I m a rookie re: trailers. They were really nice and helpful in guiding me on what I needed to install a hitch on my CRV. Super helpful when I had trouble getting the ball and hitch installed. I will definitely recommend them to friends.

Great tire place, super helpful staff! We got a flat at the begging of a long planned roadtrip. They had the exact tires we needed and got us back on the road immediately. All at a fair price. Thanks guys!

I have not met these guys yet, but have corresponded via email, and they have been very helpful. Very rare these days' to find good folk when you haven't purchased something. I will definitely be stopping by for some parts based on their expertise.

I took my trailer here to have what I thought was a ton of work done and new parts installed. Im not well versed in trailer maintenance so they could ve taken me to the cleaners. However they inspected the entire trailer, only replaced what truly needed replacing, and put a couple of nuts & bolts where they were needed instead of replacing the whole unit (winch, coupler, jack, etc). It s not always easy to find an honest shop, and I will take my business there for the life of all my trailers. Can t thank them enough.

Awesome... On a trip up to Lake George my bearing on my boat trailer blew and I had it towed to them. With in 2 hours I was back on the road. They explained is simple terms what was wrong and showed me the parts that were damaged before replacing them. Very professional and great attitudes. Don't go anywhere else.

Great service, good / fair pricing and a Covid complying show room. The store is located behind Fuda tile. A bit tricky to find, even with GPS. Nice folks.

We have had 2 hitches installed here over the years. Always good and friendly service, and they get it done right. I chose this place over a place which is much more local to me for these reasons.
