Purchased a CPO atlas and two days later the airbags deployed due to a faulty sensor, my car has been in the service center since January 2nd no closer to a resolution. In the interim, I have had multiple loaner cars that malfunction their response is rodent damage which they claim I am responsible for. I ve been trying to get anyone in management to help me with a buyback request given the car I purchased was dangerous and we no longer feel comfortable in VW given all the issues with the loaners as well. This process has been one of the most frustrating and hurtful situations, and I wish this experience on nobody, as of today 4-10 I still have not heard back from any of the managers there and every time I call I am put on hold or never give a call back. If this is how you want to be treated, then please buy a car from them. If not- save your sanity and go elsewhere. Next steps will be legal and I hate that it has come to this, buying a car should be exciting and this has been the farthest from that.

Cherry hill VW has served my family and I for a very long time. Finally today I was able to purchase my first vehicle. Big shout out and thank you to Dylan and the rest of the team. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy process.

Cherry Hill VW was absolutely amazing!! I hate the process of buying a car, but these guys are awesome!! Specifically Matt Alpert. I would definitely buy a car from him again in the future. I bought the Taos!! The knowledge of the cars and his patience was outstanding!! VW you have an amazing employee!!!

Just bought a new Tiguan with the help of Matthew! He was so helpful and detailed and helped me get the perfect car. I was on a time crunch and he made it happen- from start to finish the process took less than 2 hours! Highly recommend him and the entire staff for your next car purchase :)

Greeted upon entering dealership very nice, Valay young man was courteous, Service Representative efficient and got my vehicle serviced and returned to us in an expectable amount of time. Very monotone but courteous.

After having a bad experience at another dealership, I came to VW feeling discouraged and apprehensive. However, as soon as I walked in the door I knew I would leave happy. Malik was on point throughout the entire experience, he made it all so easy and painless. Pete in finance also was great, he was easy to talk too and explained everything perfectly. So it s safe to say I no longer have dealership anxiety! I couldn t be happier with 2022 Tiguan and my new dealership :)

The staff at VW was very friendly and welcoming. They set up a Lyft for me to return to my house while they worked on my car and ordered a return car once it was done! The whole process was so easy.

I would rate my a experience a 10 star thanks to Mat's exceptionally great customer service not only did I receive a warm welcome but was offered a Lyft ride after getting caught in the rain while my car was getting serviced. Upon arrival I mentioned I had a coupon for the service requested and my coupon was applied without hassle. I am very pleased with the professional and courteous service I received at Cherry Hill, Volkswagen!

$3300. And car won t pass inspection. They put 3,000 extra miles on the carfax. I ve called several times and all I receive is rudeness and they seem so confused about there auto mechanic business. What a disgrace. Don t do it!

Khern, the VW Customer Service Rep at Cherry Hill VW is top notch!!He makes car repairs easy for me, because I have an older model Jetta TDI. When it comes to ordering parts or checking for warranties, he is spot-on! Last week I got a flat on a new tire. He researched my Warranty and I was covered for a new tire with only mounting, chargeable.Thank you, Khern, I don't know what I would do without you!Raffaele Avellino

Those looking to join the Volkswagen crew, Chris Szary is the guy to see! He is one of their certified sales and leasing consultants and is the main reason why Im rating my experience with them five stars! Stephen and Tyler took the time to listen to my concerns and address them appropriately. In addition, the basic service work I requested was completed without issue and I received my Jetta back within a timely fashion. Although dealerships don't have the greatest reputation, I would encourage others to give these folks a chance to service your VW and show you that not all places are created equal. I look forward to working with Stephen, Tyler, and the Cherry Hill VW team for years to come while I own my Jetta GLI.

I was able to drop my car off, spend some time in the area & pick my car back up with no wait. Steven always takes care of me when i get my service here and he is always very kind to me. The young man doing valet was very nice too.

I have been a customer of this VW dealership for 14 years and every year this place turns for the better. I am always greeted with a level of respect, trust and professionalism at a high standard. Shout out to Austin L who makes the experience of buying/leasing a VW/Audi fun and informative. Matt Shanely has gone above and beyond in being helpful and accommodating with me. He has made my experiences with getting my Jetta serviced very smooth, and I feel comfortable knowing that my car is in good hands. Matt thoroughly explains everything that is going on as it is happening, and I appreciate getting regular updates explained to me in a way that I can understand. I like to ask a lot of questions to learn more about my car and how certain things work, and Matt answers all of my questions thoroughly, which I really appreciate. I have also had a great experience with Steve, who gave me the same attention and respect that I received from Matt. In addition, I like that I only speak with one person from start to finish so I don't have to explain myself multiple times. My car gets serviced quickly and I feel like an important customer to VW Cherry Hill. I will continue bringing my car to this location and I highly recommend them to others.

From the moment I walked through the door Tom made me feel welcome and unpressured. He answered every question we had, did an excellent job showcasing the vehicle we wanted to see. From the first test drive through final signature the experience was the best I have ever had purchasing a vehicle and better than I could have imagined going into our latest car search.

We are over the moon ecstatic about the experience we had walking into the VW dealership in Cherry Hill. From the moment we sat in Tom s chair and spoke with him on the various Volkswagens that were available, I knew that we were in the hands of someone we could trust.Tom made my husband and I feel as though we were family. He was friendly, direct, and efficient in helping us navigate the process of discovering the features of the various vehicles and options. We trusted him, and he made the process seamless. We felt empowered and supported to make the best VW choice for our family.Looking for a new car had been on my list of the most undesirable things to do on a Friday, however my mind was forever changed based on the experience we had. We felt as though our time and budget was respected, and enjoyed the entire process. Tom helped us to navigate without ever feeling pressured or overwhelmed. Khern Springer: Cherry Hill Volkswagen Service ConsultantMy electric Volkswagen ID.4 was disabled for several days in a shopping center parking lot. Three days and five tow trucks later I met Khern Springer at VW service. Khern coordinated the towing of the vehicle and alternate transportation for me during the repair process. He kept me informed about the necessary repairs and gave updates on the repair completion date. His knowledge was far superior to what I have experienced at other dealerships. Not only was he a gentleman, but a true professional. Working with Khern turned a very stressful situation into a very smooth process!

Khern provided great customer service. He was very understanding and detailed in what was required to repair my car. Despite there still being one outstanding repair, Khern informed me of the next steps.One area of improvement was the cleanliness of the loaner car. It was very dirty inside and outside of the car.
