The General Manager Solomon and the Salesperson Anthony helped me to purchase a new Ford Bronco (right after a car accident that totaled my car) within 24 hours. Very great service. They were very down-to-earth and helpful.

I recently picked up my 2024 Ranger, took a long time to get manufactured and thought out that process anytime I contacted or meet with my salesman he was always very pleasant and got me all the information I needed. I am very happy with the service I received from Route 23 Automall and especially my salesman William.

Another great experience at RT23 Automall's Ford Dealership. I was treated with excellent customer service, from our salesman Steve, and the experience was easy, the pricing was incredibly good, and we are so happy with our new car! This is the fourth ford i've leased or bought with them and every part of the process has been great, every time. Highly recommend for anyone looking to lease or buy a car with them. They work with you no matter what your financial situation may be.

Recently purchased a 2023 Explorer ST. The experience couldn t have been better. Will, Steve, and Sol were all top notch in meeting every need in the process including education on the vehicle, test drive, purchase paperwork, and delivery. On Saturday my father in-law and I went to Rt23 ford auto mall in search of 2 explorers, we walked in the store and spoke with Steve. He took us out and showed us their inventory and aloud us to test drive as we wished. Steve answered all our questions and was very personable!We had both vehicles bought, paid for, detailed and insurance set up in under 3 HOURS! Both myself and my Father in-law will be using this dealership again in the future!

I recently bought a 2023 Explorer and was over the moon happy with my experience! Will was extremely helpful from beginning to end. He was patient and very approachable. He was so prompt in communicating and went the extra mile to help me get into a car! When I got the car he was so helpful with explaining everything and setting me up! He was almost as happy for me as I was for myself. Everyone at the dealership was very welcoming and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone!

Unprofessional, time-wasting dealership, among the worst I've dealt with in North Jersey. They gave me the lowest of lowball offers for my immaculate trade-in, compared to any other dealer, and the salesman I dealt with was slow, and never returned my call when I offered a cash price to purchase the car instead of do a trade-in. Funnily enough the exact same car is still for sale almost 2 months later (for an even higher price), wonder why, despite being told it had sold. If you look through the reviews, they also have sales employees giving 5* reviews. Their loss, as I ended up purchasing a car at a different Ford dealership, and received excellent service, unlike at Route 23 Automall.

I m not a whim buyer, I looked around and ended up here. Will came out right away to see if we needed help. He knew all about my Bronco, from the dash board down to the off road features. Paper work went quick, he was so nice and professional (no smarmy sales gimmicks). I Highly recommend going there. Thank you Will. Finance guy was also quick and organized. I love my new Bronco

Walked in to pick up some paperwork for an F-150 my family had purchased here a few weeks prior - walked out with a new lease on a bronco sport for myself! Will has helped our family with all of our new Fords and was amazing with getting everything set up for me. My son bought a Bronco Sport Badlands and a week later I went back to Rt23 Auto Mall Ford Dealership to buy the same car, but in a different color. Working with Will and Brendan was a great experience. They were very helpful, professional and honest. What I was quoted was what I paid. No surprises. Everyone we dealt with was very kind. I would definitely recommend this dealership and the Bronco Sport 2.0 liter

Best car buying experience I ve ever had! I have to admit I was a Wayne Ford customer for 20 years and I was never treated by a salesman as wonderfully as I was by Solomon and Anthony. Solomon and Anthony made me feel like they truly wanted my business and fought hard to get me the vehicle I wanted at an unbeatable price. All details were worked out via email, text or by phone and I only had to spend about 10 minutes inside to sign papers. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a Ford to give their business to this dealership because they won t be disappointed, only blown away by the service they receive. I will definitely be giving my business to this dealership for as long as I am living in the area. Thanks again guys for such a great experience and getting me my Expedition!

When I tell you I m never shopping at another dealership I mean it. Let me start off by telling you this is the second car I purchased from them. Rt 23 Auto Mall is probably the best dealership on the east coast. The manager Solomon is a no games straight to the point manager and I appreciate that about him. I went in at 3pm to buy an Explorer and was out of there a little over an hour including the test drive time. Probably the fastest I ve ever been in and out of a dealership! Will was a very knowledgeable and professional salesman. Solomon really picks the best people for his team and trains them well. They re really a no pressure dealership. Solomon takes the time to go over everything with the pricing and makes sure your walking out there happy. Great service guys!!!

I made a was looking at 3 late model used Ford Rangers. I shop very hard across a large number of online sights using autotempest. After filtering through hundreds of possible trucks, two out of the three I would want were here at rt.23 automall. Of those I selected the one that had the features, functions and value I wanted. Arriving at the dealer I met Will who was my sales guy. He was a very genuine guy to work with. Not a hint of snake oil on him. I also met Solomon who spent a fair amount of time chatting with me but not ever pressuring me about a sale. In the end I had a simple straight forward purchase experience with guys I could have had as friends. The truck itself in the first week has been exceptional. I would highly recommend anyone to shop here.

Brought couple of 2019 F550 cutaways for warranty work and each time I got them back, I had to fix myself what they did incorrectly. Patty in service department is useless. She does not know anything about the commercial vehicle and she was my service rep. It seems they're answer each time was to replace the very expensive exhaust system and try to tell me my turbo issue fix was to replace the DPF filter and that I should be impressed Ford was spending so much money on replacing the $5,000+ filter. Rt 23 commercial is a joke. If you have a large commercial, then you don't have much choice in the tri-state area for warranty as Rt 23 can fit them in their shop. Its a shame that they're wasting the shop time employing sub-par, obviously untrained and/or unsupervised techs. I do not know how they're in the commercial business and I suggest to any and all commercial operators to avoid Rt 23 EVEN for warranty repairs.I see a good review if you scroll down a bit from Joey Carradori...he works there and has been for few years at least. Thats what I am talking about!UPDATE 2/8/24 The dealership president Scott Barna called me to resolve these issues. His facts were confusing at best. He was to review again his notes and to get back to me yesterday. I am awaiting his response.2/9 still no call from owner2/12 Scott Barna you are obviously not connected with the facts or your team for that matter. As i mentioned earlier, you have the closest dealership to me that could handle my larger, 35 foot buses. All dealers in between do not have the raised ceilings like your shop. It is for that reason AND the buses were under warranty. No other reason. I am now greatly upset that your team wont fess-up and accept the fact they dropped the ball on this and that you wont do the right thing. I am done with you and Rt. 23 Auto Mall. Its best you be done with me.

Salesmen Brendan Liebenow was polite, professional and patient. Buying a car is always stressful, cost, time at dealer and all the other things---BUT it felt like the time went fast. Had an appointment at 11 to pick up a new car, he had it ready, no issues and finishing of the paperwork went quickly!The dealer cost were lower then another car dealer in the area and that also helped me make a choice to buy here.

I have to comment on the service I received from the sales team that helped me with the purchase of my 2023 escape. I called and spoke with a salesman Jay and he was such a great guy no pressure I really wasn t sure what I wanted and he took the time to show me what was available. He then introduced me to the money man Brian and the process was complete no problem .I have always owned Fords and will continue to.I will be picking up my new car today!!! Thanks again for all your help.
