We came in today to lease a new Volkswagon after doing some researching online. Admittedly, I was pretty nervous because I ve never bought or leased a new car before and this nervousness had me putting off upgrading to a new vehicle.Chris Szary (I took his business card so I knew how to spell it!), the man who helped us out today, made us feel super comfortable right away. He answered all of our questions, made us feel welcome, and led us through the process smoothly. If there were bumps on the back end, I didn t feel them. Honestly, I never leave reviews for places I go, but Chris did such a good job making a scary experience for me feel so casual, inviting, and easy, I felt compelled to compliment him here. We ll be back again for upgrades when we need them, for sure! Also, the car is lovely. 2024 Taos. Go check it out.

As a car guy I knew quite a bit about the vehicle I was looking for. I m not one to be swayed by a test drive or looking at additional cars if what I m initially looking for isn t available. That being said I was interested in a used car they had listed with no photos. I just needed to confirm additional features the car was equipped with to make sure I wasn t wasting my time. I had already secured financing and was bringing a trade in. The car had been posted for two weeks and held up in service (not really sure why they said waiting on parts). The dealer was not willing to send additional pictures until the car was done from service. In my mind it was a simple request. This was a make or break for me because again I already knew how I wanted the car to be equipped. Just confirming the look of interior and dash trim and I would have been good to go. I feel like they intentionally wasted my time as if waiting for the car to be ready for test drive would be able to sway my purchase had there been something I didn t like.

This place used to be a great location. I would happily drive down from NYC to have my cars serviced here over the past 11 years. However, now that one of the Hartung boys has taken over managing this place, it's beyond horrible! Rude staff and 9 times out of 10 when you call, no one picks up the phone. If they do, a service writer is never available to take the call so it goes to voicemail. In the 10+ times I've left a voicemail, I've never received a call back... never! Talk about unprofessional! If you ask to speak with a manager, you're sent to 10 different locations and no one will answer that call, or call you back. I've taken my business elsewhere because this place clearly doesn't care about you as a customer. I wish Michael Hartung was still running this place because he made sure his customers were always happy.

Took in for PAID and WARRANTY service and car was returned vibrating and making new noise that wasn't there before they serviced!! Have called more than 10 times trying to get a Manager, instead I'm passed around and told I have to wait MONTHS for a drop off appointment for THEIR FAULTY SERVICES. Just stay away from this horrible operation. They speak to you like you are inconveniencing them at every turn, simply disgraceful!

Cherry Hill Volkswagen Wonderful car buying experience. No pressure at all. My salesman, Marcus Robinson was wonderful. Very knowledgeable about the brand. Took the time to explain everything in detail. Highly recommend this dealership and this salesman. The whole process was smooth.

After many, so many, bad experiences with car dealerships, I have to say that my husband and I are absolutely impressed with Bob Gale (VW) and Kathleen D. (business office). This past month, we not only purchased one Volkswagen, but two vehicles from this team. We highly recommend them!

Brian was a great service manager to me. My 2013 VW CC came back to me better than I expected really. Everything was done just like Brian said. They even cleaned the car inside and out. No hassle, no problem. They are very busy at the VW service shop, and Brian gave me a heads up, so no worries at all. Great job Brian, very satisfied. Scott

If you re looking for a nice used vehicle this is where I would go and I urge you to ask for Albert as your salesman. I just returned from a year long deployment in the Middle East and was in need of a new truck. I saw one online and inquired about it and was able to come in, test drive, and purchase a new truck within the hour. Any questions I ve had post-purchase Albert responded with helpful answers immediately. 10/10 recommend. Love my truck.

We bought our Audi Q5 from here even though we live down in the Washington DC area a couple years ago. The staff was friendly and they helped us into a car we liked at the time.We recently came in looking to trade in our Audi Q5 and get into a Volkswagen Atlas but we didn't even come close to making a deal. There was a sense of disinterest between the Audi and VW staff that may be a disconnect in communication between the two. But we were provided a low trade-in value and not much in the realm of incentive to retain our business. We were presented with a "take it or leave it" feeling and that they were doing us a favor. Not what we expected when our family has purchased at least 4 cars from them over the past 20 years. Also, we have considered getting our car serviced when up in the area visiting family that lives down the street from this dealership and were told that they have a booking backlog for service that is over a month. That is absolutely ridiculous! We can take our car to Audi of Arlington in the Washington DC area at a moments notice and have it back the same day with excellent service. You would think that with a new fancy facility this would alleviate the problem, but no.We will keep our business down in the Washington DC area.

Terrible service. My car has been in the shop for 2.5 months and they keep saying they will give us updates. They told us it would be ready a month ago and they do not call to update us, we have to call them. Each time we talk to them, they claim there is something new wrong with the car and we have to wait another week. They tell us the day it will be ready and continue to extend it. I would not recommend and it is extremely inefficient. I m still waiting on my car. It s been in since December 23rd and it s March 7th now.

