i visited a few months ago because my check engine light had come on.. im pretty inexperienced with the mechanics of cars (this vw is my first) so i fear getting taken advantage of in these situations when i dont understand what the issue is and how expensive addressing it will be, so i was really pleasantly surprised when they said my problems were covered under warranty they fixed them all that day, within a few hours. it was a comfortable relaxing service center to sit in and very kind considerate people working there.. i was really well taken care of and truly glad i went to this vw rather than my other options!!

Brought vehicle in for what sounded like a blown speaker. They kept the car for four days and charged me $280 to replace the speaker, and the steering wheel s volume toggle; and that is with a separately purchased full extended warranty (nearly $3k). After taking it home, the vibration/rattle still sounded the exact same. The service advisor sets me another appt to bring it back in so their mechanic can look at it again; they take a few mins to listen in the parking lot and agree the problem hasn t been resolved; but then want me to schedule yet another appointment. The time we made it for, 2:30, he said would be good because they wouldn t be that busy then and would give them enough time to address the issue. So he made it sound like they would pull off the panel and fix it when he asked me to schedule that appt. but really had me bring it in again just so they could hear the prob, but having no actual intentions of attempting a repair; this was dishonest.So then he wants to schedule me yet another appointment, and won t even promise there won t be yet another charge. Further, this time there won t be a courtesy vehicle, it will be a shuttle home; and he says it will take a lot of time.After all that, I popped off the little power window control panel and stabilized the wires with sponge foam in 15 mins, problem solved.I also asked them to pop the door trim back into place at the first appt. They told me it was not out and I was mistaken. When I returned with the vehicle the second time and pointed it out to the service advisor, he observed it was popped out and realized it was them that was mistaken. So this never got fixed.An unfortunate sequence of events, time and money wasted, stress acquired.

We bought the car from another dealer with a 2yr warranty left on the car, we were having issues with the blind spot detection system, original dealer gave us the run around so we contacted Cherryhill VW and they took amazing care of us.

I bought my red convertible beetle from them new in 2017. I absolutely love the car and I have always found everyone there to be kind and respectful along with trying to be helpful. Since I bought the car I bring it two them every year once or twice as needed for an oil change and full detail. No one but them as ever worked on the car. I always say yes to any of the recommended services and appreciate there service. This last visit as been quite upsetting for me. I made an appointment had my vehicle towed in because I could hear what sounded like the front drivers side break pads. I also needed a light fixed on drivers side and oil change told them to do a full detail and said yes to the extra recommended services tire rotation ect. Why I am giving 3 stars is Because I am so disappointed that the picked up the car and drove home to discover the light was still not working. So I called they were very nice said bring it back sat patiently and waited for it to be fixed I believe about two hours but that was fine. Of course they didn t charge me for getting it fixed since I had already paid for that originally. I drove home and thought I heard a noise again on the drivers side front wheel praying it was just the road I went home checked the lights all was good. Next day drove the car and the brakes front drivers side again are making a weird noise like something is loose or rattling. It happens when I turn left slow and when touching the breaks so I will be bringing it back a third time it s omost an hour with traffic from my home so I am definitely upset with what is going on. What ever was done to fix the light is now causing the grinding noise I can t believe I have to waste another day trying to get this right. I will be calling Monday. Praying they will make this right for me and get the car fixed properly. If they do I will come back to give them five stars because I understand that things happen but I also hope the person working on the car is professional. They were excellent Matt had a car set up for me to borrow they checked the car completely over found what was causing the noise and repaired it for me. That problem had nothing to do with what they fixed but they still made it right for me which I so appreciate

I was there yesterday going to pick up my vehicle when I was talking to the employee he became was real disrespectful to me when I was talkback to him then he started making threat comments and getting in my face I will not bring my vehicle back to this faculty again and he started threatening me with the police. I had to call the cops over there because they kept getting in my face. That was really unpleasant and I was a paying customer I was paying almost $1000 for my vehicle to get fixed and maintenance and I had to go through something unbelievable in a work environment.I do not recommend this faculty it was really unprofessional

The service department representatives have been Courteous however the treatment and service I have received from Volkswagen Corporate is embarrassing and unacceptable. I am going on 40 days with my car in the shop and with no end in sight. I have called corporate several times and get the run around. I recommend staying far away from Volkswagen.Service: Engine repair

As a lifelong (50 year) VW owner, I have dealt with a good number of Service Depts throughout the Tri state area. That having been said- I have had the opportunity to interact with many service advisors. Over the past two weeks we have had both our Golfs in for extensive services at CH VW. Khern Springer, our advisor on both vehicles has been absolutely top shelf! Constant communication, updates, and knowledgeable clarification is what I want in an advisor, he delivers. VW is lucky to have him.

My husband and I brought my 2020 Tiguan in for a problem that another VW dealer could not find. Khern Springer was the service advisor who helped us with this issue. It was an issue that was more involved than something easy and simple. Khern was amazing right from the start on the phone, to when we arrived. He is the best service advisor we have ever dealt in the last 20 years. He cares, he communicates perfectly, on top of everything, he is the best of the best, and that is the reason for the five stars. VW is lucky to have somebody like this representing them !Service: General repairs & maintenance

This review is for the service department My ac stopped working on my vw golf. My regular mechanic and a local VW specialist couldn't figure out what was wrong. Finally went to the dealer service department. It was a great experience. Easy to schedule the repair, they were able to quickly diagnose the problem. Got the parts needed and fixed the issue. They even paid for my lyft back home after I dropped off my car. The repair wasn't cheap, but it wasn't terribly expensive, and they solved my problem - which no one else could. Quick in and out for drop off and pick up. Overall very good experience, recommended for VW service.Service: Air conditioning

I brought my car to the dealer because my CarPlay doesn t work and scheduled an oil change as well. They didn t repair the CarPlay and charged me $170 for the oil change. I repeat: $170 to change my oil.

2014 Jetta 2.0 TDI (turbo diesel) 75,000 miles-- 1 previous owner- serviced under extended emissions warranty (diesel gate)I don't even know where to begin with this review.....I originally thought this was a head gasket, bubbly coolant reservoir, very muddy and sludged reservoir, no heat, coolant would be dumped through weep hole in water pump constantly while driving to relieve pressure--Came into repair facility with vehicle showing EGR code and no heat- mechanic stated it was my heater core, and that it was blocked. Wasn't covered under warranty... Came back a couple of days later saying that it was infact covered under warranty, and they completed the heater core repair as well as the EGR cooler. After everything was put back together, no heat present and mechanic states there is no flow from water pump, and that it is blocked. Continues to say the impellers in the pump, and what makes the coolant flow, is the problem.Oh, I forgot to mention! It took me over 1 1/2 months to get seen by the facility the first time around! Now, I am currently awaiting to be seen again at about 2 months. I have been in communication with a regional manager from customer care, ken swantek I think, who at times was very accommodating but now seems to love the words "the dealership is our Technical resource".This car is covered pretty much with everything to do with the engine. In the warranty paperwork it EVEN STATES IN FAVOR OF THE CUSTOMER. I'd hate to lemon this car or go back to the diesel gate lawyers. This is INSANE. Someone please help me.

I ve had to reach out to VW of America multiple time to get issues resolved under warranty that this dealership refused to service. Unfortunately this will be the last VW I purchase because of this dealership. Stay away!
