I visited a couple of shops to compare prices and to judge professionalism. . I chose Creative because the owner runs and works in the shop. I also noticed a catalog of previous jobs they did and I was impressed. I had them replace my headliners and install soundproofing. They also recovered the armrest and replaced foam in Drivers seat.The job was done on time as promised. The quality of workmanship was excellent.The attitude of the owner and staff were courteous and Buisness like. As for cost they were slightly higher (15 percent)than the others . However for the overall experience of it all represents value.

Everyone was very respectful and knowledgeable. It was a nice experience and the car top was fixed in less than two weeks. It looks great and I haven't had any problems, definitely going back if or when the car needs it.

The quality of the workmanship alone would have been enough for 5 stars, and I'd have been willing to pay top dollar just for that. Yet, even the pricing was more than fair and neither of those things were the best part: it all comes with the amazing service.A year ago I brought in my 2008 BMW M3 for a quote to repair my damaged headliner and other interior roof components. Roger looked over the car with me in detail and explained the costs and intricacies of repairing each part, and priced out several options I could choose from. I ended up prioritizing other work on the car over the course of that year, but this summer I finally settled on a repair option and headed back over to book an appointment. Roger remembered me and was able to quickly review and update the previous quote. A couple months later the car was serviced and the interior looked like it just rolled off the factory floor. Also a big thank you to Shelby for keeping me in the loop of all progress and handling all the booking details.If there is any knock, it's that too many people must know how great this shop is since they do have a good lead time for appointments. Even still, the fact that Roger and Shelby take time from their busy day to treat their customers and potential customers so well is something I'll never forget. Absolutely will be my first call should I need any of the services they provide.

I recently had my top replaced on my 1997 Z3, I had to schedule and wait awhile to get the work done, but they are worth the wait. There is a reason for all the 5 star reviews, Rodger and his staff genuinely want you to be happy. The quality of the workmanship is top notch. I can honestly say if you leave here unhappy its your own fault. I have a history of wanting things done right, you get that here and then some.

I brought my 2015 Volvo XC70 to Creative Auto Interiors in September 2018 to repair a rip in the leather seating. Right from the "get-go" Shelby and Rodger were very professional, friendly and great to work with. They found the best matching leather and did a fantastic job replacing the ripped seat covering. To top it off, they only needed my car for one day and the price was very reasonable too! I would gladly come again if I ever need this type of work in the future and highly recommend them to anyone else. I'm attaching a photo of the nice job!.

I had to have my headliner replaced in my Pontiac G8. I remember Tom's upholstery from memory in traveling over the years through Butler. I stopped by with the car and the more than friendly staff which is now creative Auto Interiors , explained what would be involved in making the repair. Rodger came out to my car with samples of the material that would be used to make the repair. And what is involved with the labor. I scheduled a date a month in advance. The girl in the office who I believe is Shelby? called to verify 3 days prior to the repair date. Once the car was done. She called to let me know it was completed. She is knowledgeable about upholstery also and was able to answer other questions I had about interiors. The quality of the work is awesome. Not one wrinkle or any other defect. Personally I think the material is better than Factory. And has a better texture to it The price to have the repair done was more than fair.I recommended creative Auto Interiors to anyone that needs any interior repair done correctly and professionally. Just picked up my 2022 Convertible Camaro LT1 from them after having a new top installed as the glass seems to fail on all of them and most dealers don t want to get involved with it as there techs would definitely not do the same job this place does. My car had 2200 miles on it when it started to fail and now looks like it was never touched as Roger and Shelby did a perfect job. For anyone who has a 2016 -2023 Camaro convertible take a look at your rear glass and if it s coming apart it may still be covered under the service bulletin and may be eligible for replacement. Call Creative Interior s first to do the work as there s nobody better qualified around and super easy to deal with.Services: Retrofitting, Classic car upholstery, Custom upholstery design, Seat rebuilds, Upholstery repair, Upholstery installation

They did a wonderful job repairing the leather in my Ford Explorer after a chemical was spilled that damaged it. Little on the expensive side, but so worth it for their expertise! You can t even tell there was ever any damage and the new leather matches the old leather perfectly.

Great experience working with Roger and Shelby! Headliner on my audi convertible was sagging. Two other shops wouldn't touch it. After discussing options of glue vs. sew with Roger, I left it up to him to make the decision once the cover was off. He went with the more difficult but longer term option of sewing and charged me LESS than original estimate!... Who does that!? ... Quality is great, they are true artisans. Customer service and communications were also excellent. Highly recommended! Thanks!

