29/Female; I got two tires replaced, rotated, and an alignment. $500. Staff was friendly and prompt enough, BUT when I drove off my front passenger side tire was inflated to 67psi. Thats INSANE. My model of car calls for 35psi, and the tires themselves are only rated for 51psi. That could have caused so much damage if not killed someone. In addition, another lady came in and I heard her saying that she was picking up her car for the second time after this location had sent her home with the tire she needed replaced still on the car *that had a nail in it*. She caught the mistake and held the workers accountable. I can't prove it, but I suspect intentional mechanical malpractice. Be careful using this location.

Staff friendly, though disorganized, and I found the work product to be sloppy. I returned to my car after having 2 tires replaced and alignment done (this through a manufacturer warranty claim - otherwise, I d have work done at my dealership). I returned to my car to find someone dripped their coffee (?) down the driver side door, grease stains on the door handle and passenger seat, and the trunk compartment (where tire lock is located) open, disheveled, and used gloves thrown in. Overall, incredibly sloppy. I called to make them aware of the state of my car, and the attitude was apathetic. I wouldn t go back here, as their lack of respect and pride in their work is clearly on display.

I run a small side business. Called early in the week to schedule getting 3 separate cars safety inspected on Friday or Saturday. Wanted to make appropriate appointment as I was going to be spending over half a day on this. Told, you are good you don't need an appointment. Show up today. We have no time for days.If I had not called to deliberately schedule this and confirm would have been my bad. I don't expect any special treatment and don't just walk in and expect to a shop and have them part the red seas.But wasting my time after I tried to make sure about this, just bad

Brought car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Technician did not install oil filter correctly and I lost all my oil before I got home - not sure of the damage to engine. Car also had significant damage to front and underneath due to a Goodyear employee driving it over the parking stop where it was when I picked it up. Manager denied responsibility saying there is noting at shop that could have created the damage. Pictures below show the damage aligned with the parking stop where the car was when I picked it up from the Goodyear Service Center in Cherry Hill. The very fresh damage (fibers still hanging from the gouge) was undoubtedly done by Goodyear during that service. Been a long time customer - will never go back again.

I am from out of town. I brought my car to Goodyear because I use them at home. The attendant took my car and reported that my brake lines were rusted and leaking. He explained that he was the only person working who could do this work. I sat another 15 minutes or so, then he recommended that I get my work done at another (nearby) Goodyear. He said they would have more staff. I asked him to check. That shop had no one working who could do the work that I needed. I asked for a recommendation as to where else I might go, but he declined to make a recommendation. When I asked for my car and my key, he asked me to wait. I waited while he chatted with the postal carrier about shipping rates. No hurry. We went from him being able to do my work, to him declining to do my work, to him sending me to an affiliate that could not do my work, and then finally to him just sending me away. As I left, he added that he should have charged me for his diagnosis. I told him that would be a hard argument to make. He had that diagnosis paperwork in his hand, but did not offer it to me. I am writing this a few hundred yards down the street - 30 minutes later. This shop is busy. They are into the work now. My experience isn t tragic, but it s not nice, either.

Tried to get a tire repair on a rental car while on our way to Philly Airport. We were told they were too busy. He did not offer another tire business to try. This was the poorest customer service...absolutely no concern for our situation. We went to Mavis and were immediately helped by a very friendly employee.

Not real mechanics. The list of things they won't do is longer than the one of what they can do. The website makes it super easy to setup an appointment for any manner of services like an all-you-can-eat buffet, but won't give you any information on cost or time because their business model is to lie to your face and steal your money.By the grace of God, I was at least smart enough to leave immediately, but I chose convenience over quality and these clowns are what I got.

I would not recommend this location of Goodyear. I was in there over the summer because I needed a tire replaced. I had gotten a flat a few days beforehand on my way home from an appointment for regular maintenance at a Toyota dealership. The Goodyear tried to tell me that my alignment was way off and tried to get me to purchase an alignment package. I knew this was false because I had just been to the Toyota a few days before and they hadn t mentioned it to me, so they were very clearly just trying to get me to spend more money. During my next Toyota appointment I also mentioned the alignment and they said it looked fine. When purchasing the tires from the Cherry Hill Goodyear I had also purchased the Road Hazard warranty. When I took my receipt into the Philadelphia Goodyear to use the warranty on my newest flat, I was told that the Cherry hill Goodyear hadn t put the warranty ID number on the receipt and that without the ID number it couldn t be used. Now I will have to call the Cherry Hill location to get this sorted out. Not very happy with my experience here!

Goodyear has serviced all my cars for over 30 years. The location in Cherry Hill is just great. I always wait for my car and it is always ready before the allotted time. The employees are all friendly and knowledgeable. Everything is always explained to me so I understand what is being done. I ve never had a problem and trust these guys implicitly. They take great care of my car

I ve been to this Goodyear multiple times and I ve always had a great experience. One morning when waking up to a screw in my tire, I called Goodyear and they said to come in as soon as I could, and that they would fix it. When I arrived, the staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. My car was fixed quickly and has been driving great. Other times when I go, the staff is always welcoming, very thorough with what they re doing, and respectful. I 10/10 recommend!!!

I ve taken my car there about 3 or 4 times. Only once, the first time I went during the beginning of 2020 pandemic, was when they provided me good service. It went downhill from there. The dude was dishonest by saying my tire rod was about to snap and that it needed to be replaced right away; I said no, and drove the way it was for almost a year before I got an alignment service from Mavis (also on route 70) that fixed the underlying issue (alignment services are much less expensive than a tire rod replacement). Their service isn t terrible they are usually quick, but if they are misdiagnosing the issues of my car, I can t come here anymore.

