Chads is an honest, wonderful auto repair shop. There are so many places that can't be trusted but he is an old fashioned trusted auto repair and a gentleman too! He has helped me out multiple times and I will keep referring friends and family.

Good place, guys are honest and does a great job on your cars. Prices are fair. They do quality work. I recommend this place. PS, Bathroom is "scary". Lol- but in all fairness, I think the bathroom is meant to be for the workers and not the clients. The guys here are A+ though and you will be happy with their work. I guarantee that!

My car lost all power right in front of his shop. Thankfully I was able to get off the busy road. He immediately knew the battery cables were loose. When they could not be tightened he knew what to replace and did it on the spot. Appreciate his honesty, professionalism and getting my car fixed so I could safely get home.

I had the best experience, when my tire pressure is low and stopped by to get it checked. They filled the air in all my tires. And the owner was so kind enough, did not charge a penny from me for the service.

Best mechanic experience ever!!! I got stranded across the street from here when my van s radiator pump blew late night. I showed up first thing next morning and Chad the owner told me when he could have it done and had it done right on the dot of when he said it would be done! Which was less than 4 hours from drop off, which he was already busy! He was so kind!! So fair! I was so impressed!!! Thanks Chad!!!

I have spent a long time looking for a trusted mechanic. And Chad is it. My car was making a rattling noise, I figured it was the struts. Chad found that it was actually coming from a few other places I didn t consider. He then got my car driving as smooth and safe as the day I bought it. On top of it all, the price was very fair. Southern hospitality way in Jersey!!! Heard a dragging noise from my vehicle, closest shop to my new place I know call home. The owner, He knew exactly what it was and tightened the screws from the dragging cover and did tap into my life savings Thank you very much

Took my vehicle there for a simple job - rear break replacement. They forced the calipers open causing damage. This led to the calipers not releasing on my breaks. Went through 60% of my brand new rear breaks in 4 months, and had to replace the calipers they damaged. Paid Chad s $580 for rear breaks and pads. Had to pay $3,000 for new calipers after the damage they caused. Chad s refused to take accountability for the damage they caused to my car, and hung up on me when I called explaining the situation, . Do NOT trust them with your vehicle.

Only mechanic I trust on this earth. He is so honest and only fixes things that actually need to be fixed and doesn t try to scam anyone into additional repairs like every other mechanic I ve ever been to. Chad is the BEST! I will always recommend him to all my family and friends as he was recommended to me! There is a reason his lot is always filled to the brim.

I love Chad! He does great work and is always very honest about what's wrong, what it would probably cost to fix it, and if it's worth it (I had a very old car.) I would recommend him to anyone. This week I was driving down route 70 and while at a stop light I noticed steam/smoke coming out from under my hood. I immediately pulled over into a gas station that happened to be across the Street from Chad's. I noticed liquid dripping from a tiny hole in the hose (which I found out is related to the radiator). I am not a car person in any way, and as a woman who was alone at the time I was mildly panicked. I pulled into Chad's, he diagnosed the issue immediately, and said he could replace the hose that day. He talked me through how he got the total amount owed for the repair, and took the time to make sure I understood what was happening. I truly appreciate his kindness, knowledge, and ability to help me out despite being busy with other jobs. I will absolutely return to Chad's.Service: Auto water leak repair

Chad was extremely nice and generous. When I brought my car over from another shop that was trying to charge me an outrageous price for something I wasn t even convinced was wrong with the car, he offered to look at my car and did not even ask for a service fee when he found no problem.Service: Vehicle InspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

I was there to fix my car's scratching noise while driving. They could not find the issue (with their ears during the test drive) but insist it's the bearing issue and charged me $600 to replace the bearing. After that, I can still hear the noise. Those people are not professional at all. They rely on their ear to find the issue, which apparently does not always work out.

My family and I all go to Chad's for our vehicles. We have been going for several years as well. He and Jose are outstanding individuals. Jose even offered me a ride home when my car was being worked on. Chad is honest and extremely reasonable with prices! What else can I say, you'd be crazy not to have Chad as your mechanic! Always fixed right the first time too.

Chad and his crew are the BEST in New Jersey. They are truly the MOST honest, dependable and reliable in the industry!!! The work is done on time and right on the estimate given and fully explained .There are No surprises with the pricing and totals .We will never ever ever take a vehicle anywhere else!. Go see Chad!

An honest mechanic, I have used Chad's Auto for the three past years fairly priced and is a great person to boot. The only shame is his shop is to small to handle more business. Chad is always reachable and calls back. no reason to go anywhere else.

I took my BMW E90 330i in for repair recently, and am satisfied with the work done. Everyone knows what they re doing, they are incredibly efficient and excellent communicators. I am excited knowing that if I have any issues with my BMW, I can simply take it here. Their labor charges are very fair, in fact, lower than most places I ve been to. Keep up the good work!!

Great service. Their work is top quality, Chad really knows what he is doing and is very trustworthy. I have had him and his guys work f many of my vehicles from economy to SUV to Off-road, and he knows what he is doing, and has never run up the bill or over estimated the work or the bill.The only mechanic in SNJ that I trust.

Chad is a super guy. So kind and professional and I don t think his prices can be beat. Was in here for 2013 BMW X5 air springs and he did work the same day and at about 60% of what the dealer was going to charge me.

Chad was awesome as a woman often have to be forceful to be taken seriously or not given the run around but chad was clear and honest about what i needed and didnt and never tried to sell me anything i didnt need or made me feel like I didn t know what I was talking about. Would highly recommend!

I am always wary of new autorepair shops. I am new to the area and went to this place for an issue with my car. He was very prompt and honest.he fixed the issue in one day and price was alao very reasonable . We wanted to get a tune up but he told us that tune up was not needed. Where would you fond such an honest person? Highly recommended.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

These guys definitely deserve more positive reviews for the honest and quality work they offer. I came in to get a resonator welded onto my exhaust and while most shops quoted me over 2hrs of labor, Chad's had me out the door in 30mins. My only regret was not coming here sooner and saving myself hours of headache at all the other local shops I visited.

Chad is a very honest and reasonable and reliable mechanic. They do not come any better. He has helped me out of a few situations that I have been taken advantage of. He is modest about what he does but he deserves the highest praise. If I could give 10 stars I would .

Went in to have my starter fixed and paid over $500 to have them put in new starter. New starter has died a month later and when i took my car to another mechanic they made me aware that the starter that was placed in my car was not a new one. Come to find out this place makes you pay for new parts and puts in old used parts instead. Complete rip off and waste of money. To add to the fact i actually took my car here multiple times and every time i left there was a new problem. Avoid coming here, i promise.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Fantastic experience EVERY single time! The most honest mechanic I've met in my life! Extremely knowledgeable and an excellent 'diagnosician' and wirh Jose they come up with creative solutions to problems as well as efficient repairs to typical issues. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I take 3 vehicles to Chads Auto Repair. Best mechanic in the area. I have a Ford F-150, Ford Mustang, and Nissan Altima. Has always offered the best advice and service for all of my vehicles. I recommend all my friends and family here.
