Edit. I drove there today because they still weren't answering the phone. They fixed the airbag light but didn't fix the airbag curtain clips even though I specifically mentioned them and was told they would. So, they still get one star. I fixed the clips myself.Short: Avoid getting service here. They absolutely don't care and do horrendous work.Long: Went in for an airbag recall. They supposedly performed the recall, but then got the truck back with an airbag light on. Tried calling as soon as I realized it was on. Left a message, didn't get a call back. Granted, it was a Friday afternoon and I called 5 minutes after I left the dealer. I've called at least 10 times today (the next day) and left another message. Can't get a hold of anyone and no one called me back. Did some looking around in the truck and realized they lost hardware and didn't replace it, left multiple things loose, and I looked at the airbag module they replaced under the headliner - the new airbags aren't even installed correctly. They left the old plastic clip in there and didn't bother removing it to put the new clip in. Unfortunately, I can't fix an airbag light on my own, so I need to go back to a dealer. They also left a lot of greasy boot and hand prints all over, along with the old hardware lying about on the floor.Additionally, the parking lot here is small and way too busy. It's jammed full of cars and the valets park your car for pickup in the middle of the crammed lot and other people have to wait for you to move, so you have zero time to look at the work they did before you leave the lot.My next stop is complaining to corporate. This airbag recall was done for safety and they didn't even do it right.

Dropped my Ram TRX with 30k miles here for a coolant leak and radiator replacement took 1 week to be done, they do not offer loaners neither do they cover rentals from enterprise I have to pay out of pocket for a rental and get reimbursed from the manufacturer other dealerships I deal with cover the rental from enterprise, but no I had to pay 800 dollars out of pocket for a rental for 8 days . Upon receiving my truck it still smells like coolant and on top of that the coolant was low .. SO I HAVW TO BUY MY OWN COOLANT AND TOP IT OFF DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE

Abeth was absolutely amazing when helping myself and my family pick out a new car! He was very professional and so personable. Norris was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I will be sending all of my family and friends to them. I can t wait to work with them in the future!

Ghetto dealership. So sad because it never was beforeTook jeep for recall. Never had issues until they touched it. Someone paired their phone in my Jeep while there and plugged their vape into my charger and left it. Made my complaint with management. They said they'd call back. Nothing. Never going here again! Won't recommend to a friend. Less than one star rating .

I wish I could separate my purchase experience from my service experience. The sales team was great to work with and not pushy. The service has been unexplainably rude to me and after the second visit my jeep is still not fixed. I called the service manager and I have yet to hear back from him, its been 48 hours and counting.

It is puzzling to comprehend why some individuals have been leaving one-star reviews regarding the dealership, as my personal experience with the establishment has been nothing short of exemplary. Upon my arrival at the location, I was promptly greeted by courteous staff who offered their assistance right away. My aunt, who had not purchased a vehicle since the 1990s, accompanied me to the dealership in search of a reasonably priced car and with little to no credit history. Our sales representative, Adam, demonstrated exceptional dedication and commitment by working with my aunt for two days to secure a vehicle that met her financial constraints while still offering some of the luxury features she desired. Adam exhibited remarkable patience with my aunt throughout the process and maintained a professional demeanor, even when dealing with the finance department's challenges. I would strongly recommend requesting Adam's services upon arrival at this dealership, as he stood out as the most helpful, empathetic, and compassionate individual I have ever encountered in this industry.

I went to this dealership with the intention of getting an idea of what a monthly payment on a leased jeep grand Cherokee Laredo would look like. I gave them the number I would be comfortable putting down & the range I was comfortable paying. The person then showed me a 50,000 dollar car when the jeep i inquired about was listed for 43000. I told them I could not swing the payment they were offering me & that I would think about it further. If they would have let me walk at that time I would have been pleased with their service. However they then sent the sales manager over who proceeded to tell me I would not find a lease in today s world that fit my budget and went over how a lease works. It left a very bad taste in my mouth as the sales manager was acting like he was teaching me a lesson when this would have been my fourth lease. I will not return to this dealership in the future.

Extremely bad communication. Went in for recall, was told it would take a day at most (actual labor takes 4-6hrs through multiple online sources and said by mechanic on site). Dropped off at 8am, never got a call back into early afternoon. Called around 3 and said I need update as I need to find ride home if I don t hear back. Got done work at 7pm and never got call back, had to have family drive me home. Called next day and complained, front desk said it would be done by end of day at latest. Asked to be called back early afternoon for update. Never got call back AGAIN, called them and they said it wouldn t be done until next day. Had to get rental car now, left car in shop over weekend. Called back Monday (this point in time, it was in shop for 72hrs business time) and they said it would be done by end of day and they would call back for update. End of day came, they never called back, I complained again and all they did was apologize, finally they finished next day. Total time spent in shop: 5 days. Total amount of work 4-6hours labor. Had to pay taxes and fees for rental car each day I had it. Horrible business model and worse communication with customers. Avoid at all cost! Place needs to be shut down. Most of comments similar to mine for years now. Never had good experience and certainly won t be going back.

