They sell nothing but ragged out high mileage junk!!! This rusty piece of junk was sent to me with a bad camshaft. The lies on the eBay listing said 160k miles but it s in worse condition than the engine in my truck with 250k miles. Avoid these deceitful crooks!

Just tried to call my auto store to sell a car. She transferred me to someone in sale. Then that person transferred me to pricing. The woman in pricing immediately put me on hold when she answered. After a minute on hold the system went to voicemail telling me to leave a message. I left my information for a call back. But I immediately called back. Again the voicemail answered. I'm really frustrated. I read of the horror stories in the reviews about their poor customer responsiveness and dishonorable sales. I

Figured I d try them considering they had good reviews well long story short 2/21/23 transmission I ordered was dropped off discovered I ordered the wrong one sent an email. The following day 2/22/23 someone comes and picks it up. Now it s 2/23/23 I get a call asking if I m expecting a delivery I got beyond excited only to see THEY DROPPED OFF THE SAME TRANSMISSION THEY PICKED UP! Every time I call to talk to someone I get disconnected emailing is a waste of time cause I don t think it s an actual person. So it looks like I ll be keeping this transmission try and sell it and go through a different company to order the right one. Beyond stressed out!

DO NOT BUY PARTS FROM MY AUTO STORE !!!!!! I bough a transmission and it was bad, I asked for the warranty now they start playing games on the phone by transferring me to others and they don't answer. I'm seeing the same issue with other customers in google reviews. I'm reporting this to the Better Business Bureau, the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs and I'm getting my attorney involve also. The "FIVE STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE" READ THE BAD REVIEWS THEY ARE REAL. Talked to the local auto repair facilities and they said they don't buy from them anymore because they stop being honest.!!!! UPDATE!!! Talked to Kristy and I think she got mental issues cause I talked to her on the phone like 5 days in a row and every time we talked she acted like she didn't know me and she asked me the same questions. At the end I got tired of their excuses and I'm going to take'em to court...STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Purchased a engine for a infinity. First engine was very clean looking after my mechanic changed all required gaskets an seals it was found to have a tap upon starting an smoked. I drove it for a few days it progressively got worse an worse.they sent me.a replacement the replacement arrives laying sideways on pallet, covered in grease and everything rusted it looked like it sat on the bottom of a river and when the oil pan was removed it had a thick layer of sand in it as well water. So my mechanic once again changed all required seLs N gaskets an installed it well this one was worse smoked horribly had a lower berring rattle .and what wasnt rusted they took a sawzall to still had metal flakes on pallet. Also the upper mount for the powersterring pumpnthats part of the block was cracked bad.. so I did contact them . There way of making it right was send back engine . Ok so I did just that .when they recieved it they stated first was I damaged the engine because I sent them the exact parts that were cut when I received it then they changed there approach to that was not the engine they sent me because there was no etchings from them I asked where would they be an what numbers should be there they could not provide me with a answer to either .so I again asked for pictures of some serial numbers or anything they could not provide me with that either an still refused me of my refund then communication stopped my emails were going unanswered luckily I did buy it over ebay and was covered under the buyer protection. This company is full of crooks and lires.i did finally get my money returned it just not right that ebay had to step up an refund me for this company's couldn't man up an pay for what they took. Poor service: Ordered a driver's seat picture Online showed seat to be clean.The Seat I got was DIRTY pictures ATTACHED and the KICKER was it's a passenger seat waited for over a week for the right seat NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. I call them answered about my order, answered for a MANGER BIG JOKE some guy gets on phone. The seat I paid for was SOLD, the truck seat came out of is not in the system. BUYER BEWARE, I Copied B.B.B.

Have Bought multiple transmissions and everyone has work perfect. My auto store is always my number one choose for cheap and quality transmissions. They have an extremely large selection of transmissions and other parts. What I like is they fright my transmissions quickly. I usually receive my transmissions within 7 business days after placing my order. Having a quick turnaround always keeps my customers happy. I would highly recommend to all my friends and family. Ordered complete used engine on eBay. Was told it would take 10 to 14 days to arrive but it took 4 weeks. Caused my car to lose placeholder at mechanic's shop and it was 2.5 months before it got caught up and completed. Motor looked like it was kept outside in the elements. It also had 53,000 more miles than I was told and advertised as.Company was quick to reply when inquiring to buy and no issues, but ignored all communications when problems arose. Buyers beware.Update: the seller replied below but has ignored all calls and won't adjust price and warranty time accordingly. Buyer beware.

I called @ least 10 places yesterday to find an alternator for my 2012 Nissan Juke. A young lady answered the phone. Her customer service was above and beyond what I could have ever imagined. She worked so diligently to find my part. I even called several times because customers are indecisive She never made me feel like I was a bother. I believe her name was Karina. I just wanted to highlight her excellent customer service. She s the reason I bought the car part from you guys and she s the reason I ll continue to spend my money with you guys.

They had a 15% off sale going on, so I decided to give them a try. I placed an order for an engine that they had listed. Two days later, I received a cancellation email with no explanation. I gave them a call and was told that they made a mistake, and that the engine was still in the vehicle. The description did say that the engine was still in the vehicle, and that there was an extended delivery time.I had no issues with waiting a bit longer, but they just went ahead and cancelled my order. I'm not sure what really happened, but this type of activity is bad business.As a small business, these kinds of things set you back big time. I had visited their website multiple times in the past, and when I finally decide to give them a try, this happens. Definitely a disappointment.

very poor follow up.my customer has been waiting for a replacement engine which is under their warranty and i am being told a sales rep will be reaching out 4 weeks now and no sales rep everything i call i get told a sales rep will call and i get nothing.

