I have to give a major shout out to the Honda Service department and also ( Jessica) for helping my son to get back on the road quickly on April 3rd !I'm so glad Justin recommended for us to think about purchasing the Davis Warranty when we bought the Honda Civic!It literally paid for itself and I was floored at how fast the claim was submitted on my behalf . My son texted me that he hit a pot hole and was taking it to Honda for them to look at it. Jessica texted me within minutes that she was going to look into things and keep me abreast of the claim approval.I thought my son would need a loaner and before you knew it Jessica was texting me back that he would be on his way and everything was fixed within 20 mins!I so wish everyone would purchase this Warranty as it saves $ and stress down the road!So glad everything worked out for us!The car has been running great

They are very good at wasting people's time do not go to this place they told me if I didn't have appointments its going to take 2 and a half hours to look at the car and I had an appointment it took them 3 hours to look at my car

I receive great, knowledgeable service from Davis Honda and their technicians. Always quick and efficient plus a complimentary car wash at Brite's afterwards.

Sales people never responded after the sale for questions. Once you're out the door, don't expect to ever get help. They will probably respond to this message with the generic "contact us to make it right message" but they never respond to emails or phone calls.

The only thing that upset is the price of the oil change. I have never paid that amount in all the years of owning a car. It is absurd!
