great place. good customer service and quick, relatively cheap repairs. in a way im lucky my old bike shop went out of business so I could start coming herebut, some of the stuff on display here, while better than other bike shops, are still kinda pricey. I would still recommend going online to buy a bike saddle or anything of the sort

Great people at this shop, my son has dragged me to about every serious bike store in south jersey and honestly I ve felt like an outsider, but this whole group of guys including the owners are just good people. They do honest repair work at a fair price and they re currently helping me out with getting my son an SE Maniac bike for his birthday that sells out fast early in the year, and they allowed me to put a minimal amount down so they could get it and hold it for me until then. Highly recommend this shop.

They are very nice and helpful people! I ve been to many bike shops but they are the most honest and polite ones ever!Thanks to them I ve got my bikes fixed in no time and it costs nothing.I would always take my bikes to them with no doubts.

I had the best experience with this bike shop. I called all over for a specific bike and the day I called they said they would check stock and get back to me. I was called back within the hour and told they have it, I purchased the bike over the phone and by the end of the day they called me to let me know it was assembled. About a week later I went to pick it up and the two gentlemen inside were beyond friendly and helpful. They explained everything with the warranties and maintenance and showed me where to find the serial number of the bike. They came outside and helped us get it in the car. I was thanks for my business numerous times. I 100% recommend this shop and am going to have a happy little boy on Christmas Day! Thank you for the great service!

I bought a Giant Trance from Erlton and it has been amazing. When I said I was coming to pick up my bike. Bob had me come around 30 minutes early to teach me everything about my new bike and help me set up my suspension.

I took my bike for a tune up last spring. Being that it is an older bike, I assumed it would need some work and expected a big bill. I was pleasantly surprised. I purchased my bike at Erlton back in the 1980's, and it remains in great condition! The owners were very pleasant and helped me purchase accessories that were geared to my needs. Pricing was very fair. I highly recommend Erlton.

Erlton is THE bike shop! The staff is knowledgeable, and they offer a wide variety of bikes.I told the staff what kind of bike I wanted and gave them my price range. They were honest and never pressured me outside of my range.Shortly after I bought my bike, I had a problem with it, but the Erlton staff fixed it for free! They're not trying to ring cash out of you; if they know it's a simple fix, they do it for free. Highly recommend Erlton!

Fabulous shop! I posted a rave review to Facebook a few months back and within a few days had over 100 comments agreeing that Erlton Bike Shop is THE BEST! These folks are kind, caring, and full of expertise! You can t go wrong - if you need anything bike related - check them out!

Let me start off by saying that all the guys in here are absolutely amazing and knowledgeable!!! I took my mountain bike in for repair and Robert fixed it within 20 mins and he actually explained what he did to fix the issue. I was assuming I was going need all sorts of new parts and it turned out to be an easy fix! Robert was great!! Definitely would recommend this bike shop for anyone looking to buy or for a repair!! Way to go guys!!!!

I did the 65 mile Ben to Shore race on July 24, 2022, and experienced a tire issue around mile 57. After pulling aside, to inspect, a minute later, a fellow rider pulled up and asked if I needed assistance. After introducing ourselves, he went to work and was able to get my tire patched up and get me on my way to the finish line. Before I departed, I thanked him profusely, as I was dead in the water, and was great that he was able to get me fixed. He said it was his pleasure, as he is a Bike Mechanic, and loves being able to assist fellow bikers. His name was Bob, and we worked at Erlton's Bike shop. Even off the clock, he was dedicated to assisting fellow bikers. I cannot thank him enough, and cannot wait until I need further bike assistance or needs, as I will be making a trip to Cherry Hill to make sure I am taken care of properly, and my bike is in good hands!

I could not have been more satisfied with my recent experience with Erlton Bicycle Shop. When I arrived to drop my bike off for a tune-up, someone from the shop saw me struggling to get my wheel back on and not only stopped to help me, but they took the time to teach me how to properly do it myself.When I got the call that my bike was ready, they told me that my bike didn t need a full time-up so they only charged me for the services it actually needed.When I picked the bike up, the gentleman helping me not only offered to help me get it back in my car, but as we got to the car, he asked if I d find it helpful to have a kickstand. I didn t even know one could be added! He took a few extra minutes to roll it back into the shop, install the kickstand and then load it back into my car.As someone who hasn t ridden in years and knows nearly nothing about riding, this shop could have easily overcharged me for all of these services, but instead they took great care of me and charged me an honest price. I ll be a customer for life.

