Route 23 Nissan most definitely changed my outlook on car shopping. I was in the market for a new car and dreaded the entire process. This was before I met Raymond Perez, a sales consultant at Route 23 Nissan. Ray not only listened to what I was looking for but DID NOT push or show me anything beyond my budget. I was transparent in my list of what i wanted including my timeline and financial situation. Ray not only listened, but explained in DETAIL, things in the most comfortable way without pushing or making me have to make a decision I didn't want to make. He got the EXACT car and model I was looking at for me to test drive. At other dealerships, they not only tried to talk me up a level but had me drive the top model to try and sell me higher then I needed or wanted. As I drove, he pointed out the things in the model that were pertinent and above what I had even asked for, encouraging me to enjoy the drive and try out different things in the car. At the end of the day, if you are looking for a car, Nissan or not (as they also sell used), I will return to Route 23 Nissan in addition to recommending Ray for the most pleasant experience in a very stressful decision (in my opinion). This was the first time in 20+ years that I walked away feeling calm good and happy. Thank you Ray and Route 23 Nissan for such a wonderful experience.!

It s always stressful looking for a new vehicle and I generally find dealerships very overwhelming. I have to say I didn t feel this way at all with route 23 Nissan. Right when I walked in I was greeted by Zain. We went over what I was looking for and the budget I had to work with. From the beginning I had a good feeling because he was not the typical sales guy putting pressure on the customer. He really took into account what worked for me and went above and beyond to make it happen. To me, showing he was genuinely there to help me was so nice and not seen often. I highly recommend if you re looking for a car to speak with Zain. He won t disappoint and you ll walk out happy. 5 stars. Thank you!

My mother and I inquired about a car with this dealership and we were pleasantly introduced to Stephanie Calle. She was very warm and welcoming, assisting us and ensuring our needs and concerns were addressed.Upon entering the dealer Stephanie met with us and paired us with an excellent salesman, Ray Foster. She ensured we were in good hands and I have to say that we were over the moon with the customer service and hospitality! Ray was more than prepared with a selection of vehicles for my mother within her desired budget. Needless to say, she fell in LOVE with the Nissan Kicks. By this point it didn t feel like a transaction but rather an experience.I ve been in dealers before and I m ready to spend my entire day there, but Stephanie, Ray & the staff made this entire process painless and very pleasant.My mother is happily driving her new car around and now it s my turn to come in for a new car. I m looking forward to it! :)

It made me choose a star, that was not by choice. The 1.5 star rating that this dealer has is way too generous. The dealership is filled with con artists that do not even care about their client's best interest. DO NOT buy from out of state. I was charged $465.62 to "hold" a vehicle until I made a down payment and after Ray added almost $10,000 to the original advertised purchase price, I told him I was going to look somewhere else. He told me he would refund my money on February 21st and I still have yet to receive my money back. It is now April and NO ONE will contact me back. I have called at least 10 times and he refuses to call me back and keeps telling the receptionist "it'll be processed in the morning". I have called/emailed 2 of the general managers, left endless voicemails with no response. I have never engaged in business with anyone as rude and condescending as he is. He argued with me about the advertised price of the vehicle, and after I won the argument by providing a screenshot, he said it was done for presidents day by the advertising company that handles your website without consent and they had been fired then proceeded to tack on almost $10k more. I purchased the same vehicle with a better package and lower mileage for $8k less somewhere else. Beware and do your research!!

The salesperson worked hard on getting me the deal I was looking for. The credit person was also very accommodative. Both were curious and respectful of my time. My salesperson was able to get me the deal over the phone and when I went into the dealership, he was out sick but the other sales people were happy to assist me. Great dealership and one of the best experiences I have had in leasing a vehicle.

This dealership is amazing. My buying experience was fun and fast. I felt no pressure to purchase. My sales person Chris was actually working to get my wife and I great deal on our certified pre owned Nissan Leaf. I was even shown my future vehicle while my car was being prepared for me to take home. At first I didn t want to drive almost 2 hours to this dealership but I am glad I did. I highly recommend this dealership

I took my 2022 Nissan pathfinder in for service and had the best experience thus far everybody was very courteous, professional and very times sufficient beyond happy with my service. Raj and John was amazing and a complete pleasure working with them.

