He's a thief. Stole my car parts and told me someone stole them from his shop. Told me he would order new ones. I called for 2 weeks still no parts. Thief. Don't use him. Thief. Took my car there for rear wheel bearings. I got quotes from BMW meinkee, and 2 other places. He told me he had to see the car first. Told me I need 2 new cv axles because my nuts were rusted. Never gave me a price he did say he would beat every on else. Took the car there to get fixed and he told me the price for all the work. I said I did have that and ask for my wheel bearing he couldn't find them. Took my car somewhere else and got it fixed with parts for same price. I just want my parts. I'm out 130 dollars. I will take him to court if I have to. And I didn't need new cv axle. The rusted nuts came off. Give me my parts or my money. Badddd business.

Jay is working steadily on saving my 2005 diesel Dodge sprinter engine from the Black Death. The dealer would have been happy to sell me a transmission when what I really needed is engine work. Jay is five-stars all day long!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! He is a hustler that overcharges for his bad work and poor attitude. He caused more problems on my car after he so called fixed it. You will waste your money.

Awesome service!! Very honest and knows what needs to be done. Does not add extra costs and will be upfront what needs to be done. We will always use Jay s Auto.
