My husband and I were a bit skeptical when we pulled into the Cherry Hill Volvo lot. There were not many cars in the lot that we could see, and this was one of the few car dealerships on Rt 70 without vehicles outside on display. Either way, we went in and we were immediately greeted by Karl, one of the sales reps. Karl listened and was easy to connect with, right off the bat. It was very helpful knowing Karl owned the exact model I was shopping for, and shared several stories making us feel comfortable in our decision to buy. He was very helpful in the process of trading my vehicle in, and worked with us on making something work within our budget. Doug, another worker, helped run numbers & make us a great deal! We ended up driving out with our brand new XC90, straight from the showroom floor! It was a very pleasant shopping experience and I appreciated the non-pressuring demeanor of the sales reps we encountered! Would recommended Karl to future Volvo drivers!

I had an excellent experience purchasing a certified pre-owned XC-60 from Cherry Hill Volvo. Carley was the sales person who greeted me and took me out to test drive a few different options. Carley was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I m grateful for her help in choosing the right vehicle that made the most sense for me. I was also fortunate to work with Ezra in sales who walked me through the process and paperwork to purchase the vehicle. Ezra made it an incredibly smooth process and obviously knew what he was doing. His experience and attitude made the experience enjoyable when it otherwise would have just been tedious. Huge thanks to Carley and Ezra. I would definitely recommend Cherry Hill Volvo to anyone looking to buy a car.

I went to Cherry Hill Volvo to return my lease and purchase a certified pre-owned XC90. From the moment I walked in, Carley was friendly and helpful. She showed me the changes in features Volvo had made since I d gotten my lease, and she offered my son some crayons to color with while we handled the paperwork. She made the whole experience enjoyable. It felt like buying a car from a very knowledgeable friend.

A great, painless day buying our first car! Karl took care of us right away and answered all our questions in a timely manner. The "customer comes first" mantra that permeates the retail landscape has never been better realized than within the walls of Cherry Hill Volvo Cars.� Our sales team of Ezra and Rick were outstanding, and they went above and beyond to get us into our XC40.� We drove from PA for this well-equipped car, and special kudos to Ezra for accommodating us on his off day!� The kindness and attention to detail is apparent at all levels.� We can certainly recommend this dealership for a seamless purchase experience.

I recently purchased a vehicle at Cherry Hill Volvo and had a fantastic experience. It can be easy to find the process of buying a car really intimidating but that was not the case at Cherry Hill Volvo. Ezra helped us out and was really kind, knowledgeable, funny and was not pushy. He was really easy to work with and helped us find a car that we absolutely love. I definitely recommend Cherry Hill Volvo. Ask for Ezra!

My husband and I purchased a car here about a month ago and we are so glad we worked with Cherry Hill Volvo to do so. Kurt, our sales rep, was phenomenal. He was not pushy at all and really worked with us to understand what we were looking for. After some searching, Kurt found us exactly the model and features we were hoping to find in a pre-owned vehicle and then was incredibly patient when we asked to see other options to make sure it was right for us. Doug, his manager, was incredibly helpful too. He worked with us to determine the right financing options to get our car payment to where we wanted it to be.After we made our decision, Kurt was super helpful in getting everything ready for us and made sure we understood the car features and set up. He made sure that we knew we could call him directly with any questions, big or small. We highly recommend Cherry Hill Volvo, Kurt, and Doug!

I recently purchased a certified, pre-owned S60 from Cherry Hill Volvo. Ezra and Doug went above and beyond to make the car buying process easy. Ezra was professional, friendly, and patient. He had the car I was interested in ready and answered any question that I had. He also had great attention to detail, realizing a part was missing by the seat and had them ordered for me. Happened to be in area so I dropped in, without an appointment, to see if I could get an oil change on my leased XC40 (which I love). Michael (service rep) met me as I drove in and said he would check to see if the shop could fit me in. He was able to arrange for my requested service. The wait time was reasonable and Michael gave me periodic updates on status. Good job and thank you Michael. Btw the free coffee was tasty and hit the spot.

The staff at Volvo are very accommodating and personable. Unfortunately, I spent my first visit there because of check engine light and they did repairs to the tune of over $3.0.The check engine light then came back on within 24 hours of service. I then went back to the dealership, again very accommodating. Said was corrected and again within 24 hours the light came back on.I live an hour away from the dealership and now have to make a 3rd trip back. (They say that I have to update my communications system to another charge of over $400. (My service rep Michael Diaczynsky was extremely nice)

Thanksgiving was a time for being grateful and thankful and I must say that I was very grateful and thankful to Stephanie, my service coordinator and the entire staff at Cherry Hill Volvo.She was able to have my car serviced (tire/rim) in a crazy time right before Thanksgiving.I greatly appreciated her professionalism as I stressed over getting it done in time.I highly recommend Cherry Hill Volvo and of course Stephanie and I will be returning for any of my future automobile needs!