I bought a new bike here, and am very happy with it. Nice people and great service on my older bike!Three months later: I have some minor problems with the bike, and I bring it into the shop. They adjusted the brakes, the derailleurs, the bottom hub, and fixed a broken spoke I did not even know I had. It was all done quickly and for no charge. Thank you very much!

I went today to get some instruction really on my tires and how to install my bike on a trainer. The store was pretty busy, but Aaron ( I believe that was his name) asked how he could help me & help me he did. He gave me detailed instructions on how to pump up my tires and explained the presta valve to me. He also showed me how to place my bike on a trainer by using one in the shop. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable. He even loaded my bike in my car when I left. He was THE Best! I will be a lifelong customer. I highly recommend this store.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. The shop was packed, but we had reps helping us every step of the way. We went there to size my wife for a road bike. They didn t try to oversell anything and wanted to make sure we had the right fit. I ended up buying somecomponents for my current setup, at a fair price... great shop overall. Customer service makes a difference

Wow I bought my first bike that I ve had in a while here and let me tell you, I m so glad I went to this shop. They had a variety of bikes, accessories and excellent customer service. Dennis was so beyond helpful. I got everything I wanted in a bike today and I m so excited about my purchase.

I've bought my last two bikes at Erlton. The salesman took time to really listen to what I was looking for in a bike and gave me really great suggestions. They were very knowledgeable about what seat and handlebar height the bike should be adjusted to so I could ride comfortably.I try to take my bike by annually for service. They always are very through with a tune up it rides like a dream afterwards!! Very reasonably priced as well.

Best bike shop! I came here after my old shop closed, and was amazed! Great customer service, they really listen to you, and a fantastic selection of bikes! They have something for everyone here. The mechanics are very knowledgeable, and my bike is better than it has been in years!!! (Thanks Bob G!!)

Great experience purchasing a new bike for my girlfriend. I knew I wanted a hybrid bike for her and the associates pointed me in the right direction and taught me what I needed to know. They were all super helpful and friendly, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back for any and all of my bicycle wants and needs! Thanks guys!

Manager spent a long time helping me decide the best bike for me. In the end, I settled for a folding bike. I ve had it for two years now and could it be happier. I decided to go with what was recommended as this was one of the only bikes of this type made with better quality materials. Now I see I made the right decision. The bike feels as if it was made for me!!! The store gets busy so be prepared to wait your turn. And in turn, you will get the same attention given to those before you.

Went there this weekend to buy a new road bike after being recommended by several experienced cyclists. I was highly impressed with the service I received. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful - and not at all pushy. I got a great bike for a good price and the owner even gave me a free water cage, a water bottle, a free year of tune ups, and a free fitting. I will definitely go there again when I need anything else for my bike. Highly recommend to anyone shopping for a bike.

Very pleasant staff, but not very good with bike repair and maintenance. I got the impression they are more sales based than service. They were also very busy. In July after a 50 mile ride brought my bike in for a yearly adjustment and maintenance. My old shop went out of business so I tried Erilton. It took a week and they put on a new chain. Went for a ride the following weekend and the shifting was off with chatter, no shifting and then jumping gears. About 11 miles in on a trail when transitioning from steep down hill to up the new chain popped off and wedged between the gears bending the new chain. I've had this mountain bike about 18 years and usually take it into the shop every year or 2. Until now I've never had it come out of the shop in worse condition then when it went in.I didn't take my bike back and give them a chance to make it right. The shop is very busy with long waiting lines and I didn't want to wait another week plus before I could ride, so I sucked up the 80$ charge. Instead I took my bike to a new shop in Swedesboro near where I work. In 4 hours he replaced the chain and adjusted the shifting back to normal. Rode over a hundred miles since than with no problems.

The owner was very rude. Laughed at the bike I brought in for a repair and said that it would take 300$ plus a 250$ down payment to fix it. Then continued to say that it is not worth anything and I should just throw it away and buy a new one. The bike was my moms childhood bike and I wanted to gift her with a nice repair. He told me just to buy a new one because that my bike was not worth it . I bought all of the parts on amazon for under 75$ and fixed it myself. It was pretty easy and took an afternoon. Overall, I had a pretty bad experience.

Recently purchased my first road bike (Giant Defy 3). Customer service was great. I'm due to bring the bike back in for its first check-up and some minor tweaks. I appreciate the fact that they took the time to go over different aspects of the bike with me prior to me leaving the store and that they did an actual fit to make sure that everything was lining up properly to ensure that I had a comfortable and safe riding bike. I will be a return customer for years to come!

Must stop shop for any problems with your bike. The staff took my bike right in and fixed its issues for very cheap. Not only was the service excellent but the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you, Dennis!
