VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE! Took care of me QUICKLY in the BITTER COLD (FLAT TIRE) and made sure I got SAFELY home FAST! THANK YOU, CARLA & CAMERON! I came back the following week and had full appointment and got the SAME fast, friendly, and professional service for my interim check-up! Thumbs up!

Having already identified the issue I called to get an estimate from the so called service center and the best she could do was tell me how much they are going to overcharge me to look for the problem. No additional information was available. Save yourself money and find a trustworthy service center that is transparent about the expected cost. Not this one.

The staff was nice and accommodating. Went for an oil change last weekend and it only took 2-3 hours for a Saturday but that was to be expected. I will definitely be back for my Kia car needs.

Very unprofessional service, nobody bothered to call me and let me know my vehicle was ready after it was serviced. Yea, its Saturday so I guess everyone was itching to go home! I went on my own to check on the status of my vehicle I get a bill for something that is part of the lease package I am paying for monthly. All they want is your money in exchange for POOR SERVICE...DISAPPOINTED!

Very nice place to get your Kia serviced. I got mine a full tuneup for $2,000. The staff are kind and responsible.
