Highly recommend for repairs. Low hourly rate compared to other Range Rover shops. I ve taken my car to a few places and these guys are thorough, kind, communicative and fast. Loraine and Evette were helpful, and I m pleased with the experience. Will return in case of future issues.

I cannot recommend doing business with Thiago enough. I was a customer from a few states away and he couldn't have made the process any smoother. He was responsive and upfront with information. I would feel comfortable sending my grandmother to him to buy a car.

You want to avoid this dealership at all costs. Go to Willow Grove or Wayne instead. Our experience here was horrid and I can see that in hindsight we should ve seen the other reviews first.We left our Discovery Sport as it was having issues and got a loaner instead. From the start, Chris was pushy about the loaner and it seemed like his sole focus was to sell services that were not going to solve our issues like telling us that our tires need to be replaced (we got new tires 6 months back and barely drove the car!).Discussions regarding what needs to be serviced were ongoing. Next day, in the evening, my husband called to talk to him and let him know that we were disappointed with the Jaguar experience and the diagnosis that had been made, Chris hung up on him. Next, he sent a threatening message saying that if we did not choose any service with them, we have to return the loaner that day itself or he will report it STOLEN. Mind you, our car was still with them.I m not sure if he understands the fact that everyone has a job and we aren t employed by Jaguar or work on THEIR time. I understand he has services to sell and people to dupe, but there is surely a better way of doing it. Also, throwing around words casually and telling someone you are going to report them for stealing is a serious action. It is unfortunate that someone like this is in the service sector. I will not be returning to this dealership.

What a difference new ownership makes! Land Rover moved in with Jaguar, and the store has a totally different feeling. It's upbeat, friendly . . . seems brighter inside. And there's plenty of inventory.I especially liked the new "greeter" - Aussie Shepherd named Cooper.I'm not in the market for pre-owned, but I noticed they had a really complete selection of luxury late models, especially SUVs and crossovers. Service is an easy drive-in affair. And the service waiting area is in a separate room away from both the showroom and the service area - quiet and comfortable.Definitely recommend for great customer service and a great price, too.

I can't say enough about the service department (and the entire dealership). I own an F-Pace, and went in to make an appointment for service. Lorraine, like always was extremely approachable, and is just always very nice. Steve gave me a ride home while my car was being serviced. I'm 49 years old, I've owned 12 cars, and I must say the service is just as impressive as the vehicle and I have NEVER experienced the level of service in my years like what Cherry Hill Jaguar provides...they are top notch across the board. I was able to quickly visit Martin who sold me the vehcicle a year ago, and he was just as nice as he was a year ago. It is obvious it isn't about "a sale and forget". Again, I have never experienced this before in any dealership in the past. I've never looked forward to having any of my vehicles serviced until now...the name Jaguar has a reputation, but it goes so much further than just the vehicle. Thank you Lorraine and everyone at Cherry Hill Jaguar for treating me like a real person every time I go there!!!Dp

Initiated contact by email and was promptly greeted by Frank Levine. I'm 2 hours away in North Jersey and Frank promised he would pay for a tank of gas if he didn't give me an offer I couldn't refuse. He hooked me up with Robert Brennan, who was a real pleasure to deal with. The F-Pace was really over my budget, but it was my dream car. After going back and forth (no cheap dealership tactics) we were able to come up with an agreement. Having the benefit of Affinity Federal Credit Union helped as well. In summary, I am very satisfied with the treatment and respect I was treated. The finance manager was very professional as well, can't remember her name. Got a good deal on my trade, a decent discount and great finance by my credit union. Will be back in a couple of years... and strongly recommend. Note I can't speak for service as I am too far away to have my vehicle serviced there. A couple of week later I received a gift certificate from Kramer Portraits worth $2,500.

Lorraine, a service advisor at Jaguar Cherry Hill, is attentive, considerate, helpful, and patient. I've also had the displeasure of dealing with some of the other service advisors, and in the interest of focusing on positives, Lorraine is a true asset to Jaguar Cherry Hill. She always makes the process easier, and even when issues arise, she is quick to take accountability and work towards a resolution. Thanks, Lorraine!!

Stay clear of this dealership. Misinformation during the sale. Very poor review of the vehicle at delivery.Service department has on 2 occasions damaged 2 F-Types. The first F-Type, they dented 3 rims when installing new tires. The 2nd F-Type, they made a gash in the drivers seat while installing new interior door locks. The interior door locks never worked and the car was brand new.When addressing the concerns, the service manager was very rude. Absolutely no respect and can care less about the time wasted because of their mistakes.Image buying a 2023 F-Type convertible and being completely dissatisfied with the dealership. For service I'll be going to either Willow Grove or Wayne, PA.

This is the worst dealership in America by far. Spend good money on a vehicle they promise two keys they never deliver the second. Then after all that we trade that vehicle in for a more expensive vehicle and that has one key but promised two. Salesman says we have a key for us services calls and says no. Then they figure it out and now I have called 15 times and been dumped right into voicemail. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! You ll thank me later!!!!