Worst customer service I've dealt with in the last 15 years of me purchasing vehicles at any dealer. They either don't anser calls or tell you they will check on it and never return the call. Somehow no matter what time of day or what day of the week you call they do not have a manager available. I litteraly ended up asking the receptionist for a manager or supervisor in any depatrment and of the 8 different people I was told I would be transfered to not a single one answered the phone. They are only attentive in the begining with attempting to make the sale but after that you don't exist anymore and don't warrent their time or asistance. I Would not recommend doing business here unless it's a new vehicle with a warrenty that would allow you to not have to return to them at all for anything whatsoever.

The people at Cherry Hill Volkswagen make the experience. Really great service assistance that go the extra mile. I've been a dedicated customer since 2003'. Expensive but work is done right and I trust the service. Thank you!

Was in a time crunch to get winter tires prior to a trip into a large storm. Teresa was extremely helpful and went out of her way to ensure I had that and some critical service completed prior to my trip.

We bought a GTI from this VW dealership in 2018 and were treated very well. So we went back to the same salesman (Kyle Duckworth) when we were looking at possibly getting a Golf R. Same low key, respectful, professional sales service. They bent over backwards in trying to find the car we wanted. While we didn't end up buying a car at this dealership, I would highly recommend them (especially Kyle) for anyone in the market for a VW.

We bought an E Tron this week and the experience could not have been better. If you are thinking of an electric car, definitely check this one out, and ask for Joel Mazie at Cherry Hill Audi. He was great!

Beware of over charging! My son brought his 2017 Jetta here over the summer and had it serviced... it went fine, no issues, had Bob as our Service Advisor. A couple of weeks ago, my younger daughter... bought her first car with her two years of summer savings -- a 2012 Jetta -- for $5,000 from a used car dealer elsewhere. We brought it to Cherry Hill VW to have it looked over, have a recall taken care of, brakes checked, wiper motor replaced, electrical issues taken care of, and the fuel door fixed because it didn't open correctly. The Service Advisor, Jose, right away told us to expect $275 in Labor for checking into the electrical issues (3 hours?). Note: I know a mechanic there and requested he work on the car. When Jose called and sent me a price quote for the work, it totalled over $3,700, and didn't yet include the ADDITIONAL Labor for the mechanic looking into the "spaghetti mess" of electrical wires in the car. Unknown to Jose, the mechanic had already texted me to tell me he found the wire that was causing the issue and snipped it and all looked good... so Jose blatantly LIED about the "spaghetti mess" of wires and the need for extra charges. The $3,700 also included items that the car could use, but didn't need, like a timing belt and water pump costing $875 that is maintenance that the car will be due for in 5 or 10,000 miles... brakes that worked fine but could use refreshing. It's a $5,000 car owned by a teenager, why would they recommend $3,700 worth of work? Telling a customer who doesn't know the mechanic that they just let their daughter purchase a car with a "spaghetti mess" of wires, when it was not true, is sleezy.I requested only to have the fuel door replaced, the wiper motor replaced, synthetic oil change and the recall... they kep the car in the shop for 7 DAYS.. and I'm pretty sure they didn't do the oil change because it's not on the receipt... and I still paid over $1,400.Sorry this review is taking forever... but my other daughter also bought a car... a used Subaru we purchased at the same independent used car dealer. When I brought her car in to get checked out at Miller Subaru, they gave me a priority list of what needs to be done and when for her, and a loaner car for the day... and I got her car back the same day... and they also replaced her windshield wiper motor due to a recall... same day.I'm giving Cherry Hill VW two stars instead of one because Bob seemed unhappy that Jose lied, not sure if he did anything about it though, and my friend the mechanic was great to thoroughly check out the car and probably saved me a few hundred $$$ by being in touch with me.

I needed an oil change for my car. They fit me in on Monday and 1 hour later the car was done. Since this was the first oil change of this car they shared with me everything that they looked at and what we will need to do next time. Even told me when the next coupons are coming out and when to look for them. Glad I picked Cherry Hill Imports for the servicing of my car.

