Stopped by without an appointment yesterday and I was greeted and welcomed right away by Christian. Christian was very helpful and friendly and made the process so much easier. He set us up with a deal that made us comfortable with our down and lease payments and I highly recommend going to him if you want to buy a new Kia.

I was in search for a Kia Carnival EX. I made an approximate at Cherry Hill Kia. I met with Christian. The Carnival I wanted in black was no longer available but Christian showed me what was in stock (maroon) and I fell in love. The team at Cherry Hill Kia was efficient and knew I was crunched for time due to work and they did their best to get me in and out. I had finance issues and Christian did his best to assure me everything would work out and in the end it did and I left with the car I have wanted for years! Thanks Christian and the rest of Cherry Hill Kia to make this buying experience enjoyable.

Updated to say: Recently went for service at CH Kia and Demetrius isn t there anymore. I asked one of the fellows that I recognized where he had gone and he told me- down the street to CH Mercedes Benz. Well, it looks like my next car won t be a Kia. I do still love mine though.Shopping at Kia of Cherry Hill was a happy time for me! I spoke to a wonderful man named Demetrius. He wasn t pushy and is clearly a salesman, not a hustler. I appreciated his honesty and assistance when I knew what I wanted.I ve never been to another car dealership so I don t have much I can compare but I didn t feel overwhelmed by the process. When I didn t understand things, I asked questions and received answers that made sense to me. There were so many features in the car that I hadn t heard of; Demetrius gave me the Cliff s Notes version of what he thought I d use, but also let me know that he d respond to any questions I had after the sale.It took a few days for my to get my stuff together with the bank, but once I had my money, I wrapped up the deal. I took the car home on Tuesday and squared up/ finished final paperwork on Friday. I love my new car and I super appreciate the man who sold it to me! The staff at Cherry Hill Kia were eager to help and the well wishes felt genuine.

Devin Keith was amazing. He was able to fulfill my needs in a timely and respectable manner. He listened to what I liked and my concerns and was able to give me exactly what I needed to the T. If you ain t getting your car from him you are truly missing out. Ask for Devin Keith when you want to purchase a car and he will make sure it is within your budget!!!!

An A+mazing experience!My family and I have been on the hunt for a new car for the last two months.We were new to the Kia dealership in Cherry Hill and had a great experience thanks to Richard. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy going, guiding us through the process with patience and ease. Cannot thank Zay and Rich enough! I was holding out on a new car till the very end. And if i didnt come down, id still be waiting. I got the car of my dreams and it was the easiest process ive ever gone thru! Zay was so friendly and personable and just put my mind at ease! He literally was above and beyond! Devin Keith was AMAZING at Kia! Him and his manager worked hard with their finance department to get me a monthly payment I can afford. They are knowledgeable, outgoing, and very kind. Now, I am leaving with a brand new 2024 Kia Sportage! I could not be happier. Don t slack on Kia Cherry Hill!

I scheduled a service appointment for today. During scheduling, the lady I spoke said she added the tire plus warranty phone number on my paper work. I also provided the phone number in the overnight Dropbox that I used this morning.On the paper work, I put please do not complete service if the warranty company will not honor the repair. I authorized them by signature to contact the warranty company which will they failed to do.I explained all of this on the phone as well in the morning. I missed a call at 1:15pm and called back at 2:30 when I was finished work. The lady could not find me in the system. Eventually the tech calls me back and says he cannot do the work unless they get paid from the warranty company. He said he would call to find out WHICH IS what he was supposed to do in the morning!I called the warranty company to make sure I understood the process. They said the dealer sends pictures, they authorize the repair and they email a card number for the dealer to take payment same day!I decided to go in person and my vehicle was in the same spot not touched all day.This is the second time I dealt with a lack of professionalism from a place I leased two vehicles from in the past.The staff is not organized. They have 0 care for a customer dropping off a vehicle while at work, fail to read directions and even lie about adding notes in the system- they couldn t even find any information about the appointment today.If I could give a negative star rating I would. Stay far away from this service center.

I had my car towed to Cherry Hill Kia it was not running . Told them I had an extended warranty I purchased at time of sale. There were no warning lights nothing alerted me that the car was having any problems I told them it is not accelerating then stops running .They told me it would be $170.00 to conduct a test to find the cause if by chance there was a problem with warranty . Fine .3 days later they told me it is an engine problem and the work needs to done at Turnnersville Kia where the warranty was purchased. Then I had to pay$ 200.00 to tow it where I bought it now because my triple A has a policy not to tow the same car twice with the same problem ?! Really ?! Then I received a bill from cherry hill for $360.00 more then double the quote ! The warranty agent told them the work should not be done there . They should have stopped. They took it out for a test drive a car with an engine problem it broke down they charged me $90.00 to tow it back ?? What ? Why is that my fault you should have not taking it for a ride ! All along with other sneaky charges , I did not deserve these charges They definitely took advantage of me and the situation . It is a sleazy way to conduct business . Good job guys . I will spread the word . By the way it's my first ever bad review Congrats !

