These guys are great ! Mike the store owner very courteous and professional, Matt the tech was knowledgeable and fast! I went with a screen repair and had my phone back in under an hour. Top notch repair!

First visit there and they had what I needed a T4 bulb. I want to support local stores. However 20 dollars for two. All over the internet is half of that price or better. Be careful and shop around.I understand brick and morter but cmon. Target is half that price. I won't be going back. More and more I find myself buying online...this is why. Disappointing.

As a company guy, I need my phone constantly, and when my screen cracked these guys took care of it thank you so much for how fast and easy it took to fix this issue came out great work great

Michael and his phone repair tech (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name) were great! They went above and beyond to help me get my phone's screen fixed when Assurant (my phone insurance company) was being impossible to work with. Unfortunately good customer service like this is becoming increasingly rare in 2023, but I highly recommend this store and will be going here for any future phone repair and battery needs.

Excellent experience getting a screen replaced on my old Samsung Galaxy Note. Mike and Bo were very polite, thorough in discussing options, tome required and pricing. The store is very convenient to get to and very prim and proper. Very satisfied with the repairs and the white glove treatment. I also enquired about their car battery options and the staff walked me through the same with the same level of patience as before :)

I would not recommend anyone to come here for any batteries for semi truck I bought 4 batteries from them and they will not back there warranty i got them tested and the dealership and advanced autoparts they both told me they are bad batteries and when i explained it to the store owner he said they only needed to be recharged which isnt true he just doesn t want to stay on his word and give me the warranty I spent over 450$ on batteries and i travel cross country as it is my job and im not going to put batteries that need replacing in my semi after they are only charged so i had to buy another set of batteries. Very disappointed because the customer service was nice but he was only so nice for his own good to get customers all he really cares about is his money not anyones safety over the road!

I am writing this review to warn any customer about the warranty on there boat batteries. Don't buy any boat battery from them there warranty sticksI purchased 2 boat batteries back in April 2023 one of those batteries went bad so I took it back on Friday July 7th to have it replaced.I was told by there customer service that there warranty works different than any other company. They need to keep the battery and charge it over night. Well, how will this help me if im going on my boat the next day.Autozone has a better warranty than batteries plus. At Autozone there is no questions asked just show your receipt and it will be replaced. You would think that if they deal with batteries all day that there warranty would work the same.This is unacceptable. Warning to all do not by any boat batteriesfrom them there policy sticks.Stick to a company that first of all values there customers and keeps there warranty by exchanging the battery.No Good..........

Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable pertaining to our battery selection over the phone. Once entering the store I was intrigued by how well the store was arranged and the variety of products available. We also received great discounts on LED light bulbs. Thanks Mike for making our trip to Batteries Plus a great experience.

Good Service, employee helpful. I bought a new battery for my 2004 BMW R1150R. The old battery (HEPPC680 Odyssey 50-N18L-A 12V ) I had for 5 years. Always kept outdoors in winter, but with a batterytender. Lasted 5 years. Battery and store amazing.

Amazing service! They didn't have the part to fix my phone. They offered to get the part from another location and had my phone fixed the same day. What a life saver.! I picked up my phone and it was like new and fully charged!! I really appreciate it!

Stopped in for a battery for our patio umbrella with solar lights. The old one had no markings or clues as to what it was. Amazon had nothing that resembled it. Mike found one in stock that worked perfectly. Super friendly and helpful.

I absolutely apologize for forgetting the two guys names that waited on me during the day. They were awesome. They actually changed a battery in my Samsung watch that they had never done before, only because of a miscommunication on my part and they did it without flaw. Thank you guys.