My family has been coming here for years. I had a screw in my tire and my husband dropped the vehicle off. I picked it up just before closing time and saw it was marked $.00 on the invoice. I asked if my husband had paid it earlier and was informed they don't charge to repair tires! What a surprise. I really appreciated it. Also, they called to give me a heads-up that they were near closing time (I was already on the way) and I thought that was helpful.

Brought my wife s car here for a tire patch since it has a nail on the rear driver side tire. Dropped it off around 10:20am and the manager said he ll give me a call once it s done. Come by 2:20pm, called them and checked if they already worked on it, manager said not yet since they have a lot in line today for appointments. I just trusted my gut feeling that something is not happening right. Went back to get the car again and saw the other cars that I saw in the morning that are parked there waiting to be worked on not yet being done and I told the manager that I m pulling the car out from them because of their sluggishness. Never will I go back to them again, sorry...

Very slow...... Poor customer service and friendliness. I'm also pretty sure they damaged my car by not properly putting it on the lift. Careless work happens here. Go elsewhere if you can.

I went yesterday and asked if they had the tire for my car because it said it was in stock online and the guy told me yes. He then told me my car would be ready by 4:00pm. I dropped the car off at noon and all I needed was 1 tire changed because I got a flat earlier that day and my spare is too small to drive more than a few miles with. I called around 5:30pm and not only was it not ready but the guy tried to claim that he did call me about my car. I had no record of this so called call they left me. Then I gave him my information and then he was like oh that s the wrong car. Then he told me that they didn t have my tire and I would have to wait until the next day. I work for Uber and this cost me an entire day of earnings. On top of this when I finally got my car back 24 hours later there was garbage in my car and the spare was just thrown in my backseat. I am a very understanding person because thing happen but the service and the way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable. I will never be going to another Goodyear again.

I'm pretty frustrated. The guy was super nice and laid back on the phone. He told me he could help me with new tires and to come in that day. He didn't specify a time and said they were open until 6. I got there at 4:25 only to find out he could not help me. He said it was 'impossible' and that I got there too late. I feel like he should have mentioned a time or given me an appointment if that were the case.I ended up calling the Levittown location and they were able to help me.

They were really nice and friendly. It was quite busy but i had to get tire fix.They said they had found the problem and got it fix. I didn't get charged. I left and couple hour later my pressure from my tire got even worse. It started leaking more. I had to go to another shop and they patch it up.

I take my 1972 C10 super Cheyenne to these guys every time always does a great job most of the time prices are really affordable unless it's a major work fast and reliable usually have my car back the same day I guess they there earlier if it is not a major job. That is very cool and knowledgeable with older vehicles super friendly and professional will not take my truck anywhere else

Had some car trouble the other day and needed my car towed. This was the closest place And I am glad I came here. I was a little unsure because I needed anAlternator and battery and this is a tire place LOL The guys were very nice and walked me through everything. They also discovered the noises my car was making a were cracked mounts. They couldn t finish the whole job in one day so I am came back today. They did a great job and treated me with respect.

Avoid this service center. First of all, one of the mechanics don't know to patch up the tiers. On my first visit, they found a nail in my tire and then they patched it up and charged me close to forty bucks. Next day morning, the tire was flat and when I returned they found that the patch came off and another guy said that the person who patched it up didn't do a good job. I was shocked to see that that person don't know to do a basic patching service. So this new guy patched it well but when I hit highway speed, the steering was vibrating. I went back after a while and asked them to check the tire. He just saw the tire and said that the vibration was nothing related to the tire they fixed. They didn't event care to check the wheel balancing of that tire and in return asked me if I want to pay for the balancing.I would not recommend this service center.

Very unprofessional and you wait inside for about 25 mins before you helped. Everyone is in the shop also published hours are open Sunday but the cherry hill location closes Sunday. hmm. I Had an appointment which I should up too early then wouldn t take me. Came back later that day around 3. Told me they have 4:30 appointments for oil changed and they ll get me in when they can. Will not go back them. That being said they use to be my go to car care center.

Had a nail in the tire. Originally said they'd repair it for free but turns out the nail landed in a bad spot. Since the tires was worn anyways, decided to change the tire and they gave us a good deal as well as bumped us to an express service since we had a flight. Friendly staff and you get a good feeling they're got your best interest in mind.

Avoid this place like the plague. Came in with a slow leak. They tell me it s $100 sensor. Then they can t program it to my Infinity. After three return visits, I go to Infinity dealer. I m told the air leak that is still there is from debris on the rim, and my sensor was fine. Infinity removed the tire, cleaned the rim, and programmed the sensor for $45.00. The mechanic said Goodyear never removed my tire. This is tire 101.Top it off Nate, the service manager lies to my face telling me it was fine, when George the store manager specifically told him I needed to go to the dealer because they couldn t program the sensor. Total waste of time to be scammed about a sensor I didn t need.

This is my second worst experience with Good Year service. This time, i had a problem with low engine oil indicator been showing on, on my car maintenance dashboard. With my basic understanding i raised an online service request for changing my oil and mentioned my actual problem of having an indicator on and was expecting technician to identify the root problem and fix it.I was told that brakes needs to be replaced and i accepted it, even though while driving i was not experiencing any brakes problem and i paid nearly 1100 $ for the same. When i picked my car i found the indicator was not on, and was happy that my actual problem was solved but then it again appeared on next day and my car also was jerking as it was initially happening. When i reached the service center again, i was told that they don't have knowledge to fix this issue and needs to be taken to the actual dealer.This lead me into disappointing situation and have below questions -Why doesnt the technician understands the root problem and work to address it ?Why other unwanted costs of maintenance are been shown to the customers ?Why oil change was done in the car even when that was needed ? They could have atleast see if that is at all needed ?