Recently bought a used car from this dealership. Was treated super well by Randy, Christian Cerrone, and Tracy Gooden. All made the buying experience easy and simple to understand. After leaving a different Kia location feeling frustrated, Kia in Cherry Hill exceeded my expectations.Sensing my frustration, Ryan the sales manager went outside of his typical responsibilities to work with me throughout the entire purchasing process, beginning to end. He was straightforward, personable, thorough, and made me feel confident in my purchase. He heard me (and my mother), listened, and made it happen. I walked in feeling defeated, expecting to leave with a used Sportage and Ryan single-handedly got me in a brand new 2024 model with fun features and extended warranties, all without breaking the bank.Thank you so much Ryan! I brought my 2023 Kia sportage in for a recall. I scheduled the appointment online but also called to schedule my car to be detailed since I was offered either a free detail or a full tank of gas for completing the sales survey when I leased my car in December. When I called I also asked if I could have a loaner car to run errands while the car was being serviced and detailed. Brianna in service told me they don't have a loaner fleet. Unusual but fine. When I dropped the car off (11:50 for 12pm appt) I was quoted 1-1.5 hours for the service and another 1-1.5 hours for the detail. I ran some errands and came back an hour ish later (1:15pm) and asked if it was still in service and they said yes so I took a seat in the waiting room. Another hour later (2:15pm), Kevin pulled another customer back but let me know he dropped the keys off at detail and I asked how much longer and he said about an hour. So this was 2 hours to be serviced which was just updating the software and checking the brake booster. Another hour (3:15pm) and I followed up how much longer and Kevin said he didn't have the keys back yet. So I waited another 30 minutes and still nothing. I went to the bathroom and FINALLY after 3 hours and 45 mins (2 hours and 45mins in the waiting room) they gave back the keys. When I got to my car, it looked great on the outside, but the inside I could tell was not completely detailed. WHAT DID I WAIT ~3 hours for?? The carpets were cleaned for sure, but nothing was wiped down and all along the side of the passenger seat kinda looks like paper or cigarette ash?? Not for nothing, my car wasn't even super dirty to begin with. I've paid $10 for a car wash and my car looked just as good on the outside. honestly super disappointed. While service was friendly, I expected much more. Matt even joked "I was about to give you an application" for how long I was waiting. Maybe I should have lower expectations.....

We needed to get a new car asap so headed to Kia. Christian Cerrone greeted us after we looked around the lot. We talked about the Seltos and he took us on a test drive before which he demonstrated the features and highlights of the model. After a thorough explanation of the costs, Christian helped us finish all the paperwork involved as quickly and efficiently as possible. We would be happy to work with Christian Cerrone again.

Recently bought a new Kia from the Cherry Hill location. Like many others, I am not an impulsive buyer. I like to shop around, do my homework and make educated decisions. With that said, I don't always purchase based on price alone. I value relationships. I need to feel I have someone on the inside I trust. My go to guy with questions. I found that with Devin Keith. He was exceptional. Even after I walked out of the dealership without purchasing a car, he kept in touch over several months. Not hard selling, just letting us know he was there if we were ready. The day came, we set up an appointment and drove off the lot with a new car at the price point we wanted. Not only were we happy with a new car but we felt like we made a new friend. If you or someone you know is looking to buy or lease a new Kia I would strongly urge you to ask for Devin. You will not be disappointed.

My experience at Kia Cherry Hill was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked into the door Christian Cerrone's customer service made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I do not have the best credit and Christian promised me that he would do his best to get me into a car today and boy did he deliver. Despite my not so good credit I was able to drive home the next day in a beautiful new car. The whole process was just above and beyond any expectations I had. On my way to the dealership I was bringing my old car to trade in and I broke down on the side of the highway. Christian Cerrone had the dealerships tow truck company pick me up on the side of the highway and tow me back to the dealership, with no cost to me at all. Words do not give justice to how exceptional my experience was at Kia of Cherry Hill I highly recommend

I was looking for a KIA Forte and trading my Benz C300 (good price on my trade in). Good service, knowledgeable sales associate. I ve been saving up for two years to buy a forte. I went off the website prices and prices I saw on the car window. Finally had enough to pay for the entire vehicle and it wasn't enough because I couldn t get the car as the price shown on the window paper/website. So, I ended up getting a KIA Forte GT Line 5k over the MSRP since the GT (almost 40k with my trade in) *still owed on my trade in* was over priced in my opinion. None the less, still satisfied with the car. Exterior looks really nice. Sporty but yet sleek. Interior is nice. Has all the bells and whistles one might want in a fully loaded car. Harman Karman sound system sounds really good. Would've been nice not to get the front license plate screwed onto the bumper (I live in PA and bought in NJ). I don t need a plate on the front of the vehicle. Now the bumper has two holes on it.

When one of the top suggested review searches is BAIT AND SWITCH, you know you re going to a shady dealership. I wish I would ve read reviews first. So many other people have had the same negative experience - being manipulated into adding service packages, being offered SIGNIFICANTLY under fair price for a PRISTINE vehicle, made to feel like there s no other option, being talked down to, etc.never going here again, not even for my free $1,500 oil changes.
