All the Autozones that I have been to, they are incredible with customer service. They sell good products in a good prices. In this case, I bought a Vacuum that says Portable but, it cannot be used as portable. I have to plugging it in. Which does not allow you to use it as a portable product. Work as a mini vacuum, but it's not a vacuum you can use in anywhere as a portable products. 3 Stars because they have to know wt they r selling, I said they give an incredible customer service. So, they gave me back my money. But I just want to let you know about the product to be clear is not a portable device with portable use.

OMG!!! Every time I go an Auto Zone store I get the most AMAZING service, products and help from their staff BUT Frank was by far the BEST!! It was late, raining a bit, I needed a wiper blade and, without hesitation Frank gladly assisted me getting the right wiper blade for me and put it on within minutes !!!KUDOS Frank and Auto Zone on a job well done and earning my 5-Star+ Google Maps Review!! YES!!! I do recommend Auto Zone to my family, friends, and, NOW, the World too !!!!

The staff were friendly and professional, which should count for a lot.I bought a battery there about 8 months ago and it died. When I bought the original, I gave them my old core and had to give all of my info to register. It was still under warranty, so I went to get a replacement. They had no record of my original purchase, my core return or anything so they wouldn't replace anything. So I'm out about $200 because they conveniently lose my information.

Went in for wipers and the store manager Fraylin was amazing! It was pouring rain and he still helped me put them on. Plus I got my deicer 2 for 10. I will never go to another AutoZone!

I stopped at Autozone today October 25,2022 and I was helped by two men. One was a black man with a beard and glasses who was very helpful. The other was a white man named Jacob heavy set with a mustache who was not very helpful. I purchased two items Air Protectant wipes by ArmorAll. The second item were seat covers by Berkley and Jacob insisted on not helping me nor directing me put the seat covers on my seats. I asked for the manager by the name of Bianca a black woman with glasses and she also insisted on the product being orchestrated by myself. As a former Autozone employee in the handbook I remember helping every customer to the best of my ability. This manager gave me smart remarks saying that directing a customer or helping put on a seat cover is mechanical work which it is not. I am appalled.

Miguel Tirado and his mechanic (RJ) helped me get my vehicle up and running in no time. I truly appreciated the professionalism, expertise, attention to details, and overall work ethics that of both of these men exhibited. Thank you! These guys deserve a raise, a bonus, and or a promotion. Blessings!

Needed to buy headlight cleaner or restoration kit. The guy suggested a brand and it worked like a charm. I forgot to take a picture. But I think it was close to $30

I was helping out a senior citizen friend of mine with her Kia she needs desperately,I stopped in AutoZone today and met Lorrie at the parts counter, She is very smart and extra careful to make sure,I purchased the correct spark plugs off the vin number,She really cares about the customer, Thanks We really appreciate that

Very friendly staff. I have stopped there a number of times, to have error codes read from my car. They provided a printed paper of the error codes, which I then took to my mechanic.

I had an amazing experience on Sunday, May 14 in the afternoon. The cashier who was working, was so helpful and assisted putting my wind shield wipers on and showing me how easy it was to replace. He was friendly, helpful and made the process so easy and comfortable. I forget his name but the experience really stuck out to me, so thank you!

My car would not start, the battery was dead. I got a jump and drive straight to Autozone. Bianca was so helpful - first testing my battery which failed. She helped me by giving me options to purchase a battery and also installed it! I had a wonderful experience there and Bianca provided great customer service.Thank you!

I was already dealing with some bad luck and then on top of that had my battery die while I was trying to run errands. I made it here after getting a jump. Bianca tested the battery and confirmed it was bad and had the right replacement ready to go in no time. She put the new one in quickly and expertly. She was friendly and chatted with me while she worked and I really appreciated some kindness on a rough day. Thank you Bianca!!

The sales clerk named Lorrie, at the Cherry Hill store was very knowledgeable. And helpful. This is the main reason I m a devoted customer. Truly satisfied with your company Auto Zone!!! I will always be a loyal customer. Once again Lorrie displayed an awesome attitude in taking care of me.

My car wouldn't start this morning. Thank God I had a halo to jump start it. My coworker told me to go to Autozone rt 38/chapel ave and they would take care of me. I entered and Miguel T was a blessing. He read the battery and replaced it in record time. It was a pleasure doing business with Miguel T and Autozone.

Heading back to NY when my car just dies, get a jump and head straight to an auto zone to get my battery checked. I needed piece of mind to travel back. And thank you Bianca!!! She was super nice, knowledgeable and an overall pleasure to meet. I was there maybe 15 minutes and was back on route home. I use auto zone in my home town and this was my first experience out of state. LOVE auto zone!! Every employee I ve encountered is a Bianca, never one bad experience in any location.

I had a defective part warranty issue that online support couldn t help with. I was told to go to my local store and speak to a manager. I went to the Cherry Hill (Chapel Ave) store and the on-staff manager tried to help. We reached out to Autozone online but they weren t much help. Online support took my contact information and told me I d receive a call or email within 5 days. It s been close to 2 weeks and I m still waiting I was told to come back on Monday, to speak to a different manager. I did that, and the next manager tried to help, but told me to come back and speak to the Top G manager, Bianca.When I finally spoke with Bianca, she understood the issue and gave me a simple solution that the others may not have had the authorization to do. Regardless, I was able to get the part my car needed, and the car is back on the road.Long story short, Bianca made it simple and I left a happy customer. I only wish it didn t take multiple attempts for the resolution, but it s over.Thanks Bianca, and to the other store employees to attempted to help!

Auto Zone Cherry Hill is right next to the car wash so when I need something I can depend on this location to give me what I need for my vehicle. The customer service is crazy amazing they are greeting you as soon as you walk in saying hello or helping you find what you need. I appreciate good customer service. Thanks Auto Zone Cherry Hill.
