I give Cherry Collision an excellent rating on quality work, upfront & fair pricing. I brought my car in after it was involved in accident. I was able to get a quote and the final price stayed pretty close that estimate. Every question or concern about the process was thoroughly explained and I was given updates throughout. My car looks great and I m very happy with the repair work. I would definitely recommend them.

Staff very friendly, but my vehicle wasn t repaired properly and I didn t have time to send it back in for them to fix the issues, due to having to return my rental car and I need a car for work. My driver side rear bumper, axle, and fender was damaged. Cherry Hill Collision fixed the external body damage but now my smart key and auto locks do not work, the inside of my vehicle was very dirty/dusty from them working on my car, and the inside of the door was not placed back in properly as they left it sticking out. Even though I didn t pay out of pocket as the other party s insurance covered the repairs, I Won t be going back here or recommending anyone to.

If I could give Cherry Hill Collision 10 stars, I would! I cannot say enough about the service I received! Working with Hamza was amazing! He truly went above and beyond in communicating with me and in working the details out with the insurance company and rental car. Amazing! My car looked like I just drove it off the showroom floor. Cherry Hill Collision is the very best if you need to have body work done on your car.

Their body work is amateur level. They couldn t even sand down the minor imperfections of a bumper mold they installed on my car claiming that s how it comes from the factory. They are a body shop. They should be able to account for the extra bits of plastic from a mold and sand them down and smooth them out before painting and installing. They also do not have attention to detail. The paint match is slightly off and I still have a panel gap from my trunk to my bumper they neglected to get right. There clearly is no form of QA checks before giving cars back to customers. Would never return to this place for business. Take your car elsewhere. Spend your money elsewhere.

Amazing is an understatement. The customer Service is better than Chick-fil-A , I took my truck there 3 times, and from the young lady at the front desk to the technicians in the back we re always nice and polite and helpful The craftsmanship match, they personality, flawless Thank you!!Cherry hill collision

Fantastic service, My car was vandalized on October 1st, 45 days ago as of writing this, and I just picked up my car today. While it took a while because of a part that was on seemingly indefinite backorder, Hamza who was in charge of my account kept me up to date and continued to fight with my insurance and KIA to try and get my car done and done right. I very much appreciate all the work they did to try and get me into a car during my unfortunate wait on a part that seemed like it would never come in, but they did there best to keep me up to date with everything going on. Now that I have my car back I can say they did a great job, it's like it never happened and I can drive easy knowing it was fixed right. Thank you so much to the team for everything!

Just wanted to give Cherry Hill Collision a shout out for not just one amazing job they did, but two. My first praise goes to the repairs of my vehicle when I was involved in a car accident. They exceeded my expectations with the repairs they did. My car looked brand new, as if I just got it out the dealership.My second praise is the repair they did on my steering wheel and ignition for an attempted theft on my that resulted in my car not being able to be driven. Hamza and his team did amazing, even got my car back a day earlier. Will def take my car back. Thank you so much guys

Cherry Collision was selected by the insurance company of the person who hit my car, and I am so glad they did - my car looks perfect. Perfect! There is absolutely no remnants of the accident whatsoever. Along with a job well done, every person I dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, sympathetic and patient. I could not have asked for anything more. Thank you all.

Fixed a foot long scratch on my door of my 2023 Tacoma. Highly skilled, they did an excellent job blending a difficult color making the repair invisible. They were also able to complete the repair in a single day where other shops estimated up to 4.In addition to the skilled techs the front office is professional, organized and personable. Hamza, pleasure to work with, handled my job from the estimate to delivery.

I recently got my 370z hit in the quarter panel this past week. My vehicle was dented and paint was chipped and broken. I rarely ever trust anyone with my car EVER. But this week I trusted Dennis with my vehicle, and I am extremely happy to say that my car came out perfect. Car looks better than it has ever paint looks amazing i have no complaints at all. I would highly recommend cherry Hill collision to anyone looking to get there car fixed. Definitely will be back!Ps. they finished my car in 3 days brought it in Wednesday finished on friday. I took my Dodge Charger to Cherry Collision to have a lot of body and undercarriage work done. Everyone at the shop was very friendly and professional and took the time to answer all of the questions I had. They gave me an estimate of about two weeks for parts to come in and the repairs to be done, but they were actually done a little sooner than that. The car looked fantastic when I got back, and the folks there took time to make sure I was happy with the results.I highly recommend their services for your body work/repair needs, and even moreso if you're a Geico customer because they worked with Geico to get everything squared away without even needing my involvement. 10/10.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Came in with loose front bumper. Some of the screws had come loose and some clips had broken off. The owner, Dennis, immediately took a look at the car and brought me into a work bay. The entire job was finished within 15-20 minutes. The entire staff was unbelievably friendly, helpful, and prudent in getting me in and out with no issues. I cannot recommend cherry collision enough. This will be the place I come to for any and all future repairs I may need. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.Service: Body & Trim

Great group of people at the Cherry Collision especially the awesome mechanic engineer, Hamza Bhutta! He s very friendly and genuinely tried to fix my mom s car as much as he could! They don't care. They take your car to a car wash after it's been painted.Oh and firing employees after they followed your instructions Dylan. Yea. You gave me the car wash tickets and told me to go over and get them washed at white glove. And then fired me when YOU got caught Dylan.

