Got tires last week for my jeep. Everyone is respectful and professional. Also had an oil change done and had the shop check the breaks and my alignment. The staff was honest and gave me reasonable pricing. I ended up getting both the breaks and alignment done while I waited. Great service, great prices, and honest people. Couldn t ask for anything more! Big thanks to the manager Brian who is just the best! The only place I trust to take my car and not all the money in my wallet!

This place is where I recommend all my family, friends, and coworkers take their vehicles. Brian, along with his team members who provide service to my cars have been phenomenal. If it wasn't for the accuracy and attention Brian showed when looking over my car, my family wouldn't be safe. We can't say enough about that uneasy, worried feeling that has disappeared because of all the hard work and effort Brian exemplifies. The two cars my family drives have been serviced at Goodyear in Butler and we don't intend on bringing them anywhere else as long as Brian is there. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable, experienced, and understanding. Customer Service goes a long way. Thank you for all you and your team does and have done for us!

Staff is excellent. Very friendly and welcoming. I work in a doctor s office and customer service is one of our top priorities. So it s a big deal for me to feel like I m being given the appropriate attention and service. Also they went above and beyond. I was brought back to my vehicle and the issue was literally pointed out to me. They did this, I believe, so I could understand the gravity of my car situation and make SAFE decisions! Great place.

The customer service by Brian and his team continues to be OUTSTANDING! It's the little things that count and Brian has captured our trust and sincere gratitude from doing just that. I'm very happy that my brother recommended this Goodyear shop and now I am experiencing first-hand why he raved (and continues to rave) about them. Beginning with Brian squeezing in an emergency tire repair for my wife, to he and Ed always offering the best Goodyear tire promotions, to honest repair advice and reliable service. Two weeks ago, a road condition caused a flat tire with our Explorer. It was a frigid day and I succeeded in getting the lug nuts off and the car jacked up for changing to the spare, however, the wheel was frozen to the hub. Despite my attempts to kick it free, it would not budge. I called Butler Goodyear for advice and Brian answered the phone. He let me know this was a common problem and that I needed to use a heavy-duty rubber mallet to knock it off from behind the wheel. I did not have a mallet with me and when I explained where I was located (5 minutes from his shop), he told me he would be right there. Brian arrived in his car shortly after and with mallet in hand, got the job done! Truly AMAZING customer service!!

I brought a set of custom wheels in to have Goodyear tires mounted. Brian ordered a specific set of tires for me that arrived very quickly. He got them mounted and balanced and had the Tpms sensors programmed with no issues. Couldn t be happier.

Ok, hands down!! The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company off of Rt23 in butler is the place to go. I had the unfortunate experience of losing my tamper proof wheel lock, and I thought I was done for, But there's a guy here named Brian Callahan, he is the number one guy to ask for serious jobs that would need, lets say, specialized care. Can you believe he removed all 4 of my tamper proof locks with out making one scratch to any of my rims. I love my truck to death. Yes dont get me wrong, I was nervous, but when he was done, this man showed a me skill that must be unmatched in all my years of getting my trucks serviced. Its is truly awesome to know that a man with this type of surgical experience even exists. And better yet works here. So again if you have any doubts about your vehicles service provider, leave them and come here. You won't regret it. I promise you, plus Tell them keith referred you. For some crazy real storys Lol. All around seamless experience. Attentive and quick service, and they were really accommodating fitting me into the schedule on short notice! Everything was explained to me respectfully and I didn't feel pressured or upsold at all. I can tell the manager very genuinely cares about his customers and even gave me great advice about what to do to get the most out of my dealership warranty. Trustworthy and fair, I highly recommend.

Stellar and efficient service. Staff exceeded my expectations, especially Brian. He helped me from the moment I walked in and saw to it that I was satisfied until I drove off. My car needed a lot of work, but Brian was of great help to economize my service and ensure high quality work. He was extremely transparent with what was needed and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely come back again for future maintenance.

The best place around for quick and efficient maintenance! I got a great deal on my tires and alignment and trust their professional opinion 100% Brian informed me on everything I was unsure of and thanks to their hard work I was only waiting a short amount of time and left with my new reliable set of tires. Totally recommend!!

The place is like 20 minutes from me, but well worth the trip, best place around. Not only is the work done quick and well everyone is super friendly. Brian especially, phenomenal guy, super friendly, and super knowledgeable. Will for sure be back again, excellent service!

I had an issue with them doing my alignment and Ed suggested that it was my subframe and that my car was on a recall and I should contact my dealership. I was never notified. I called and He was correct and they replaced my subframe! If it was not for Ed letting me know about my subframe and that there was a recall I would have had a huge issue with my car now and in the future as I was unable to align my tires. Thank you Ed for your honesty and guidance!!!

I love coming here,it's not easy finding honest Mechanic's who will treat your car investment as there own. these guys are very knowledgeable, will tell u the God honest truth of what you really need and don't need.i will continue to come here not just because of the name Goodyear but the people who work there that makes the difference,Brian the manager is the very one everyone should go to,he's the best at what he does .He takes care of my cars that I cherish.Thank you

Very professional, very friendly excellent service. I didn t wait long for my car to be ready. Brian went out of his way to get me in and out without any problems. They did a great job helping me with my car. I would recommend this particular Goodyear because of the professionalism of their employees. Overall Great Service !!

