If I could give it 0 stars I would. This place is a joke, they scam you, it takes them 3 hours to get an oil change, ridiculous, the prices are insane. The sales department is even worse. Got a car here a month ago, they try to bribe you with free maintenance for 2 years and in reality it s not free, they charge you for it on the loan. Never again! Would not recommend save your time and money

I had bought my car with a preexisting dent on the right rear door and it was in the agreement that it would be fixed. All was well and my car looked wonderful from the outside until I picked it up and found that the mechanics left my car an absolute mess. Couldn t even wipe up after themselves let alone avoid scratching the material on the inside of the door that they fixed. Really upset considering I had nothing but a wonderful experience with Nissan prior to this.Service: Auto body & trim replacement

I recently had our vehicle that was purchased at this dealer brought in for a routine oil change as well as a diagnostic for a malfunction in the auto start/stop system. My wife brought our vehicle into our 10:30am appointment on-time as scheduled ahead of time. My wife made it abundantly clear to the staff that she needed to be out by 1:00pm in order to be at her job on time at 1:30pm. She told them if that was not possible she would re-schedule or should be provided with a loaner vehicle. She was told that everything would be finished within 2 hours which would have left her with plenty of time to get to work. However, what happened instead was a complete unacceptable disaster.By 1:00pm my wife still did not have the vehicle back and each of the 3 times she asked for an update while waiting she was told "we'll let you know". When there finally was an update at around 1:20pm she was told they didn't have the right filter or something along those lines. By the time the keys were given back to my wife it was nearly 2pm and she was incredibly late for work. It just so happened she was lead nurse this day as well. Thankfully her employer understood the situation. It appears the diagnostic was not even performed as well as she was given no paperwork regarding this. So apparently it took 3 hours to do an oil change? This is without a doubt unacceptable quality of service and inconvenience. My wife also told me that she was not the only person there having problems with their service department that day.Also this is not the first time dealing with issues regarding this vehicle we purchased from this dealer. Upon buying the vehicle we found out the next day after buying it that the washer fluid bottle was cracked prior to our purchase. This took over a month to get repaired. We were also promised a spare key for the vehicle as none was given when we purchased it. This took months of phone calls back and forth reminding them of the problem untill it was finally resolved months after we purchased the vehicle.I am an incredibly patient person but this is absolutely unacceptable. I am never going to be coming to this dealer to buy a vehicle or to have service performed on our vehicle either. I am also going to advise anyone I know to never use them either.

I dropped my car off thursday, its saturday and I have not been able to get an eta or any sort of update. The vehicle was in repairs because the vehicle was sold with faulty speakers. The entire right side was not functioning. The car also shakes when you hit the brakes. Incredibly unprofessional. Nissan 23 told me the car had all service done, come to find out thats not true as well. My sales rep is nowhere to be found and i was charged a lot of money in service fees that were never done. Never. I told them if they could keep the car for a bit longer to see if they could perform the oil change, tire rotation, etc job that they had already promised but told me i had to reschedule that for a later time. Incredibly inconvenient and they really dont care about taking care of their customers. Incredibly unprofessional. Nissan 23 told me the car had all service done, come to find out thats not true as well. Ive called about 7 times so far and everyone keeps saying they ll try to get me a status. Its saturday afternoon and ive heard no answers from anybody since thursday.Services: Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Poor service brought in my car for a flat tire that needed to be replaced i have a tire and wheel warranty on my vehicle. Was told after the fact that i needed to provide a policy number for it and had to send the phone number for the advisor to submit a claim because they are incapable of looking the number up themselves and had to explain how to file the claim. Then was told by the advisor they can not find a policy for the wheel and tire and wanted to charge for the replacement tire. Also claimed the battery had failed even though the vehicle starts perfectly fine everyday. Trying to scam people by saying that things are bad or failed but replaced under warranty to try to sell them something else is not right at all i have been in the industry for over 18 years and won t fall for scams like this but i feel bad for anybody that doesService: General repairs & maintenance

There s a first for everything! This was my first experience financing a car at the Nissan of Butler, New Jersey. Let me tell you, they made the experience of purchasing and financing my first car wonderful and easy. When I first walked through the door I was immediately greeted by Sasha, he asked me what I was looking for and directed me to one of his top salesman, Sied who took his time with me in looking at the right car for me! Which then led me to Dave who really did everything he possibly could with my financing options, and I appreciate that so very much! But over all , I must MUST emphasize on how Sasha really truly did everything he possibly could for me. When people go to dealerships some might feel like they don t know who they can trust. When I went here, I was in good hands and they weren t just kind to me, they treated me like family, especially Sasha. All I can say is the man has a good heart and doesn t care about just selling cars, he cares about the happiness off the people he sells the car too. He s very down to earth, and made me so happy I wanted to cry. Because you don t come around nice people as nice and helpful as Sasha was everyday. And when I say nice I mean it! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING. Im so happy with my car and am so grateful for the time and patience on everyone s behalf.

Service Center is the worst to say the least!1. Add 4 hours or more to the wait time stated. Was the first car in at 8am and it s 3 o clock and they are still repairing what was supposed to fixed 4 hours ago. I was told that because I left the building I wasn t considered a waiting customer and that s why my car got pushed back.2. Got my brakes, pads, and brake fluid flushed, when I left the lot onto route 23- I had to press the brake all the way down to the floor! Came back to dealer to have them bleed the brakes out and to know it had air. Yet, I had to leave the car there because they said it will be ready Monday?!!!!3. I also had a tire rotation and before leaving the lot the tire pressure light on the dashboard was on. The manager went to add more air. However, guess when he drove it he didn t notice the soft break.4. The lady who took me in confirmed how soft the brakes felt. Mind you double check the prizes with her because doesn t communicate well.5. Insult to injury, they gave me a loaner and said I need to fill out the gas I waste on the loaner car. I wouldn t need a loaner if they did fixed my car as they were paid for.

Arnold was awsome as a sales man. And Moe the accountant was awsome! They both got us a great deal on not one but two cars. Went in for one car and walked out with two! I will always go back there.