Now I don't normally write reviews as they are most almost not truthful but in my case I had to share with everyone because my experience was so horrible I wouldn't want anyone to go through what I did. Let's begin, now the car I was after was pretty rare but that doesn't excuse their behavior. Once I arrived at the dealership my salesman (Kyle Duckworth) was no where to be found. Fast forward to the finance person who was in the Audi Building Jenna Dobois, talk about rude and unprofessional. I was told 3 times that because I was told the car came with all season tires and it only had summer tires that maybe this wasn't the car for me, as and I quote " our customers can afford to buy a second set of rims so if you can't then maybe this isn't the car for you" I was able to swallow that and keep going, which looking back I should have gone home at that point. Now here is where it all get worse. I waited for them to register the car as that's what they charged me for. The temp plate they gave me expired and I still had no registration. So began my calls, first I was told the guy who does registrations quit, then after 4 more calls and me yelling at a few people I was able to speak to Shannon who said she is the office manager. She assured me that she would take care of this. I also spoke with Andrew Hartung General Sales Manager who also assured me he would make sure it was taken care of. Well a week later I received a registration in the mail, but it wasn't mine! Yes it was registered to a plate that I didn't own. I place another call to Shannon and she first said that it was my fault, then changed her tune and admitted they messed up. She said let her fix it, after 2 more weeks I didn't hear from anyone. I placed 4 more calls and left 4 messages. Now the timeline is this purchased the car 10/18, sent wrong registration 11/11, now we are at 12.9, after calling and demanding to speak to someone, they found Shannon who just 5 minutes ago wasn't available. Shannon said she had been busy doing new deals and did t have time to get back to me, She stated that there was nothing they could do and I would have to go to my DMV and fix it myself. So after paying a dealer conveyance fee and a Registration fee, I now had to go pay my DMV to fix what they had done. I would now have to pay my own DMV to fix their screw up, not to mention go sit for hours losing out on work to go and do this! I asked to speak with an owner of the busniess and was told no,she would have someone call me. That didn't happen. So I have left out alot as this whole thing could be several paragraphs but I think you get the idea. I have purchased countless cars in my lifetime and never once dealt with a worse dealership and not to mention the lack of concern they showed. If this review doesnt do it for you and make you go somewhere else then....I also waited to see if they would take care of this issue before posting a horrible review.

Got my first VW ever (18' Tiguan) serviced here. Excellent service department. Sales as well. I love this dealer. They kept me informed throughout the repairs and the oil change / service was very competitive in pricing. Easy to recommend for any VW needs. This will NOT be my last VW at this point. The Tiguan is absolutely a terrific vehicle and the price. Bargain !!

I recently bought an A-3 convertible. We were so fortunate to have Andrew Garber as our Audi Specialist who was amazing to work with. Having bought many cars in my life, I never had such a pleasurable experience than I had with Andrew and Cherry Hill Imports.Personable and extremely knowledgeable, Andrew made us feel welcome and immediately at ease. Andrew's experience and expertise were evident throughout our learning and shopping experience. His patience is a virtue and much appreciated. We took the car home last week and were pleasantly surprised to hear from Andrew who was making sure that everything was fine with the car and whether we had additional questions.Cherry Hill Imports should take pride in its customer service and is so fortunate to have such a terrific person in its employ the likes of Andrew Garber.HW of Lewes, Delaware

A month ago we purchased a VW Beetle from Cherry Hill Imports. After going to a couple other dealers we found the car we wanted and were very LUCKY to have Kyle Duckworth as our Sales Representative. He was low key, to the point and didn't play and ridiculous games. We bought the car after a test drive left the dealership in record time. It was such a pleasure, even though we live an hour north east we couldn't be more pleased and would consider buying another car there.

My daughter had service done to her 2007 Jetta. They contradicted what their discussion was with me and my service warranty company towards a refurbished transmission. After my discussion with the service warranty administrator about the transmission that they were going to have one shipped to their location they (Cherry Hill Imports) stated no because it was against their policy. Cherry Hill Imports state the same thing about the service warranty administrator. That does not make any since because this is why you have a private warranty contract. Cherry Hill Imports took me for $1500. Of course they blame the warranty company. Know they are trying to get me for a windshield in which a rode rock put a crack into.

Audis and porsches are expensive without saying. I mean it borders on the ridiculous. But if money isn't a concern then they really are too of the line-ish. Bentley and rolls Royce are of course superior. That being said Volkswagen despite their emissions issues are extremely well priced and you are basically paying 250 to 300 a month for a Mercedes with less options. Bob gale is our sales person. He helps us with whatever we need no problem. Prices are ok like I said but you have to negotiate. Service is good. Sometimes you have to call back because they don't answer which is kind of a pain but all in all I like them and buy all my wear and tear stuff there.

I was treated like I was beneath them. Actually one of the Sales Men actually told me that I was out league. When I questioned him about an A7. I requested him to explain why he felt that I was out of my league. He suggested that I get someone else to help meWhen he returned with a new salesman the gentleman was African American. Tell me that this wasn't a racist act. Please people don't allow this to continue. We have to spend our money wisely. Please don't support this business.

I went in over this past weekend to look at an advertised pre-owned Acura. I met with Andrew Garber, the most assuring, honest sales person I have ever met. You hear stories all of the time of being "up-sold". Not Andrew. He actually down my wife and to a less expensive car that is a much better value (for me, not the dealership). I cannot say enough positive things about Andy. If you are in the market, do yourself a favor and go the Cherry Hill Audi and ask to see Andy.
