The people there are just so nice. They told me maintenance issues I should learn to fix myself and ways to save money. Highly recommend. I literally went in and got my tire fixed without an appointment.

I ve heard some good things and some bad things about this location, but I can only report that my experience was 100% positive. I had some service that was needed for my car and I came in that morning. They had people there so the gentleman asked me to come back at noon. I came back at noon, and they had to order my part. The gentleman told me that he would get my car prepped, and when the part arrived, he would replace it. Sure enough within the hour they had me on my way. I cannot say enough good things about them. The price was right the service was fast and I have zero complaints .

This review is only for the most recent visit because usually I don t have any issues. I got an oil change and at the end I was told that I need my front brakes and rotors replaced. I was quoted $600 which is a lot of money! Plus, on the write-up it said Coolant missing . When I asked what that meant, I was told it needed to be flushed. So when I brought my car back, I told them what was on the form and the guy at the desk looked confused. He went out and checked my car and said it just needed to be refilled. Thankfully the guy knew what he was doing and saved me from a whole job and spending unnecessary money. For the brakes - I found another reputable mechanic to replace them for half the price. Definitely not happy with Mr. Tires!

Had an 8am appointment, was told my car would be done an hour and a half later. Around 10:30 I was told it would be done in 45 minutes around 11:15. Around 12 noon I was told my car had a wrong part delivered, another part had to be ordered from Edison, NJ., the part would be be delivered around 1:30. I was told I could leave and come back, came back at 1:30, the part had arrived. I was then told my car would be done in about 30 minutes. Around 3:00 I was told the front alignment was being fixed, it would be done soon. Finally around 4:15, over 8 hours later after my 8am appointment my car was done. After paying I had to bring to their attention that nobody gave me my car keys. Bad service, bad experience overall. The one star I gave is for my car being fixed, hopefully without any issues.

We are from out of town and our tire exploded on 295. They took us fairly quickly and did a great job! Highly recommend.

I scheduled an appointment at 8 am. The store was not open. It was supposed to be open at 7:30 am. Several other customers arrived after me, and the store was still not open at 9. A customer called the customer service center, and they tried to reach out to the manager. No response. I left as did other customers.

NOT WORTH IT. AVOID AT ALL COST.1. Don t waste your time making an appointment, they will still make you wait hours to get serviced2. I came in for an oil change just for them to tell me that I would need the entire pan replaced because whoever they had service it last time I came used sealant to prevent it from leaking. NO ONE informed me of them doing this & they let me leave knowing the potential of the leak. They refuse to take any accountability, quoting me almost $900 for a new pan despite it being their error/lack of communication to begin with.This used to be my go-to service center but they lost me as a customer. If you care about your car (& your wallet) you d go somewhere else.

Go see Joe!! Awesome customer service, awesome mechanics. In and out under 30 mins for a tire patch. They handle a variety of work besides tires. I'm definitely going back because of Joe at the front desk. Clean office and clean shop and everyone that was there was professional.

Lee is the manager at Mr. Tire. He is the best. He Attended my concerns and made me feel really comfortable with all the work that hes going to be doing to my vehicle. He is very knowledgeable within his feild and caring about how he takes care of his customers property. I love him with all my heart will Recommend him to everybody that I know. Thanks Lee

Poor CommunicationPoor Customer ServiceThey called to discuss changes and did not leave a message (twice). Then they switched my tire order (without hearing from us). They say I did not order the right size. Manager (I believe he was) made me feel like it was my fault that they switched tire brands. Told me I should have verified the size.He got offended when I bring up that the tires don t have mounting dots (New markings that assist with mounting) as I questioned if they were brand new. Yes- no colored mounting dots were on the tires.The tires had lots of good tread. (But is that brand new?) I will never be sure. I believe a new tire should show mounting dots to show the customer that it is new.Also, the DOT numbers on the receipt are slightly incorrect (but the same year) to the tires. (Probably not important).The work seems good. The tire seems good. I don t want anything from them.I want people to know my experience.This is about Customer Service. Let us have a choice in the tire that is to be switched. Leave a message when calling and dealing with changes to a vehicle order. And mount tires with mounting dots, new marks etc to show customers you are using brand new tires.UPDATE:The hotline has given me a $75 credit to use at any location. It s acceptable. I m moving on. Hope it helped someone.

I have been coming to this location in Burlington for the last 2 years for my oil changes. However, the other day when I came in a little after 8:30 am for an oil change, they told me they wouldn't be able to get to my oil change until after 4pm! Then they proceeded to ask if I could leave my car. What made it worse was the attitude of the mechanic and the guy at the desk making appointments. Both had super dry attitudes and I felt it best to take my car down the street to Jiffy. That is where I'll be going for now on. When i went down the street they were busy and still had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. I understand that a lot of places are short staff, but it is not fair to take the fustration out on your customers. Needless to say, I saw a lot of customers drive off that day to seek services elsewhere.

It's been hit or miss for me as far as the mood of the front desk/people answering the phone is concerned. I'll give them some leeway, since they probably get tired of answering dumb questions...mine included. But, they get the job done correctly (the first time...I've never had to bring it back as a follow-up). They have "suggestions" for additional repairs, but they've never been aggressive about it...at least not in my experience. I have the drive card. Beware: I doesn't get you all the discounts promised on things like oil changes. I will keep going there, though.

So I gave 2 stars because the work seems fine and the guy at the desk was as accommodating as he could be. However I had an appointment for 11:30 and my car wasn t looked at until 12:20 and wasn t done until 1:10. I know mechanics tend to be very slow moving ppl but nearly 2 hours to change 4 tires isn t reasonable. If you have to come to this spot, try to have someone pick you up because appoint times are seemingly meaningless. If I can help it, I will not return here.Service: Tires

70 miles from home, a warning on my dashboard forced me to pull off the Highway not sure what to do, I googled tire repair and found Mr Tire nearby. With just an hour or so before closing, the trusted tech knew his stuff and treated me like I was family in a bind he swiftly diagnosed the issue, and even went to another town to grab the tires I needed (because that shop did not have the tires in stock). As I sat in the shop waiting for my service to be completed, I overheard their communication with several clients. Every customer was treated with the same confident care and service. The price was fair and service was excellent. I recommend this business 100%.

Needed new tires for my Malibu, so I shopped around locally and decided to go with Mr Tire, my husband and I used only them when we lived in PA. So now in NJ, and have had them do an oil change for me plus gave me the best deal so I went with the Burlington location. Customer service was at its best here and the Manager made my experience a positive one. They will be my go to place for all my autos care. Thanks guys, kudos to you

This store only put 3 of 5 lug nuts on the wheel and charged but did not do the rear wheel alignment . I d stay away.

Honestly impressed with the great service I received today from this place. Had my wife s car in to get the tire plugged and Ozzy took great care of me and was beyond reasonable with the price. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone and plan to return in the future.

This place is a rip off they added hazzard insurance to the tires I was buying without asking me.i went to pepboys instead and saved 600 dollars.

Will not return to Mr. Tire very poor customer service from Management (Lee). Took my car for an oil change. Went back to pick it up checked my oil and it was still dirty like it was never changed asked Management to check to make sure it was done properly and he began to get sarcastic with my husband and I. My glove box was also went through and a few of my items were left on the floor that were in my glove box. I pay to get my car serviced properly. I don't want to keep worrying about if it's being done right so I will take my services some where else .
