This store gives great customer service each time I walk into the store. It s hard to come by people that actually want to help you out and do their jobs but this staff does it without hesitation!

Came 3/19/24 after purchasing light from advanced auto parts in formed they could install it at auto zone. Arrived to location and was told by one employee I m off the clock , and another I m going home and the finally person just very sassy. ghetto establishment no respect or care for customer service. a simple yes or no would ve been fine. If everyone off the clock why are yall open

The Experience here at AutoZone was wonderful they have great staff Gigi and Tamera who was very helpful and providing great and excellent service when I needed it the most so I wanted to give them a five-star not to go into much detail but to speak highly of their customer service

A national chain of auto stores. Can get pretty much any oem and aftermarket part. Usually have good oil change deals.

So I came 10 minute before closing and it was already closing, and I called the store and told them why were they closing 10 minute before, and they said that they have no more money when I could pay with card, and the lady just told me to have a nice night and hung up, I was so mad, never shopping there again..

Employee took us to the back of the store and made us look for the part ourselves. We had called earlier to put it on hold, and they said they did, but they didn't. The store didn't have the part so we came for nothing. Go somewhere else.

You have people working there that have no idea what they are doing. They give you the wrong items all the time. You should really do extensive training when hiring. We ve had to do several trips back to return items, then the clerks get mad and give you attitude.

Great place to get your parts for your car but half of the time they don't have the parts so I'll recommend you to call around before you go here

Friendly service but slow and no sense of urgency when busy. Had a huge line and employees just kind of milling about. Then all of the sudden another emerged from the back to help after 25 minutes waiting in line just to drop off my used oil. No one thought to go back and tell that other employee in the back that they needed help up at the register?

This place has no good customers service the spanish lady and man at this mt.ephraim location totally disregarded the fact there was a long line i left my items on the counter and went to advance auto parts where i was very well attended never again

Great place, helpful and knows what they're doing. Can be slow at times (extremely slow) but if you're patient and doesn't mind the wait then you may enjoy it. Note: I didn't give it 5stars because of the long wait.

I love auto zone they always helped me while in need .I don't know nothing about cars but, they always come outside to take a look at my car. Pop in the lights or what ever I need WAY TO GO AUTO ZONE !!!!!

The BEST trust worthy service EVER! ERICK V from store #1892 in Mt Ephraim Ave Camden Nj quickly and efficiently resolved my issues immediately on 2 separate incidences. I, very much, appreciate and value quality customer service like this. Thank you Erick V & also AutoZone for having such a dedicated employee, such as Erick V, on your team.

Erick V went above and beyond customer service helping us inside and outside the store after his shift ended. his knowledge of automobiles is incredible we cannot thank him enough .without his help we would have been stranded 50 miles from home! Thank you Auto Zone for hiring such a wonderful employee !

worst customer service the cashier whose name was Lori or Laurea goes outside to help somebody with their car like she's a mechanic and the line grew. then the other woman who was a cashier had to go back into the parts area which means the line grow even longer then she comes up fussing saying I can't do this alone. it was the worst.
