I just wanted to share my recent experience with Pipe Works Services Inc. I have to say, they were absolutely amazing. When I called their office, they were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They set up an inspection for me right away, on the same day!They sent a supervisor named Mike, who arrived promptly and explained everything to me in great detail. I was very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. The very next day, they called me to schedule a service. A few days later, supervisor Johnny Dorieux and his crew showed up and wow, they were hard workers!It's clear that Pipe Works Services Inc. really knows what they're doing. I was so pleased with their service and wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to them. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.Thank you once again for the amazing service!

We have used Pipe Works three times now, with our most recent service being a complete boiler replacement in February. Perry was extremely helpful, coming to our house on a weekend to provide the initial estimate and tiered pricing options. We could not be happier with Brandon and his team on the day of install which was quite quick and efficient. We are now looking into Pipe Works to hopefully install central AC! If you are looking for an extremely professional company that you can trust like family, Pipe Works is it!

I wanted to the time to share with you all what an incredible company Pipe Works is. They came out quickly, gave us an estimate and did the job within days. Pablo and his crew did an incredible job installing our new sump pump. Pablo was extremely professional, knowledgeable and did the job in a timely manner. Once the job was completed they cleaned up and left the house spotless. I would highly recommend Pipe Works Services and especially Pablo and his crew.

Had Pablo and crew come in last week to insulate my garage for the internal walls to the house. They did a phenomenal job! They were quick, courteous, and clean. They worked with me to take care of a few additional issues and were very flexible. I d highly recommend them for any work. I can already tell the difference in the home temperature, excited for a much warmer next winter.

I have roots inside the sewer line.Pipe Works sent one of his reps called Mike. He was very professional and knowledgeable; also very polite and arrived before time. He took a considerable amount of time to explain all the complexities of the issue, he offered several options at different prices and detailed all the pros and cons of each one of the alternatives.He also discussed all the available financing possibilities.I am still asking for different quotes but most likely will work with this company. So far, they have given me the best price for the same project after talking to three more companies.They are very professional.I would highly recommend working with them.I will update this review after I hire them.

I was very pleased with my experience with Pipe Works. I left a message last night and they called first thing this morning and set up an appointment for this afternoon. Nick came promptly. He was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He completed the requested task and another job. He was very pleasant to work with. I will certainly use Pipe Works again and recommend them to my friends.

Pipe Works never lets us down. They are always professional, timely and do a great job. We had two electrical projects done today. Phil is so nice and did all the work quickly, neatly and completely. Will definitely call them again for electrical (and of course, plumbing) projects.

Nick did an excellent job. Had to do more to get the issue faucet disassembled (drilled out set screw) & also had to go to two separate locations for replacement parts, but all appears to be ok now, thankfully. He went over and beyond in my opinion

I had Mike G come out to our home on multiple occasions. Each time he s been out to our house he s provide us with with great helpful information , very knowledgeable and talented in his field. He also takes care of the home as if it was his own. We would definitely recommend Pipe Works and him!

Diego came to troubleshoot. He s been my tech on a number of occasions related to an outdated system. A new system now in place we had a power issue related to an outage. He fixed us up quickly. He really exemplifies both technical expertise and customer service to the highest degree.

OUTSTANDING! I had the electric upgraded in my home and Phil Olsen was the best! He is an excellent electrician and he took the time to explain to me everything he was doing. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND! My whole experience with Phil and all of Pipe Works was a pleasure. They have great communication, fair pricing, and just honest people working there. I would recommend them to anyone! I also used Pipe Works to get an estimate on insulating my home. The technician John was also honest, helpful and professional and when I decide to move forward with this project I will absolutely be calling them!

Once again Pipeworks saves the day! I have used them for several years now in two different homes. Most recently they installed a brand new AC/Heating Unit in our home. The team came in and did their job with true professionalism and courtesy. The work as always is superb. I recommend Pipeworks for any plumbing, HVAC, or electrical needs. Simply the best in New Jersey.