May I leave a 1/2 star?! This place is a JOKE. I brought my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service in December -- oil change, tire pressure, and an issue with the rear hatch not opening. The first two items were seamless, but a part needed to be ordered for the hatch. Fine. I rescheduled a follow-up and dropped off my car at 9am and was told it would take 4 hours. It is now 8 hours and I had to call to get the update! I was told that the technician couldn't open the rear hatch. No $h!+... that's why you ordered the part and it took you 8 hours to figure that out WITHOUT ever calling me?! To add insult to the whole experience, they lost my keys and couldn't start the work right away. Furthermore, I now need to leave my Jeep overnight for the technician to try again tomorrow. I am a parent with 2 kids. Had I been properly informed that this would take more than 8 hours, I would have rented a car or requested a service vehicle. This dealership has been a constant hassle, never professional, and always a pain. Don't buy a car at this dealership and don't take your Jeep to this dealer for service.

So unfortunately, the only good thing is they had a truck I absolutely loved, but since purchasing that vehicle, it's been a nightmare with detailing services, to the point they now have damaged my rims. Firstly they never cleaned the bed of the truck when I first bought it but I had to come back anyways a few days later and did so and gave them another crack at it and yet again half a$$ job. Salesman noticed and was apologetic and asked that I bring back a 3rd time, and he'd make it right as there was still dirt and grim in the bed if of the truck under the mat. Sooo I did so reluctantly, and I should have just left it alone as the rims are now scraped, dented, and missing the black coating around the edge. The bed I did myself, so that was a mute point. Keep in mind that I've just bought the truck 3 weeks ago, so I'm really at a loss for words on this one. They said they would make it right and have yet to do so. Promises made have fallin short as when they said they would call they didn't, and I reached out again, which I should not have had to do and promises made yet again with no follow through. There were a few little things like a lug that came loose and flew off the truck after having it only a week, or the treatment by the person pushing you to buy their extended warranty plan like she was someone from a high pressure time share establishment. I can't recommend them and lesson learned.

Very disappointed in customer service at Cherry Hill Jeep. I have been returning customer with 6 leases thru out the years. In Feb 2024 I went into refinance my lease and buy my Compass. (Unfortunately new lease prices are too high at this time ). I was told they don t work with that lease company and I would have to leave the car there and they would sell me something else. My second option was to take the car and find my own leasing! I had to scramble and learn how to do financing for my vehicle. This is poor customer service. I understand all businesses are hurting in this economic environment but returning customers should not be thrown to the wayside. I will not recommend this business as I have in the past and I will not bring my business back to this dealership!

I have never felt less valued as a customer anywhere else. My husband and I entered into a lease here on 1/8 with hopes of enjoying the 2024 vehicle for a couple years. Well we had to return it 3 days later because the vehicle would not turn off! They held it for several days and gave a rental. They told us it was fixed and that a brand new vehicle should not have had this issue. Just 3 short days later the vehicle had the same issue it would not shut off. We returned it a second time and asked for a different vehicle we were told we had to give them another chance to fix it. They have had our brand new vehicle since 1/20/24 no one called to give an update. We called today to check and learned that we will now be responsible for paying the rental and they cannot put us in a different vehicle bc a GM isn t present. Instead they offered to put us in another truck with a higher monthly payment! We are about to pay a car note for a vehicle we drove 6 days. I am working on connecting with a lawyer.

If i could give a negative review i certainly would. About 7 months ago my fiance purchased a dodge charger from this location. Multiple issues encountered during the purchasing process and once he gets the car home he realizes that the rear license plate bracket was installed crooked. To the point it was noticeable. He called into the dealership and they had him bring the car back. They filled the one hole and repainted the area and reinstalled the license plate bracket. Looked good. He is now getting stripes installed at a shop and when the rear license plate was removed the paint peeled off the back of the car. They obviously never let the paint fully dry before installing the license plate on the back of the car so when the plate was removed it was stuck to the back of the car. Obviously no quality control at this dealership and everyone is in a rush to get you out the door and very pushy. I run a service department myself and understand how negative reviews can impact a business but when you call into a dealership and get no return calls back over the time you purchased the vehicle then unfortunately a review is the next course of action. We both will not recommend any one to this location. Pictures are attached.

