I have been coming here for over 15 years. They have always been professional and courteous. They have the best prices new and used. And I swear to God the used tires are as good as brand new.

Without a doubt, Family Tire Center is the best rim and tire shop in the north east. Ive been using this shop for the past 15 years and they are honest, professional, blazing fast, and are always willing to find products that match your budget. Even though I've moved out of the state, I still make the six hour round trip to use their services because they are just that good. I recently used them for a new set of tires on my car, I dropped my car off for my scheduled appointment and got a call 30 minutes later that my car was ready. They gave it back to me cleaner than I dropped off. I'm already planning my next visit, their showroom sold me on a nice set of unique runs. Check them out, you won't be disappointed!

Had a great experience both times, when I had to get some new tires(very reasonably priced) for my van and when I had to quickly swap one out for a used one

This place fixed my tire problems because the other cheaper tire shops.This place costs few dollars more but what you get in return is a peace of mind that these guys won't mess it up.

I could not believe that to patch one tire cost me $46.22. They charges $9.66 to check the tires and 35 to patch one tire. I came home and started calling other tire places and the second highest price I was given was $22.00 everywhere else it was under. Part of me believe that because I am a woman, they took advantage.

I have been going to this place for years since I first got my car, and tho I am happy with there prices and there prompt service one thing keeps bothering me. When I first got my BMW my premium rims all had the OEM BMW brand metal valve stem caps, but I soon notice that every single time I've taken my car to the shop to get a tire replaced I've notice that every single time one of my BMW metal valve caps goes missing and replaced with a cheap standard plastic valve cap. The first 2 times I thought that maybe it was just the mechanic forgetting to put my cap on or putting wrong cap on by accident. But after my last visit a few days ago I'm pretty sure that they are just steeling it. When I went there I had one metal BMW OEM cap left and I even double checked right before they worked on my tire and again to no surprise soon as there done with my car I go to check for my last remaining BMW OEM tire valve cap and it was gone replaced with another cheap plastic valve cap. I go to the guy who worked on My car and ask were my valve cap is and he goes pulling some cheap plastic valve cap out his pocket that obviously wasn't mines, now I could have raised all he'll in the office but I just decided to leave. I'm probably going to see if I can buy 4 more New BMW OEM valve caps off ebay and if I ever go to this place agsin I'll just take all my valve caps off before I get there. POINT of my review is that if u have a premium car with premium OEM valve caps make sure u take them off before u have ur car serviced at this place

I went back there today because we needed 2 used tires.The first time I dealt with this place was a few years ago and I had bought a used tires. Well the bad news is that the tire they replaced went flat as well. After putting on a donut in the pouring rain I went back there and they replaced the tire without any additional charge and were very apologetic about the ordeal and had no issue with fixing the problemThat's part of the reason why I went back there and I am still satisfied with the service.The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Seemed delighted to have our business. Listened to what we needed and worked with us according to our budget.

My goto tire spot since forever. This place never disappoints. Went in Sat 7/17 for tires. Was in and out in 30 minutes. The guys that work there are always Aces. Great bunch of people. Thanks for everything yesterday. I always recommend this shop to anyone in need of rims and tires. Will be back as usual. Thanks again.

Fastest tire service I've ever seen. Quoted about 30 minutes for 4 tires mounted and balanced and I think we were only there about 20 minutes. I'll definitely be back again with my car

In need of tires a friend took me to Family Tires. Best decision ever!! Not only do they have great prices, they are super fast and the costumer service is absolutely top notch!!! Bonus: if you purchase a used tire, they even give you 2 weeks guarantee on it!!! I happened to purchase new tires but definitely would highly recommend them to anyone!!! Thank You Chris and Team for being AMAZING

Chris is the owner and has a great personality and treats you fair and his guys are also nice. They all are bilingual (Spanish and English)