We had sewer odor in our garage the day after our neighbor had a sewer backup. We thought it was the sewer easement next to our house or the neighbor's sewer line. We had other plumbers come and check the pipes, clean-outs, and the town sewage dept came to check the sewer easement. Out of options, the town told us to camera our pipes which are not near the garage. We called Pipe Works and Mike G. came. Mike took his time and reviewed the previous checks and listened to the other theories. Very professional and patient. The problem turned out to be a bad lawn mower battery giving out a sewer odor that has been in the garage for months. Replaced the lawn mower battery ten times over 20 years. Never had such a problem. An odd coincidence and a badly made battery. Anyway, Mike G was great and I would recommend asking for him.

Zach did a great job providing multiple options for making my existing Honeywell thermostat smart. The right tweaks to get it working with google home was important. So was ensuring that remote thermostats are configured correctly. Highly recommended. I didn t do much of price research so cannot comment on that aspect.

Zach did amazing work on fixing the gas pipe leak. He coordinated with PSEG and helped us to fix the pipes. He is very knowledgeable and patiently explained the issue in non technical terms for us to understand it better. Great job!!

My original EV Charger install was clearly unsafe and never filed by the electrician with the town. Phil Olsen of Pipeworks was honest and created a detailed report with pictures before the fix and after. He was friendly and professional and I'll be sending plenty more electric projects his way as I update my home. And I know the work will finally be properly filed with the town without me even asking.

We had a major problem with hard water impacting our pipes, sinks, tubs and appliances throughout the house that Pipeworks helped resolve in a timely and professional manner. Mike came and examined the issue and told us various alternatives for resolution, once we picked one, he gave us a timeline for installation. However it was nice to see that they were able to accommodate us much sooner and were able to fix our problem. I also wanted to give a shoutout to Adriana for continuously following up making sure we were totally satisfied with everything. Not every company does that after the work was completed/payment was done, so it was nice to see that. Fantastic job overall!

April 19, 2024: Fortunately, I learned about Pipe Works from Perry Mandarakas when I was interested in a mini split A/C system when we experienced a leaking steam pipe. (See comments from March about Perry). Pipe Works was contacted when a leaking steam pipe was discovered in our basement crawl space that went from the boiler to a second floor radiator. They promptly responded to my call. Mike Rivera conducted a thorough inspection, explained the scope of the problem, and provided a detailed repair plan and cost estimate.The work was scheduled to begin as soon as possible. Mike returned with Delroy Cumberbatch and the old pipe was removed and a new one installed. The work involved removing a portion of a wall and ceiling. They were careful and respectful of the property. Drop clothes and boot covers were used to protect the flooring. Any debris was completely and thoroughly removed and the work areas vacuumed. After the installation, they made certain that it worked properly.This repair wasn t simple. The house is nearly 100 years old. A portion of the pipe was located between the floor rafters in the crawl space; a tight work area. Mike and Delroy had the skills and experience to tackle the job and get it done correctly. Job well done. Many thanks.March 8, 2024: When starting to interview contractors for a ductless mini split A/C system, my scope of knowledge was limited to information gleaned from watching YouTube videos and reading a few online articles, leaving me unsure of just what would be entailed to install a system in our nearly 100-year-old house. I found Pipe Works and fortuitously had the good fortune to meet Perry Mandarakas, System Design Specialist, to discuss our cooling/heating needs.Perry is exceedingly knowledgeable about all aspects of the HVAC industry. He has the ability to explain all facets of a ductless mini split A/C system, which was very reassuring. His visit and inspection of our home was unrushed, thorough and carefully undertaken. After talking over what I wanted in a system to insure all-season comfort, Perry provided a well thought out solution with options that were sensible and reasonable. If only other contractors could be as trustworthy, informative and helpful as Perry, working on home improvement projects would be so much less stressful.