Rodger and Shelby helped me with my 2014 cayman S headliner repair. Headliner was sagging to the point where it was touching my head. Looks OEM now and clearly the work speaks for itself. Would recommend to anyone with headliner repairs and I m sure much more.

I spoke with Roger about upholstering the dash in my 1972 Ginetta G15. It was a great experience. He helped me select the perfect leather and was patient throughout the process. We added some color to the stitching and it looks sharp. The dash was not straightforward but Roger made it look perfect with a French stitch across the front and hidden seams in other areas where it just needed to conform the leather to the shape of the part. He crafted the padding to allow the defroster vents to sit flush with surface, giving the dash a very complete and thought-out look. A lot of attention to detail making the part look right. The staff at Creative Interiors is professional, knowledgeable, and BEYOND helpful! Their work is of great quality and I will surely recommend them to anyone I know in need of interior work. We were just having casual conversation when I went to pick up my car and they tried to help with a totally separate issue I had on my windshield from a car wash! Completely above and beyond the call of duty for us. Thanks!

I recently used Creative Auto Interiors for three separate repairs across two cars: a front seat, a headliner and two headrests. From the moment you walk through the door, you get professional, friendly service. Excellent workmanship, with everything perfectly matched to the original materials. It's obvious that the owner takes great pride in his work and it shows in the final product. Going in I wasn't sure what was possible in terms of the repairs. Suffice it to say that the work greatly exceeded my expectations. Great job at a fair price.

This business and the people who run it and work in it, are exceptional. The level of the work that they do is far and above the commonly executed jobs from 95 percent of the competing auto upholstery shops in the tri-state area. Honestly, most of the shops that produce similar results are practically exclusively dealing with prestige brands and museum/collection vehicles. Roger's shop is a treasure in the regional market. Having been there, interacted with the staff and seen the work space, projects and results they produce and how they treat their clients and their client vehicles; I was floored. They are perfectionists in a field where many who service the "general public" don't bother to insist on ensuring a "better-than-factory" result. They are upfront, honest, and unquestionably customer focused. They focus on thoroughly understanding the desire and needs of the client before they begin to prescribe or recommend any solution for a job. They have a respect and regard for every job from the full interior re-upholstery, to the two panel repair or replacement. Just setting up a job with them is a remarkably pleasant experience. You don't find this combination of qualities in most businesses nowadays, let alone the automotive industry. You can find good service and variable job quality, or excellent job quality and less than stellar customer service but to fine a shop that consistently delivers on both is nothing short of a miracle. And this shop really exists.The entire experience inspires confidence and makes their perfect review ratings entirely understandable. Their prices could possibly seem steep, but really they are industry standard and despite there being less expensive alternatives, this shop is priced accurately and the work is WELL worth the quoted cost. I am not being dramatic when I say that if you can afford it, you wouldn't be unjustified in sliding in a tip. You'll see that for yourself if you take this review to heart. If you need to upholster a vehicle in the tri-state area, I would confidently recommend that this shop be your first choice. Unless you are able to afford to go to the "more exclusive" client oriented shops, which I know a little about. I am trying to get the funds together to put in for a spot to completely reupholster my car myself.Call, go, and find out for yourself. You can tell me I was right later.

I did not have a good experience. I called, spoke to one of the employees, gave her my car make and model.She said come over so we could look at it and see what it's doing. I drove 26 miles, back roads, one hour to get there. As soon as I arrived the person there asked me what is the car doing, same conversation we had over the phone ... a different lady comes out and says I heard your conversation, and said we don't work on those cars we've had trouble withose you need to go to a dealer they have the right equipment to handle it. It was a big waste of my time of 2 hours, 2 gallons of gas, 52 miles round trip, she could have said on the phone we don't work on these ... very odd way to not do business.

Rodger tinted all my windows to a 20% film on my 2009 hemi-orange Dodge Challenger s few years ago. Sorry I'm late with this review. Outstanding professional job was done with a great price! Would highly recommend his work. Call him if you need tint work!

Have used Creative Auto on 3 different occasions (2 motorcycles & 1 truck). Stock 2014 Kawasaki Concours seat is sloped toward the gas tank and I was always ending up against the tank. 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 had very little lumbar support in back of seat. Ducati Hyper Motard seat locks you into one position no matter how tall or short you are. I am very particular with my rides. Rodger looked & listened very carefully to what was bothering me and what I wanted. He always clarified what he heard me saying and offered his solutions. He always made sure we were on the same page with the modification & the price before he started. He came through each time with precisely what was needed. Excellent work with professional service with fair pricing. Thanks Rodger & Dee.