If have negative 5 I will do this company has very bad customer service they are laying and slow when they charge you they are very fast but when you have a problem or defective item they not helping I did order transmission directly from the my auto parts I found my order on eBay when I called to make sure they have the correct parts the sales person made me buy it directly from them and offer me 10% off if I don t buy it from eBay I did mistake and I trust himAfter we received the transmission and install it was not shift we shipped to the company after I got hard time getting an Ra # when they received it and check it they are claiming that transmission was missing parts look like out side filler and that parts cost more than I paid so they can t refund the money I try to reach with the supervisor he is very rude and he doesn t know what to do he offered me to call my bank and claim my card to get my money back this the only way he can help very bad customer service it s taken me 2 months to get the final answer and it s was stupid people I m losing over $2300 plus the labor for dealing with not legit company

I've tried them about 10 times, all 10 times were a nightmare. Orders usually don't go through on CCC and if you call or email they don't answer or respond. They have great pricing because they are selling B grade parts and listing them as A grade. They sell garbage and have garbage customer service. Credits are a nightmare to get and ate several hundred dollars worth of garbage because they refuse to issue a credit.

Absolutely horrible service! I ordered a piece from their online store and when it arrived it was the wrong one. I reached out several times over the course of 2-3 weeks and I was only able to talk to one person. They told me to fill out a form for return so I could send the piece back and I never heard anything back after filling out said form. After almost 2 months I still have not heard anything back from them and I had to get PayPal involved.

DO NOT waste your money here. I just had to retain an attorney to fight them over an engine they gave me that was bad. Not even a little bit bad, very bad! They said it was tested and everything. Do not believe them! RUN AWAY! I sent them videos and pictures of my engine smoking and overheating, along with the failed block test, and they are still fighting me saying it s good. I promise you, you will regret giving them money.

DONT GO, they told me they had rims for Kia 2015, when I got there they did not have it. I waited for 2 hours when they bought out rims for 2017 Kia which were the wrong size. There was others who came and their product was not there as well. Complete waist of time, a half of day.Orthodox Auto Parts Unruh Ave. Philadelphia Pa had my rims, accurate, professional, in and out within 30 minutes. Price was cheaper as well.

I ordered and purchased a specific motor and transmission from a car with 51,000 miles on it (even the invoice showed this), I recieved a motor and transmission with 77,000 miles. The invoice I got with the motor and transmission upon pickup showed a different stock number. I was refunded $100 but I'm seeking an additional $160, because I was deceived and received something with 26k more miles than what I wanted and ordered. They advertised this on their website and others for this specific motor and transmission to be sold from their inventory. I'd say this is false advertisement. I'm very unhappy with this company and the lack of communication is garbage. Additionally they state "someone from customer service will contact you", but this is just put on here to make people think this will be resolved. *Update 3/17/23, No one from customer service has reached out to me to correct this issue. What a joke!

PLEASE DONT USE THIS PLACE!! It is a scam!!!I ordered an engine from them it looked nothing like the nice picture they sent but they said there was warranty to so had engine put in it didn t work!! nor did it have all the parts it was supposed to have. I called them for several weeks! Always being told they would have someone reach out and see what they could do. Well 3 weeks and counting and still no return call and the run around every time I call. If I could give a negative stars I would.

I needed a new seat for my Escalade and everyone on EBay (and other internet sellers) wanted $500-$600 plus $300 shipping. I stumbled across My Auto Store on Facebook Marketplace and I asked if they had the seat and Greg responded quickly and let me know that he did in fact have one. I went to Camden to get it and I was not only amazed at the supply and organization, but by the fantastic prices. I recommend going here before you look anywhere else!

May 19th - Ordered motor, pictured on site, out of car, on pallet.May 23rd - Told motor would arrive by the end of the week.May 25th - Told motor might have shipped, might still need pulled.May 30th - Told motor might have shipped, but they weren't sure.May 31st - Filing fraud charges with credit card company. Even if I get the motor, I doubt it'll be any good based on other reviews. Terrible service, unorganized, fly by night company. 0 stars.

I ordered a NV244 transfer case from My Auto Store and was shipped a NP233 model. When I called to let them know they did not have the correct model to send me as a replacement. They said they will send a return shipping label and process the refund when they get it back. They can't offer a pickup so I will have to arrange for the part to be dropped off at a FedEx location. Now I will have to wait several days for them to receive the part back and then probably a couple more days more the refund to process before I get my money back.The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the guy on the phone was nice and they didn't hassle me about the refund. They need to ensure the correct part is shipped in the first place and also make sure they can facilitate the entire return if the problem was caused by them.

Shipping was very fast, and considering that I made my purchase only a couple weeks before Christmas, that was impressive. My order was submitted, and completed on a Friday. The engine arrived on the next Tuesday. Thanks for a great experience!!

I love these guys !! In past 2 years I ordered 3 items from them a rear leather seat for my wife s Altima and 2 aluminum rims which I used for my spare tire due too steel rim rotted out. This is the best place everything came boxed and packaged very well along with free shipping what more can you ask for they got a customer for life green job guys thank you!!!!!!!!

Made and order and they cancelled it I called to ask why it was cancelled and they told me because of damage. Couldn t tell me anything else. I purchased four parts I don t understand why all four parts could be damaged but in the pictures they look perfectly well. I talked to a guy on the phone and asked him for further information I made sure to give him my phone number and he never reached out. Apparently don t care so I ll take my business elsewhere. Terrible experience don t recommend definitely won t shop here again.