Extremely stressful, with a pushy salesman who jacked up the price by $8,000 over the original listing price (when upon arrival, he stated that we would walk out with about $1000 over listing price after total fees), & he had us sit in the dealership for up to 1.5-2 hours....until I officially lost my patience & had to walk out. I'm a very patient person, considering what I do for a living in working in mental health/crisis intervention. But even when my husband and I tried to leave...multiple times...in the nicest manner possible...the salesman insisted that we stick around. And this was for a vehicle with clear damages to it. I went to another car dealership, where the salesman was far less aggressive and very clear, and found the car that's right for me. Do not recommend this dealership.

I went last Saturday to see a pre-owned 2018 Mazda 6. The car was at a great sticker price so I stopped by the dealership in order to take a look at it. As I made it to the dealership I was quickly greeted by Anthony who I had the great pleasure of meeting. He was very charismatic and greatly helped me through the entire process. We ran through a lot of the details such as financing and whether I qualified for the car. Everything went very smoothly and he even helped me get a good deal on financing which was a initial concern of mine since I had a certain budget in mind. Thankfully Anthony worked with me to find a monthly payment plan that was well under my budget. We were successfully able to continue the process for me to own the vehicle. I had a very pleasant experience and I never felt pressured at any moment. I would highly recommended going to this dealership if you are planning on getting a car. I was able to leave as a happy customer with my new car and it was all thanks to Nissan 23!

We came to Route 23 Nissan to test drive a truck. The dealership was one of the nicest I ve been to and everyone was so welcoming and kind despite it being pretty late in the evening, and were incredibly hospitable despite us keeping them from their homes much later than we d hoped. We didn t feel rushed into any decisions and Serdar was an excellent salesman. He was immensely helpful and personable and we deeply enjoyed working with him. Thank you Route 23 Nissan for our new (to us) truck!!

Purchased a Nissan Rogue Sport. The experience with Nissan Route 23 and sales consultant Abdul was extremely professional, informative, and thorough. He assessed my needs and interests, and he made solid recommendations. The sale and contract process was smooth with no pressure. I'm grateful for the honesty, friendly, and courteous engagement. Very happy. Hopefully when auto service is required they come through as promised.

I had the pleasure of leasing a car from Nissan Rt 23 and I couldn't be happier! From the moment I walked in, Serdar went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect car that suited my needs and remained super patient with me (even though I drove him crazy with my indecisiveness ). He s extremely knowledgeable - had an answer to every one of my never ending questions. The manager, Ahmed, was absolutely phenomenal! He was readily available to address all of our concerns in the best way possible. His involvement showcased the dealership's commitment to excellence. Jason from the finance department was also nothing short of amazing. Even though the paperwork process can be overwhelming, he managed to keep the atmosphere light-hearted and entertaining. They've won me over as a loyal customer!

I had Anthony as my sales person. He acted as a friend and consultant to me. He gave my best options within my price range. He was kind and patient with me. Ask for Anthony when you go here!The only reason why I gave 4 stars was because there were something that was promised to me that didn't happen. I know this was management and not Anthony's fault. I was told my car could be delivered to me, but because I lived an hour away..management declined that service. I was also told my payments would be under $380 a month and I ended up with a car payment of $380 for 84 months.Insist for the out of door price so you know what you're walking into! I ask multiple times and didn't receive it. Know the exact number before making your decision.All-in-all this is a great place to get a car. I even looked at a used 2020 Nissan and they offered to get the dent out for free. Such kind people here and great service!

This was my first time visiting this dealership and I have nothing but great things to say. Razi, and the manager Tommy were very helpful and flexible. They helped me not just obtain my dream car but were able to take my car as a trade in with ease. All the other staff members there were very polite and professional and all work together as a team.

Bought a 2020 Honda pilot from this place the car is perfect. I financed the car and paid it off early and called route 23 Nissan to get a refund on the gap insurance and I keep getting the run around saying they will call back but never do. It s been 2 months of me trying to get my money back and no one will take care of my situation. Definitely be careful.