My Family was driving down i95 from New York to Washington, DC when we ran over a metal object that slashed one of our tires. Thinking quickly, we knew that our xc90 was a very specific tire size and only Volvo dealership may possibly have it in hand vs a local tire shop. I called the wonderful folks at Cherry Hill Volvo on a Friday at 5:30pm and we were about 15 minutes away and the entire service team sprung to action. The least I could do is leave a 5 Star Google review but it certainly doesn t suffice to how incredible this organization was knowing that they could have easily said it s too late to address and it would have been understandable. Major shout out to JEAN FURTER for making it all happen!

I bought my car here in 2021, and I've come for service many times due to busted up tires (because of the roads where I live; not because of quality). The service department has always been courteous, professional, and accommodating, even when I showed up without an appointment because of nails in my tires. It's always a good experience, and it's a very nice facility. I highly recommend this dealership.

I worked with Ezra to buy a car and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. He was knowledgeable, helpful and went at the pace that was right for me and my husband. I never felt pressured or like there were hidden fees. He also completed our transaction - including assessing and trading in our old car - in just TWO HOURS. That must be a world record. Great buying experiene. The sales Dustin was very friendly and patient with my questions and helped me through out the buying process. The after sales service was amazing as well. They took care of all my requests to perfection and the responses were always immediate. I would like to get my car serviced here in the future and if you are thinking about a Volvo, I recommend you to shop here in this area.

I purchased my XC90 last week and from beginning to end, Dustin was a pleasure to work with. I wanted a vehicle that was not yet at the dealership and wanted to be sure I liked the color once it came in. Dustin was patient with me answering my many emails wondering if the vehicle had come in yet. As soon as the vehicle did arrive and was off the truck he called to let me know it was there. I picked it up two days later and Dustin sat in the car with me explaining all the features and answering my many questions. I never felt pressured to make the purchase which was a plus with this dealership and especially Dustin. This is my 3rd Volvo but 1st from Cherry Hill, but I will definitely be back due to the great customer service.

I bought a new Volvo last week from Cherry Hill and I can't express how incredible my experience was. I'm always hesitant to buy from a dealership as I don't want to feel pressured to make a purchase and this was the furthest from that. Ezra was amazing! He was so knowledgeable, patient, answered so many questions and kept us laughing as well :) I want to thank Ezra and Yosef! I highly recommend Cherry Hill Volvo and will be back again!

I spent $800 to get my car serviced. I have been to Cherry Hill in Volvo before I asked one favor that they could put my license plate covers on the car ..!!.. there was literally two screws in the front and two screws in the back they wanted to charge me $40. What a ridiculous situation. It just struck me that a technician calling Just remove two screws put my license cover on and put the two screws back as a courtesy for me being a loyal customer and spending $800 besides my previous visits you can bet that this will weigh heavily on my decision where to buy a car next year

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Cherry Hill Volvo. Salesmen Karl Schilling and Doug Traher helped make this both a simple and rather enjoyable experience. Because this was a corporate vehicle for my business, it was a little tricky. Both men are a credit to Cherry Hill Volvo and I will be sure to refer them if the opportunity presents itself. I have been a Cherry Hill Volvo customer since 2000.After living in Cherry Hill for 30 years, I have since moved to Cape May, NJ. I still make the trip to have my car serviced there because of the stellar service team.After making the trip to get an oil change and routine maintenance on my 2014 S60, it was clear that I was ready for a new car. Karl Schilling stepped in to help. He was professional, kind, & understood what I needed. It was a completely stress-free purchase of a Volvo Certified 2020 S60. Love it! Thank you to Karl, Doug, and all the Cherry Hill Volvo staff for making me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. I was an elementary teacher for 40 years. I believe that Karl and the staff earned an A+.

I would like to say Cm, Rick and the Body Shop team did an AMAZING JOB on my car. You guys are very friendly and exhibit superb professionalism. A deer hit me and ran. I was very concerned about the damage. Cm assured me that everything would be fine. I was more concerned due to parts not being available and the tentative timeline. However I was blessed, everything was completed before scheduled and it looked brand new again. The team even complimented how great the condition of the car was for the model year. Thanks again I appreciate you guys. Keep up the excellent work and great customer. I would definitely recommend Chery Hill Volvo.

If you are looking for the perfect dealership to buy a car from look no further!! By far the best dealership I have ever been to. I was in and out in under 3 hours with the exact car I wanted at an astonishing price. Stacy and Doug are absolutely amazing and were so easy to work with. They got me the best deal possible and I couldn t be happier. They were very thorough and polite. I cannot reccomend them enough!

I very recently bought a 2020 CPO V60 from another dealer (no fault of Cherry Hill I just found the car I wanted elsewhere and jumped on it). After owning it for a few weeks I noticed a shake in the steering wheel when braking. I immediately thought it was the front rotors. After doing some research I found out that warped rotors on newer generation Volvos is a common issue. I was a little nervous coming to this dealership for service work considering I had so recently bought my car from a competitor. Despite this they were very helpful and due to my cars low mileage they were able to replace the rotors under warranty saving me a $556 repair (I was told on the phone that this kind of work is not always covered under warranty and it s on a case by case basis depending on age/mileage of car). I will go to them in the future for service.
