One thing that was positive about my visit to this Quick Lane is they located a transmission leak to a recent transmission repair.Purchase this vehicle in October 2018 and had a couple oil changes at Quick Lane in Delaware for $39.95. Living in New Jersey and not having time to allow Quick Lanes in Delaware to do my next oil change, I took to Kindle Quick Lanes. The people seemed very nice, but that was mostly likely because of the puppy I had with me.My fault, but I authorized this service without confirming total cost. The advertised price was $49.95. They up sold me some oil additive, which I did select. Getting my bill, I was billed $115. They gave me a Veteran's Discount bringing it down $10. Stupidly, I left without requesting clarification of bill. After getting home I called and spoke with someone that was kicking my concerns up to the person in charge. Did not hear back and called again 2 days later to leave message. I have placed several calls to no response until yesterday. Service Manager finally called. He had to check on my paperwork to get a clearer understanding of what happened. All he could say that full synthetic oil was billed, since the description stated 0-20w. Having a little knowledge of classes of oil, the weight doesn't tell you what the blend is.While I was there, the guy that entered my car in for service had a conversation with a lady over the phone concerning her car being completed and giving her a final bill of $100.00 over what was quoted. This woman was not happy and with in 20 minutes was in to discuss bill.Understanding that we are human and mistakes are going to happen, my impression is they will charge you whatever unless you seem to have an idea of what it should be or raise a fuss. Look out for being over charged by this company.

When it first opened the quick lane at Kindle Ford was great for oil change service. Over the past year it has detreated considerably. Over the course of the past week it was the worst experience of all!! On attempt one to get a oil change I drove in mid-morning only to be told that there would be a wait of over an hour before my car would be taken in, IF nothing "went wrong" between now and then. I was told it would be better to come back at 12:30 right after everybody came back from lunch. I was also told to call ahead to check on wait times. I called 4 times, around 1:00. Twice to a direct line at quick lane and twice through the switchboard. The phone went unanswered all 4 times. I called the following day around 12:30 and was told that they were extremely busy all morning and it was not known if they were going to take in any more cars for the day. I called the following Saturday, around noon, and was told that there would be a wait of over one hour and that, since they close earlier on Saturday, my care would probably not even get into the shop. On my final attempt I appeared at the quick lane a little after 8:00 am. There were 4 people in the waiting room. I checked with the desk attendant who said there would be an hour or so wait since he "only had 2 people working," and suggested that I return at 12:30. I took my vehicle to another local service center, was taken right away and had a great experience at a price comparable to quick lane. I do not understand why, in light of the fact quick lane is constantly overwhelmed with work all day, every day, more staff is not hired! I don't know what has changed over the past couple of years with the quick lane service but I will not be wasting my time taking my vehicle back there anytime soon!! I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND quick lane at Kindle Ford for oil change service!!!

Incredibly helpful employees took time out of their lunch break to patch up a front tire for us and rotate it to the back, so that we would be able to drive safely home. Respectful and informative is how I'd describe the employees at Quick Lane. A great all around experience!

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Came in and told me all my lugnuts were swollen and needed to be replaced with the studs for over $600. She told me no big deal, when I buy new tires then I could fix it. I said what if I get a flat? Got the oil change and left. Looked online and many people had the same problem (2013 Focus) that Ford used inferior cheap Chinese lugnuts. Took my car to my regular mechanic, only four lugnuts were stuck, he used a breaker bar to get them off cost $50. Have never gone back and never will. At least I didn't buy my car from them.

Unless you show up at 8am they wont see you for the day. No matter what time I show up they just tell me "They're out to lunch" or "They're about to go out for lunch".