Cherry Hill Collison worked on my 2017 Ford Explorer recently because I was rear-ended several weeks ago. Cherry Collision is a preferred service center for my insurance, Geico. Because of this, the entire process was incredibly easy. Geico and Cherry Collision managed the entire repair and I wasn't even charged my deductible because I wasn't at fault. My experience with Hamza and Paige at Cherry Collision was fantastic. Excellent customer service and they really took care of my Explorer including replacing my battery and fixing another minor repair I needed at no extra cost to me. These guys are great and I absolutely recommend them to anyone. When you are in an accident and it isn't your fault, it can be very frustrating. Cherry Collision really made the repair process worry free and made this experience as positive as possible.

I purchased my 2017 Silverado Rocky Ridge truck recently after returning from deployment and was distraught when it was damaged. I write to express my appreciation for Gerardo and his team's time and dedication to my questions regarding the repair process. I serve in the United States military and drive my new truck 70 miles for work every day. Choosing the right body shop was an uncertain endeavor for me. Gerardo helped me tremendously during our conversations before and during the repair of the truck. The business is a big supporter of the military and expresses their appreciation for military service.When I picked up the truck, Gerardo assured me they stand behind their work, and I have no doubt they will!My truck is a representation of their meticulous work and attention to detail. There are to many nice things to say about the guys and young lady I meet at Cherry Hill Collision on Haddonfield rd.From Alex on helping me with intake of my vehicle. To hector when I had to get the rest of my stuff from my car!Unfortunately it was totaled. I will say both times I went there the amount of high end machines being picked up looked better than NEW! Porsha , newer SUV'S to crossovers an cars!My second trip I believe I met the manager / boss / owner he would not say just wanted to help and be one of the people who help everyone.If anyone is in the unfortunate position where you need body work and more done! You have to give them a call.I've been racing , building race cars for a long time now even two wheel faster than fast in the quarter mile I do have some idea about this.Give them a try if you find urself in need.Respectfully, Dan .T.

Great customer service!!! This is my 2nd time having service here and it was truly a Great experience. This time they repaired my daughter s car and Gianna went above and beyond with the whole situation. Gianna was my rep both times and she is amazing! So Friendly and Professional. Had an issue with my bumper and the mud flap under my car. Called here, had the issue figured out and handled and i was back out inside of an hour. Can't recommend these guys enough. Shoutout to Hamza for getting everything moving so quickly!

I called Cherry Hill Collision when I was recently in a pinch and needed my car to be repaired before I returned my lease at the end of the month. All of the other body shops in the area had a 3-4 week wait time minimum for repairs. I spoke with Bill who was very friendly and understanding - he asked me to come in to look at the damage. After a brief evaluation, Bill was very flexible and fit me into the schedule only 5 days later! He allowed me to pick up my car based on my schedule on a Saturday because I was out of town that week. The repairs were excellent - they even washed and vacuumed my car so I didn't have to take it to the wash before returning it to the dealership. Bill was very down to earth and spent extra time teaching me about what car companies, models and features to look for in a new car. This experience exemplifies the wonderful work and customer service at Cherry Hill collision. I highly recommend and will be going back for any future issues.Service: Body & Trim

After my Jeep was rear-ended, I brought my car to Cherry Hill Collision through a Geico insurance claim. When I brought my car in, the staff were super friendly and professional, ensuring my needs were taken care of. During the course of the repairs, I was frequently updated on the status of the repair and the work was even completed ahead of schedule! They also partnered with Enterprise for my car rental so being able to pick up/leave my rental car on site was very convenient!The repairs also look great and the lifetime guarantee gives me peace of mind that they stand behind their work. Had my car serviced here through an insurance claim and I will definitely take it back if needed. Everyone was friendly and helpful (especially the woman at the front desk). The process was explained clearly and simply. They kept me notified of when the review of the damage was complete, when they were starting the repair, and when the repair was finished. The estimated it would take 7 days and only took 2, so definitely a win. My car is all fixed, working great, and clean (thanks for vacuuming - it really needed it). Will recommend to anyone that needs body work!

This review is long overdue, but Dennis at Cherry Hill Collision took awesome care of my car between May and June of 2020. There was a lot for them to fix, not only did he have to replace my rear bumper, but there were multiple issues from a previous accident where some repairs did not hold up and other issues were not fixed. Dennis gave my car a thorough look over and was clear in what he thought needed to be addressed.Having a car repaired is tough when you don't know about cars, but I never once felt like Dennis was exaggerating anything or taking advantage of my lack of understanding. He was easily accessible by phone and email, and he kept me in the loop as he worked on my car and spoke to my insurance.This was the ideal car repair experience. If i could give Cherry Hill Collision 10 stars I would. My baby, my Toyota 4 runner got into a fender bender a few weeks before writing this review. I chose CHC due to convenience of distance to my home. I m so glad I did. First person I met was Neil Scott. He was attentive to my needs. Answered all my questions. Assured me that my car will look good as new when the work is done. Very professional and knowledgeable! Ali, from enterprise rental was the same. The rental car was clean and ready to go as soon as all the collision paper work got done. Only 4 days later i got the call that the repair was complete. Giovanna was person that completed the process for my repair. She gave me the tour of my car. Giovanna was so friendly and seemed genuinely happy i got my car back. They didn t lie. My 4 runner looks like the first day i brought home from the dealership. Thank you Cherry Hill Collision. You guys have that friendly family feel and would recommend anyone to you for their auto body needs. Neil, Ali, and Giovanna you are the best in the business!!!