Unbelievably horrible experience. Had a bad ignition module. Cost of a new one is about $200 online, super easy to remove and replace in about 5 minutes, but it has to be programmed and that's beyond my capability. So I took it to them, figuring they'd charge me $400-$500 max. They wanted $1500!! For something that cost them probably $100 and half hour of labor. Told them forget it, and of course I have to pay $195 diagnostic fee! Just for them to look at my complaint and say, yep it's broke, get a new one! Horrible communication, everyone super rude, always get transferred to a voice mail that nobody ever checks, worse than the DMV. After paying my extorsion fee to get my car back, I waited over 15 minutes for the lot attendant to grab the car. They never showed! I finally grabbed the keys walked to the back of the lot and got it myself. Unbelievable! You guys failed at every single turn. Never, ever, ever again!!

These people (including the managers) will go MIA as soon as there is an issue. They took advantage of me as a single mom acting empathetic to my situation and then completely changed their tune after I signed the lease. Not to mention, they promised to pay for my car inspection if I leased with them, I sent all necessary paperwork in for my reimbursement and I never got my money back. I had to report my jeep s issues to jeep wave customer service and after they became involved and also acknowledged the lack of customer service at cherry hill, they had me transfer to jeep at downingtown. I can t say enough great things about Jeff D Ambrosio at downingtown. Go there instead.

Had a great guest service experience today while getting an oil change. Rocco always keeps it real and willing to go above to make sure that there is resolution. When closing out, the reception was generous with free car wash copies. Happy Holidays to me. Thank you all at Cherry Hill Jeep!

Bought 2 vehicles at Cherry Hill Dodge, and both times I've found the dealership service dept to be poor. My latest experience asking for help with a warranty issue had the service advisor telling me to go to another dealer, Cherry Hill Dodge can't/won't help me. No problem, I will go to another dealer and won't waste any more time with this one.

My jeep was held hostage for almost 2 days until the warranty company, bought thru this dealership along with the jeep, paid for the repairs. Seems to me that if I get called saying the repairs were covered under warranty by the service dept, I shouldn t have been threatened with having to pay the full amount when I want to come get my vehicle as soon as it was done, not days later. Also, good luck getting in touch with anyone at that dealership if you call, leave a message, or are waiting on status updates. I d give this place a zero for service. Wouldn t recommend, buy from, or have service work from here again.

Had the worst experience ever at this dealership. No customer care or consideration. Scheduled an appointment for service, waited 4 hours for a diagnostic. Was informed about a sensor issue but given an uncertain resolution. Upfront cost was $195, but a 1% credit card fee was added at the register without prior notice. Manager waived the fee after complaining, but the 4-hour wait with an appointment was disappointing. Wouldn't recommend this dealership for service or purchase due to the disgraceful service.

UPDATE (10/14): I received a call from the receptionist regarding my review/experience after speaking with the service manager. I am changing my review from 1 star to 5 because not only did they reach out to me regarding my experience but offered to accommodate me 100% to schedule an appointment and apologize for the inconvenience. That s what great customer service is about, rectifying the situation and finding a positive solution. Thank you!Original review: I had scheduled an appointment on Thursday for this Saturday, but today, I received a phone call informing me that they no longer have any available appointments for me to wait with my vehicle for service. This was quite surprising and confusing for me as I had never encountered such a situation before. While I understand that dealers may not have appointments available when a loaner vehicle is needed, I inquired for more information and was told that they limit the number of people allowed in the waiting area each day. I proposed that I could wait outside instead of indoors, but the receptionist on the call declined and suggested rescheduling for next week. Frustrated, I requested her to cancel my appointment entirely. To my amazement, about an hour later, I received a text message from someone named "Joseph," who claimed to have my vehicle information in front of him and asked if I was interested in trading in my vehicle. However, if Joseph had indeed reviewed my information, he would have seen that I own a 2023 Jeep, making it quite nonsensical to suggest trading it in. This situation appears rather perplexing to me.I would like to offer a recommendation: Dealerships should refrain from allowing people to book appointments online if they are unable to honor what is initially offered.

Absolute worst dealership. We went here over the years to sales to look at new vehicles. They have always tried to overprice and swindle. I recently took my car to service, figuring a routine service wouldn t be a problem. The team was mean, rude, disrespectful, and the prices were more than double other dealerships. I took my Jeep and went elsewhere and couldn t have been happier. The prices were HALF for the same work and the employees much nicer. Plus, the Cherry Hill dealership is dirty and claustrophobic.Edit: like many others, after they requested my info to help fix the issues, I submitted my info multiple times and still haven t heard back. I even called and was told a manager would reach out. It has been a month and still nothing. What a joke. Go elsewhere!

