down payment on a vehicle that I am already leasing. At that point, I had made up my mind and decided to leave BMW because my loyalty clearly didn't mean anything, so why should I say. I loved my client advisor, but I needed to change, and I did. I called AK and made an appointment to build me a vehicle. We sat down, and he patiently went through every step of my build, and in the end, I was a new owner of a Landrover Defender. I probably was in and out in an hour. AK is an awesome, patient caring, soft-spoken man with a big heart. He made my buying experience an amazing one, and Dan, the finance manager, did just as an awesome job taking time to discuss all my other options with no pressure added.UPDATE: TRIP INTERRUPTIONOn December 28th, my trip to South Carolina was interrupted by my new 2023 Defender, breaking down over 650 miles away from home and 10 minutes away from my destination, on a dark highway with barely having hazard lights. I had to call for the local police to sit behind me so that my family and I wouldn't become a fatality. My 14 years old daughter cried the entire time. The nice and friendly North Myrtle South Carolina police waited with us for 4 hours with their lights on, so no one would hit us. Finally, 4 hours later, roadside assistance came to tow my truck to the nearest Landrover dealer, which was in Wilmington, North Carolina, an 1 hour and 15 minutes away. Once my vehicle was towed, my family and I would have been stranded on the highway either to wait for roadside assistance to send for an Uber to pick us up, but thankfully, the nice North Myrtle beach police officers escorted us to our destination. The following morning, I called the dealership to which my vehicle was towed and spoke to an amazing specialist named Charles Howard. He was my knight and shining armor. The entire 3 weeks of my vehicle was at the dealer. Yes, 3 weeks until the parts would come in, but in the meantime, I was in South Carolina trying to figure out how I'm going to continue my vacation, let alone get home. I called the dealer, and he said to call roadside assistance and tell them your trip was interrupted and you need a rental car. I called only to speak to 2 idiots and gave me no advice, nor would tell me my roadside assistance benefits and told me that they can't offer me a rental car. Call back and ask for a supervisor. I did and spoke to someone who confirmed and ordered me an Uber to the rental car agency. When I finally got home, I called the dealer because I had to return the rental vehicle the next day, and now I don't have a vehicle. I called Cherry Hill Jaquar Landrover only to get the run around by AK and Joe, the sales manager. I asked for a loaner, and they said if my car is at the dealer for 2 weeks, then they'll give me a loaner. Well, it was 3, and they said it was nothing they could do. I will have to figure it out myself because they never had this happen before. Where was the professionalism and the customer service AK. You were my client advisor and should have advised me better. Instead, he chose not to help

Preface: I'd rather fall in to a canyon and have to cut my arm off to free myself than deal with the protracted car buying process.But you know what? Adam here at Land Rover Cherry Hill made the entire buying process easy and seamless from start to finish. After months of looking, I found the exact spec of SUV I was looking for here in Cherry Hill. Adam made the entire process easy from start to finish. I am absolutely a customer for life of this dealership now.

Great experience! I traveled from NY to look at a land rover and trade in my suv. Cherry Hill Land Rover gave me a great deal on the trade and worked with me throughout the process. Jean Hall was absolutely terrific to work with. SO helpful and absolutely no pressure to buy. I had to drive a few hours to get there, when I purchase my next Land Rover, I will go to the Cherry Hill location. I highly recommend this dealer.

I've been a loyal Land Rover owner for decades; thus, may be biased on the brand. However, I am truly positively surprised with the feel and performance of the Defender I purchased.Moreover, what continues to keep me loyal to JLR Cherry Hill is one sales consultant, AK Kazan. His attentiveness, care and consideration are the epitome of authentic and genuine customer service.