Lorraine in service is the best! They take care of me and my xf when there's an issue or in need of maintenance. Loaner jag usually there and ready to go. Waiting area top notch. Was a benz owner for many years. Due to Cherry Hill Jaguar and Lorraine... I'm never going back. Love my Jag & top notch service!!

Hands down the smoothest, most enjoyable car buying experience I ve ever had. From beginning to end everyone we encountered was welcoming, friendly, & professional. Our salesperson, AK Kazan, was on top of everything, was thorough and informative and completely genuine. Tho he was juggling many things he made sure he was ready for us when he said he would be. To make our purchase smooth, quick and fun AK stayed late on Friday night and came in early on Saturday giving us the information we needed to be prepared to walk in, sign papers and be on our way. Along with the finance manager they worked hard to get me approved with the best rate without putting down more money because they didn t stop at the first or second bank. AK sat in the car & explained everything about this amazing vehicle, Jaguar F-Pace, assisted with setting up the app, gave us an unexpected gift and included his cell phone in the event we had any questions or concerns. Another member of the Jaguar/Land Rover dealership family is Boone, the resident Australian Sheepdog, is as sweet as can be. With his piercing blue eyes and gentle temperament he is the cherry on top. Thank you AK for the no pressure, no nonsense, down to earth service!!

Great buying experience, I may have purchased throughout my life 20 plus vehicles. The service that I received was by far the very best, the customer service from Jaguar Cherry Hill, NJ, salesman Adam Butler was second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who is in the market of a Jaguar or Land Rover to contact Jaguar Cherry Hill NJ, even if you have to travel out of State like I did to buy a vehicle. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the very best I would give the dealership and the salesman Adam Butler a 10.5.

Dealing with this dealership and in particular with AK was a pleasant experience. We picked up my E-Pace today, and both my husband and I were impressed with the way everything was handled. Love the attention to detail.It went smooth and quick, thanks to AK Kazan our Sales Guide, and Ted who handled the paperwork in an efficient matter. Cameron effectively helped with installing the convenient phone app.From the moment I had contact with AK over the phone till the moment, I drove off the dealership parking lot in my new E-Pace, I have no complaints. It was very nice indeed to do business with AK.

I ve had a few experiences related to service that I have found to be deplorable. Staff is grossly under trained, which is a reflection of the management and business leadership. I have tried to chalk it up to isolated instances, but apparently it s the standard, and not the exception. Having spent an exorbitant amount of money on a vehicle, which was purchased at this dealership by the way, I would expect a more friendly, courteous, well-trained staff. My final visit!

Bottom line, they had my XF for a total of 6 weeks for a check engine light. Told me on 3 occasions it was done and ready for pickup only to have new warning lights come on while driving home. After returning the car I was told it suddenly needed $4700 worth of repairs AFTER they said it was ready. SCAM...

Don't mind my silly screen name. The professionalism and shear friendliness, of everyone working in this dealership is top notch. Martin Dawson was my salesman. Great guy I couldn't recommend him enough, friendly and was never pushy. Him and Lisa even stayed late to get me the car I really wanted and push fair financing for me. Not just get me into something to drive and get out. Frank the manager greeted me in person. I didn't feel like a customer, words can't describe how pleasant they made the car buying experience. And what they did to get me into the car I bought, it was above and beyond anything a dealership has done for me before. If I have the option in the future I will absolutely be buying from here again. Professionalism, friendliness, and no hassle. This place is an idustry standard in buying cars.

The sales staff was excellent, especially Jeff Scher. The ease of buying a vehicle from Cherry Hill was second to none. The entire process from test drive to driving off the lot was about 2 hours, impressive. Everyone that we encountered was pleasant. I would recommend this dealership without a doubt.

Won't service your car if you are not a regular customer. Manager doesn't return calls. I don't understand that policy as long as you are getting paid.I will travel to Ray Catena in Edison NJ or drive to Delaware. I give them zero stars.

We had by far our best car buying experience with the team here. After contacting Frank through TrueCar we decided to take the 90 minute drive to take our car for a test drive. Marc R. took us out for a test drive, we liked the car and within a couple hours we had worked out a fair price for both the car we bought and our trade in. Linda took us through all the paperwork and we had the keys to our new car in under three hours.Never once did this feel like any of our past car buying experiences and we'd definitely buy here again. I leased my Jag from Cherry Hill Jaguar and I am very happy with it. They even selected the car for me...one of the custom XE fully loaded. I just love it! Marc Rosenstein, my sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was always able to get him on the phone with any questions. He was always very attentive. Martin Dawson was also knowledgeable and attentive and nice to deal with. There was an issue with getting a time to pick up a loaner car. They came and dropped off a car for me and picked it up. Just great service! You will not go wrong with Cherry Hill Jaguar to get an awesome, fun to drive car! I love my Jag!Diana..aka ladydi!