These are the guys you that give car dealers a bad name. They way lowballed the offer for my trade in, the salesman was either woefully uneducated or just lied regarding facts about the Jeep I bought and the monthly payment on the paperwork was higher than what he told me it would be. If you have to go here, be sure to do your homework first and come in well informed. I made the mistake of not doing so.

Just bought my CPO 2020 Grand Cherokee, Aaron was absolutely best possible salesman any dealer could have. Personable, didn t force me, and did things he didn t have to do like give me toll money because I left my EZ-Pass at home before getting the new car. Any future car purchase I ll make sure is through him, and if you go there ask for nobody but Aaron!

UPDATE: instead of reaching out to me like they said they would in the review response, they hid the photos Iposted in my initial review which contained the text of my review (it was too long to post here in the body). I gave them my contact info twice since they asked and still nothing. I ve been in contact with Jeep and the Better Business Bureau so hopefully another customer won t have the same experience.I have added two screenshots to show that my photos were deleted from my original review (my view logged into Google and the public view).I am sure the ppl who work here are not bad people and I hate writing bad reviews but this experience has been awful.*Ask for all documentation if they claim your vehicle is certified pre-owned. I received zero inspection checklists or any other documentation that Jeep Customer Service told me I should have received day of purchase. My car was in for a transmission repair the day after I drove it off the lot. Something so big surely would have came up on the rigorous inspection cars undergo to become certified pre-owned.Original review: Bad experience!!!!My review is too long and can be read in the notes photo below.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS LOCATION!!! This is the worst dodge dealership. This place will not communicate with you AT ALL no matter how many times you call. They had my truck for almost a month and I was calling almost everyday since my vehicle has been in the shop and I got an answer twice!! The service advisor nick that was working on my vehicle was very unprofessional and never answered his phone and would constantly leave for the day without returning my calls to answer my questions about my vehicle. Will NEVER be taking my vehicle back to this location. Wouldn t even give this place 1 star.

Edited to add - After Jeep responded to my review, I immediately reached out to them via the form on their website with my name and phone number. They said in their comment that they "would like to resolve this today!" Well, it's now been a week and I have yet to hear from them. Clearly shows that their response to my review was solely for show.- - - - -This dealership has been nothing but a nightmare to work with.I purchased my 2020 Jeep Cherokee from them and had a horrible experience purchasing the vehicle. Why I went through with the purchase, I'm unsure. Anyway, because of the buying process, I've gone out of my way to avoid revisiting the dealership. However, my car recently broke down while on a day trip in Cape May and it was determined that it was my battery and had to be towed back home to Cherry Hill. After calling multiple mechanics who all encouraged me to call the dealership because I shouldn't be having such extreme battery issues on a 3-year-old car, I did so. Please note, this happened on a Sunday afternoon. I called the dealership and the service department was closed and unavailable to take my call. I called back the next day and the service manager told me that my warranty (which would have covered the battery replacement) EXPIRED THE DAY BEFORE! On a Sunday. While they were closed. They advised me to have them do the work regardless, pay, and then talk to Jeep Corporate who "will absolutely refund you since the issue happened before the warranty was technically expired." Multiple people at the dealership assured me of this, so I paid the absolutely ABSURD bill for a battery install ($745 dollars!!!!). Since then, my husband and I have both spent hours on the phone with multiple representatives at Jeep Corporate who have been anything but helpful. We've submitted all of the information multiple times, been promised that a manager would email or call us back, and told that the refund should be approved, but in reality, absolutely nothing has been resolved after 3 months of trying. I've called the dealership looking for help and the service manager who originally promised me that the issue would be taken care of by corporate refused to speak to me and the receptionist told me that the situation is out of their hands and there is nothing that they can do to help, but "corporate is usually very understanding". Right. Please, if you're considering working with this dealership, or Jeep in general, reconsider and find somewhere else. Both entity's customer service is severely lacking and do not care about you as their customer. Also, the icing on the cake is that after my battery was replaced and I picked up my car, it was filthy and the driver's-side side panel was literally cracked. Soooo yeah, DON'T GO HERE!

The service is fine but sometimes they don t communicate real well after my car was there for a couple of days. The biggest problem is the parking lot is too tight and crowded. I wanted to leave my car there overnight but no place to leave it without worrying about someone hitting it or scratching it up. They have a lot of it blocked off.
