They did a wonderful job, hooked me up with a nice carpeted plywood panel that holds my fridge slide. These guys are super professional and know exactly what they are doing. I will definitely go back to them for my next project.

Went from 5 stars to 1 in less than a week.Went there for shocks and my truck came out of there feeling more like a dump truck. Problem was the person that worked on failed to tighten the rear shocks correctly. My mechanic found numerous bolts loose front and rear and had those torque to specs. Visited them twice to correct the problems and they failed. After all bolts torque, truck still shaking and had wheels checked for balancing. The tire shop asked if I had an alignment done because they had left the bolts loose. Had to pay another $180.00 for another wheel alignment. Was afraid to go back the third time since I didn t feel comfortable with their work. I don t expect for corporate to take any action. Don t want headaches, go to someplace else.

Ordered 4 wheels online over 2 weeks ago and have not received any updates on processing or delivery dates even though they specify they'll provide this information withing "1-3 days". Multiple emails and no response from anyone from customer service. I really expected much better from this vendor. I will update on what happens as thinks unfold; if I ever get a response.

If it was possible for a no star review I would have done that. By far the worst work , attitudes, and workmanship I ve ever come in contact with . They broke the original struts , there mechanic even told me you can t put vice grips on a certain part of the struts because you ll break them by doing so then proceed to tell me he put vice grips on the part . They belittled me , Jennifer and her employee Richie yelled at me in there lobby, and told me that I wasn t an actual mechanic keep in mind I have roughly 7 years experience as a mechanic and I work in shop. Jennifer also told me that 7 years experience as a mechanic isn t anything compared to her mechanics who mind you were wearing shorts and sneakers in a shop. Last I checked your required steel toe boots in a shop but that doesn t apply to them I suppose. I have pictures and videos even of Jennifer and Richie yelling at me in the lobby and belittling me . Also everytime I asked who was going to pay for the broken parts she said it wasn t her problem and I had to figure it out . Keep in mind the truck is 4 years old but I was told the original struts were too rusty so I asked for the struts to keep and upon my inspection there is no rust. The amount of negligence that goes on at 4 wheel parts is unbelievable. They had 1 out of three strut nuts tight and told me it was supposed to be that way . All I am saying is if your looking to get quality work done your better off letting a 4 year old with a plastic tool set then any quote on quote mechanic they have . And if you don t want someone covered in grease and wearing filthy clothes driving your vehicle do not go here .

Went there mon. 2/19/24, ordered a steering stabilizer for my lady said it would be in today we'd 2/21/24. Tried calling all day it continues to go to voice mail. So I called customer service, they said this store was sold to total off road. But my receipt says 4wp! They can't find my order no where!!Customer service told me that I need to contact the store!! Well how are you supposed to contact the store when it goes straight to voice mail!!!

This place is the biggest joke and they have no idea what they re doing nor do they have anyone working there that s remotely honest. The amount of lies that come out of their associate s mouths is frightening. Probably why the store needed to be bought out. It s a shame they didn t clean house when the new company took over. I wouldn t even bring a Fisher Price red toy car here.

DO NOT waste your time going to this place. Ran by the most ignorant & noncaring women. All she kept saying was it wasnt her problem . Broke 2 sets of struts, so I currently have my driver side strut held on by 1 bolt. Never leveled the truck & wouldnt give me a refund. & I had to buy the replacement struts for $300, just for them to destroy those too.

dont let them touch your truck, I was there have them put in new shock for my SUV when I ask my old part back they forget put my rear shock stopper, and metal plate back to both rear shock back I have to go back have them to do it again once sale person Ted call me back saying the car is done. They also did an alignment for me. after I pay $180 for alignmentGo back to my car Then I found out the alignment was off center wheel at 9:30 ,also stopper is in the rear shock, but the metal plate on top stopper is my issue at my cup holder !After I make the complaint, the mechanic came out look at me crazy thing I m stupid I don t know why I m talking about look like he wanna beat me up ! I leave the store drive my car next 3 to 4 days feel alignment was off no good so I had to go to Firestone to get my new alignment , alignment look bad, I have to spend more money to fix my car . After that I go back this no Good shop to ask for my money back $180 because they didn t get the job done right I have to spend money somewhere else to get the fixed , first they were nice ask me go home they will call me then i wait a week I went back there the manger told me I have to call this 1800 number to resolve my situation when I call no one know I was talking about ! Then I go back store again they will question me this and that I told them if you can t fix it I take to other place can fix it I even show them paper from Firestone how off alignment is ! Man they are so mean ! The cat mechanic Mac came my face tell no one get money back for alignment ! Ok fine take your $180 wish you a happy new year ! Let s why a person has all the right tools don t mean they know how to fix the car right it just waste other peoples time and money ! So for anyone wants to get their truck done this place thing twice before you do it. If they tell you if something wrong just take it back they will fix it I m telling you they cannot fix it. Just keep your car the way it is, you ll be fine. Thank you for any one read this !

Had a really great experience with this 4W Parts location. I ordered something through the national website incorrectly and had a 3 days series of frustrations with trying to get in touch with their Customer Service so was going to drive 2 hrs to this location which is the closest to my house. I called ahead and Steve the manager there was so great w me on the phone and volunteered to assist and I know he didn't have to. Thanks Steve, I really appreciate you stepping in!

John, Scott and crew really made adding new Fuel wheels to my truck a breeze. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything that I needed to make my truck look amazing. They even squeezed me in on their tight schedule to get the install done quickly. Everything was done to perfection! I would recommend this store to anyone looking to make their truck look incredible.

Cool store..they have lots of really useful stuff.. you can easily order anything they have online but if you are in a jam or need something RIGHT NOW they just might have is... not alot of other places to get wheeling parts

I drove to NJ to get running boards for my truck. Ted was more than helpful and accommodated me every way he could, and fit me in on Saturday to get them installed. Ted and 4 wheel parts is great.

Took my 35" wheels and tires for balancing there today. They did a really good job and were super fast. Not even 40 minutes. Staff is really helpful and friendly

Took a little longer then expected for the parts but it came out better then expected. When I got new rims and tires and the sales person were very helpful with picking out the right parts aka the rims and tires

Can't say enough good things about this place. I walked into the Cherry Hill location with absolutely NO knowledge of what I needed, luckily the staff at 4 Wheel Parts really know their stuff. Just wanted to give a special shout out to Steve for saving our camping trip! We got a smittybilt cooler and he already had it chilled and ready to go, we ran late and didn t get there til shortly after close. Regardless of our lateness we were greeted with a friendly face and excellent customer service. Cannot thank him enough!

Was helped out tremendously by Ted Behl. Extremely honest and went in for a balancing, was told I had an issue with my tires being cupped over the years. They still went out of their way to tell me, show me and balance my fronts. Told me it would probably be a waste of money to balance the backs as they're pretty much shot. So they saved me money, showed me some things regarding what may have caused it and got me set up to make a purchase in the future going over options as I get closer to replacing them. Definitely going to stay a customer here, first place in a while that I've found that can actually assist me with my lifted vehicle and tire sizes. Extremely friendly and professional. Will definitely be coming back!
