I ordered our items online that said that they were in stock and when I get to the store they say that they don t have them however, online it shows that they are in stock that is because the people at the store not doing a job and logging in their inventory when they sell them. Furthermore, the representative at the counter and the manager both did very little to help me out in the situation. They told me that they would just have to give me a refund and they couldn t help me. They even check the back of the store. All they checked was the aisle aisle furthermore, they informed me that a store nearby had eight in stock and I only needed four of the items one they informed me of this I asked them can I pick it up from that store and they told me that I cannot pick it up from that store why would you inform me that they had eight in stock if I can t pick it up from the store

This store is great and always super helpful, especially Ralph. He didn t need to, but he replaced my headlight for me despite it being a little extra work. Very grateful for the good vibes and good service! Will continue to come here.

Store was super helpful! My windshield wiper was broken and they helped me install new ones. May not sound like much but for me it was a huge help! Will definitely be back for any auto needs

The people at AutoZone have helped me out immensely today. The first gentleman that helped me did a free battery/alternator/engine code check while the second gentleman who referred to himself as X helped answer all of my questions after I had returned to the store again to ask those questions. Both of them were amazing to talk to and are knowledgeable with cars. I'm a hundred percent returning to this location again.

bought a battery they keep playing games with the warranty stay far away manger is a lier and so is his boss felix district manger. called the 1800 number to file a complaint no one cares!!! its been 3 weeks since this all happen no one calls me back or whats to fix the problem

from the store manger to the district manger fire them all!!! they are all fakes!!! I cant believe i got played by them!!! called custmer service phone number they dont care!! that was the last time autozone gets my money lots of other places to shop!!!

Visited here for the first time ever today. Wow. Great service. I needed wiper blades and they made it so seamless and easy. I was greeted immediately by this nice man. Told him what i needed and he showed me exactly what i needed and game me advice when I asked. He even put them on for me and refused a tip. In and out in 10 minutes. A great customer experience always makes my day. Thanks!!!

The workers are great although very overworked. I think corporate should do better to have the store in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey. staffed better. They are working very hard and there was a long line and they can never answer the phone. it is because I was left on hold for a long time and when I went to the store, I saw why.

We came to test our battery and needed up replacing it with a Duralast Platinum. Kevin was so professional: fast, communicative, and friendly. Despite the cold weather and the complicated install (thanks, Honda!), he jumped to help. Great service. Bright, clean store. Would go again for my next automotive need. I am officially a regular!

They were busy but I only came in for a diagnostic report and got taken care of quickly! Would recommend, plus the staff speaking English and Spanish is a plus.

The staff at the Hanover AutoZone are so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! Every time I visit, they are always more than willing to answer my questions, direct me to what I need, and even go so far as to help me install it if it is a simple job. These guys are the best!I will continue to come to them for their amazing customer service! Way better than any experience I have had at the Toyota of Morristown dealership for service. Thank you guys!

I arrived to autozone with my deep cycle marine battery to be charged for free as they stated over the phone the day I called and the day I called before just to double check. I drop the battery off and tell them I need it charged and everything's good they say come back in an hour and a half. So I leave come back in an hour and a half and the battery looked like it was in the exact spot I left it. I wait 10 minutes for a employee to come over to me when theirs 3 people walking around behind the counter. And I say I left this here to be charged and it was the exact person I talked to about having it put on the charger. He says its been hectic I couldn't put it on??? He couldn't put a battery on the charger. He says I can put it on now so I just took it and walked out. Would not recommend going here they do not care what goes on.. Beyond that their was nobody in the store when I arrived there my 120 dollar battery was sitting on the front counter for an hour and a half.

About a month ago I went into this store because my battery kept dying. Ralph P. was the employee who helped me he was so nice and courteous, He tested the battery which was bad and he quickly replaced it. After he was done I offered him a tip for his prompt courteous service but he would not accept it. As I was leaving I noticed Ralph found some money on the ground and called over to a gentleman who just left the store and Ralph informed the man he had dropped some money. So rare to find a person like Ralph in todays day and age. I called the store to find out Ralph's last name to be sure I had the correct name so that I could right this true and accurate review. I needed a new headlight for my Highlander. I bought the light at Autozone in Cedar Knolls and the gentleman there was even able to install it for me at no charge. He wouldn't even accept the tip I offered him! Great service! Saved me hours since I didn't have to drop my car off at the mechanic's shop. Thanks for the great job!!Rich MurgittroydWhippany, NJ