Pipe Works is BY FAR one of the best, if not THE BEST company I have ever dealt with. Last month they installed a mini-split AC system and I could not have been more impressed.We live in a 4 level condo (3 floors plus basement) and our single-zone AC couldn t keep our top-floor bedroom cool on hot summer days. I researched several other companies about mini-splits. One of the larger local companies said No, too hard , and would only offer to replace our current single zone AC with one with more cooling power, but wouldn t guarantee the top floor would get sufficiently cool. So after further online research I found the Pipe Works website. I was super-impressed at the quality and thoroughness of the site and gave them a call. They quickly responded and got a tech to our house ASAP. Another great thing they do is send a text with a photo of who s coming to your house and when they will arrive. Nice!The tech was Rob Moakler, and I was blown away by his professionalism. From the moment he walked in wearing his blue booties (they all wear them to keep the floors clean) He had an abundance of knowledge and thoroughly explained how they could install one in our house, and keep all the lines internal, avoiding any exterior lines running up the side of our condo (which I m sure our condo association would not approve). I was all in!My installers, Jose ad Giovanne T were awesome. They worked tirelessly all day to run the lines up all three floors from the basement, having to veer and switch routes as the access from the basement was not a straight line through the ceilings, walls, and floors. The installer who came the next day to install the outdoor unit was also great, but I forgot to get his name.When it was all done, Lindsey called the next day to check up on us and see if we were happy with our new mini-split. Needless to say, WE LOVE IT! It is SO NICE to be able to sleep in a cool room even on the hottest nights. I ve been telling everyone that our mini-split is my new best friend! And Pipe Works is my new favorite company!!! Giovanne T said everyone at the company is great and that the owner only hires quality people. From what I ve seen, that definitely rings true.And so just last week, the AC broke at my rental condo in Mendham. I recommended Pipe Works to my renter and they came to fix it the next day. Jimmy F did a great job with the repairs and recommended (which it definitely needed) and installed a new thermostat. My renter was so impressed with Jimmy and Pipe Works that she gave his business card to a few of her best friends.And so now that I m a true Pipe Works fan, yesterday I had them install ceiling fans to the other two bedrooms in our condo (the primary bedroom already had one). Electricians Philip and Alex did an outstanding job and didn t even have to cut any holes in the drywall. And when they were done, just like all the other Pipe Works employees, they cleaned up after themselves and left things looks great afterwards.I see that Pipe Works also does plumbing. We ve used the same plumber for 20 years, but I think next time we need one, we ll go with Pipe Works. They are truly head and shoulders above any company out there.30AUG23: Zach Langowski came to fix our old main air conditioner, which was leaking condensation water on the floor. He found a glog in the line, fixed it in a jiffy, and the utility room is high and dry. Zack was professional, responsive and owned the project from start to finish. Got back to us quickly in an emergency and the work was repair was completed the same day, even though it was the weekend. Wouldn t hesitate to use Pipe Works and Zack again.

The technicians are friendly & answered all questions on how the homeowner can help with keeping the unit running smooth over time. Well done!

My experiences with Pipe Works have been nothing short of positive. They ve been servicing my rental property for a few years now, and recently, a 30 year old condenser for one of the apartment units gave out. Pipe Works had been servicing that condenser for a few years and had, no doubt, extended its life for at least 2 years. When it finally bit the dust, Pipe Works sent out Jimmy F, one of their technical experts, within 24hrs. Jimmy coordinated his arrival time directly with the tenants and was able to diagnose the issue and provide me with a couple of competitive options for replacing the condenser. Once my choice was made, Pipe Works coordinated the installation date/time directly with the tenants and within 3 days, Jose B, another technical expert, installed the new condenser and did some duct work supply repair and modification. The tenants were very please and I couldn t have asked for a quicker or smoother process. Everything was resolved within 5 days starting from the first phone call I made to Pipe Works. Highly recommend.

Mike Gelmi recently installed water softener and performed a number of very necessary plumbing tasks in our home, and he was super efficient. Explained all the services needed, and got all of it done. Mike was very professional.