Came in with a massive screw in my tire. I couldn t wait to get it patched because they were really busy so the kid behind the counter left his post to put air in my tire to get me home. He wouldn t even accept a tip. Tops!

I asked them to fix the issue with the brake pressure in my car. Whenever I hit a bump, the brakes become completely soft. They replaced the entire brake system, except for the master cylinder, but the problem persists. I picked up my car on Friday, but had to return it right away. The story changed from two mechanics test driving it to five, and they claimed to have bled it three then five times. As a woman, it's been challenging for me to have mechanics take me seriously. Yesterday (Monday), I picked up my car again, but the brakes are still soft with air coming out of the pedal. A simple Google search indicates that there might be pressure loss through one of the hoses. Despite spending $1200 and the head mechanic insisting they did everything they could, I'm not willing to take the car back to that repair shop. I now have to find another mechanic in the middle of the work week. I had always liked Goodyear Auto. But Unfortunately after this I will not return.

Goodyear in Butler is my go to place for all things that have to do with tire purchase, maintenance and repair as well as brakes and other services. I have bad luck with tires! If there is a nail or bolt to be found on a roadway I will definitely catch it in my tire, and have had more flats than I can count. This happened again recently and I didn t realize until 530 pm. I called to bring it in for repair and Ed squeezed me in for the next morning. When I dropped it off around 6 that evening I told him how I was off the next day and really needed the truck and thanked him for squeezing me in. I left and an hr later got a call that the tire was fixed and I could come get my truck! This made a day that I was to spend with my son a lot less rushed and delayed. This is the kind of service I have always received at Goodyear from Ed, Brian and others. I highly recommend and will forever be a customer. They rock!

I do not usually write reviews but feel that the service I received from Brian at Goodyear in Butler deserves an exception.Brian, the manager of this store is truly a professional with a customer first attitude. He cares for his customers and safety is definitely one of his top priorities.I stopped by the service center the morning of December 21 wanting to have an oil change and solve for a slow air leak in one of the tires done before starting my trip to Florida the following morning. I did not have an appointment and the place was real busy. At first, he advised me that he did not have a slot but once he learned about my trip he found a way to squeeze me in. Thank God he did!!! he discovered that my front end was misaligned and the tires were worn on the inside representing a true risk of a blowout. He immediately ordered the tires had them delivered asap and I was able to start my with just a few hours of delay.I wish other merchants had managers with this level of customer care. I will definitely be a customer of Brian for years to come.

Had my son back from college for three days and Brian was able to fit me in quickly, even though he was short handed, and fix a 'nail in the tire' problem with our Goodyears! Always a pleasure and a shop u can trust!

I started coming here about a year ago and couldn t be happier! I no longer go to the car dealer for service and have switched to Goodyear for all service on my truck.Brian is amazing! So personable and helpful. He will stop what he is doing and help. He has put air in my tires when quickchecks air machine malfunctioned, accommodated me last minute when I noticed a bolt in my tire.I recommend Brian and his crew wholeheartedly. Wonderful knowing I can rely on his help when needed.

They were very accommodating, pleasant and professional! I had a bad experience with Mavis, left me with 3 of the same tire and 1 different even though I ordered 4 of the same. Went through Good year corp and created a claim! They found a solution. Sending me to Brian at GoodYear in Butler. This shop was the only one that would take on my case. Thanks again!

Ed, Brian and Dan are the absolute best. I drive 20 to 30 minutes to come to them for all my tire needs. They had no open appointments and squeezed me somehow when I needed a flat fixed. Love this team - honest and fair ,highly recommend!

I delt with brian getting my tire s rebalanced and put back on my car. I had a great experience with him. Highly recommend going to goodyear for anything you need done to your car. Great service.

Upon researching which Goodyear Auto Service Center to visit as a first time customer, this location had the best reviews. However, reading the reviews are not enough to encompass how wonderful my experience was with them changing my tires. First, the workmanship was superb on all levels. From the attention to detail, to the transparency and clarity they provided with the work they were doing, to the diagnostics they did to ensure that my car was in the best condition possible - it all made for high quality service that was every bit of thorough and complete. Everyone from the store manager to the representatives went above and beyond to ensure that I would get the services I needed, and in turn, at an awesome price. I highly recommend this location to anyone that needs auto services. Thank you to Brian, Ed, and everyone at this location for their exceptional customer service.

Came in yesterday with emergency, tire leaking on my work truck. The manager Brian took me right in and replaced my tires. I ended up doing my oil change there too. After realigning my wheels I was good as new. Love the service and price was right. Thanks to Steve as well my technician. :)

My battery died a few doors down and after calling several different shops in the area (who all said they were too busy for me), Brian, at Goodyear auto service said he would come and jump my car for me. About 10 minutes later he showed up, jumped my car, and led me back to the shop to replace my battery. I couldn t ask for better service or kinder behavior. Brian is a literal godsend. Thank you Brian and thank you Goodyear!
