I purchased my Sierra here recently. Do your basic research and if it leads you to a GM product, give Johnson a visit. My experience from sales to finance to management, and even a quick service stop was all fantastic. If you think somewhere else is giving you a better deal, show them. The visit will be worth your time!

I bought used jeep Grand Cherokee 2018 and finance manager Jeffrey Bash sold me extended warranty on that vehicle. After a few mounts, I decided to trade in my car and change it to the newer one. I spoke with Jeffrey, he said he will cancel my extended warranty and he never did. I was there several times, one day he told me I will receive confirmation on my email at the same day and I never got it. My last time when I was there, I brought printed info with my information, so he won t forget. And again, nothing. I called him several times and he never pick up the phone, never call me back, didn t see any emails from him. This is one star customer service.

I bought a 2023 Chevy Silverado 3500HD High Country from Johnson GMC recently. It's my second truck purchase from Johnson (first was at the RAM dealership). As was the first, the experience was awesome! Josh my sales guy did a great job, pleasant, professional and satisfied my needs even after the sale. These days it's hard to get service like this, thanks Johnson GMC!

Jon was my salesman and was professional and extremely helpful. If I did not wait 20 years to buy my next new car or truck I would return and find him again. The entire team there made the transaction simple and easy from walk in to ordering to receiving the truck.

The dealership was great and my Salesman ( Jon Louie) was wonderful. He was friendly, knowledgable and extermely accomodating and even after I bought the car made it a point to make sure I was happy with everything. He didn't pressure me in any way and made buying my Denali a very pleasant experience.

Great experience at Johnson GMC! Zach and Jason were both extremely helpful, easy to get in touch with and were straight forward with me from the very beginning. I was looking for a specific truck that they did not have on their lot, and within 2 days Zach was able to locate one for me from another dealer with the exact options I was looking for and go pick it up! No hidden fees or unexpected surprises when I went to pick up ny new vehicle, everything was exactly as discussed. Will definitely send family and friends looking for a new vehicle their way!

Friend of mine brought his 18 Silverado in for service, LOF and trans service as well as the thermal bypass valve. I used to work for Chevy as a tech and know for a fact that the transmissions in them have issues. When they worked on his truck they said the trans service wasn't needed till 100K miles and then didn't do it. from my experience, when these go over 100k miles and are then flush, issues arise that usually results in rebuild or replace and shouldn't be done over 100k if they have never been done before.When he mentioned the thermal bypass valve, and mentioned the GM TSB about them stating they need to be replaced with a lower temperature one, he was told they have never seen the TSB before and that the transmission needs to be removed from the truck to change it. The fact that the transmission needs to be removed is a complete and utter lie. The TSB should be known about as it states to replace the valve with ALL rebuilds or replacements as well as replacing for customer concern not duplicated. it also only takes maybe 5 minutes to change. The TSB is 21-NA-199. Based on my friends experience here not only would i never recommend this dealership, i would advise against it.

Everyone from the front desk, to the sales managers, finance, service department were all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. There team was willing to extend themselves to offer a great customer service experience. Work with a manger Jay on price point s. I plan on recommending them to everyone I know. I bought a beautiful Canyon Elevation SLE, CPO basically brand new. They made sure to top off all of the fluids, had the trucked cleaned filled up the tank for me and were even willing to drop it off at my house free of cost.

Spoke to Ricardo Rabko over the phone, about a GMC Terrain I saw online. Ricardo set me up with an appointment to see the suv. Went and test drove the vehicle. Got back to the dealership and Ricardo made it smooth sailing after that and I went home with a Brand New GMC for my wife, for an early Christmas present! Thank you Ricardo for the awesome service you provided. Will see you soon for that next purchase of the Yukon!!

I just want to say that this dealership is unlike any I've ever been to. They actually care about the customer. My salesman, Ralph, was so nice and more concerned with if I was happy with my purchase than his commission. It was so refreshing to meet a salesman that actually cared about the customer at a car dealership. The dealership, itself, is awesome. I just received a Honda Pilot and brought it to my mechanic. My mechanic said I'd done a good job at finding a reliable vehicle. There was only one issue with the car, I called Ralph and I'm going in tomorrow to have them fix it, free of charge. I truly believe this is a family-driven car dealership. I definitely would recommend it if you're looking for a good deal!!! Happy hunting!!!!

If I could give this dealership negative 100 stars I would. I bought a used dodge ram 2012 truck back at the end of July 2023 thinking it was a great deal for 13,000 dollars well watch out people this dealership is the biggest scam ever. They sold this truck to me with no brakes cracked tandem bar no rosters no wheel wells left the right back caliber frozen to my what was left of my right wheel that s taking it to my personal mechanic so I call the dealership up oh bring it up to us minding I live an hour plus from this dealership all the way in Warwick ny. So I drove this truck with no brakes up to the dealership on September 26 2023 drop it off very terrible communication I always had to call them about an update on my truck. I ask them about a loaner vehicle oh we don t have any to give you call your own insurance company the service manager tells me which I already know there not gonna cover the rent a vehicle while this truck in the shop. This dealership never had the truck finished until October 28 2023 a month later. Also why this dealership is a scam is because I don t even own this truck the finance manager at the dealership blamed me for changing banks for my truck loan so come to find out I am paying a loan and insurance on this truck I don t even own and it s not even registered to me I look on the car fax report says the truck I bought supposedly is listed as still one owner listed as for sale still and the title and registration haven t been changed over since I supposedly bought this dodge ram truck from this dealership and still this month November 2023 this dealership hasn t submitted any paperwork to the New Jersey DMV per my bank still hasn t received anything from the dmv word to the wise I wouldn t recommend anyone not even my friends to buy anything used or brand new from this dealership very shady sales manager and finance manager so I would never myself buy anything thing from this dealership or buy any vehicles out of state of New York again. And now my right driver side door is bulging out and squeaky when I shut it and the battery light is on and doesn t start any more either not getting it towed to a mechanic shop as I don t even own this dodge ram 2012 1500 pickup truck plus I pay for an extended warranty and it s I don t own this truck plus the driver side mirror broken as well and I just duct taped it on this truck is a hunk of junk so again I would never plus this dealership made me pay half the cost for a cracked windshield before I even received this dodge ram truck so won t buy anything else from this dealership again all they do is lie and cheat you out of money to buy their rusty garbage vehicles . Plus I had to spend another 500 dollars just to get new lug nuts and caps put on this truck as well because the lug nuts and caps were so rusted and stripped my mechanic hardly could get them off to get the tires off. So please don t buy anything from this dealership as they will scam and lie to you just to sell you a vehicle. Updated on this review 6 months now and still nothing but lies an fraud have no title and no registration thanks to these idiots that sold me a truck that was possibly stolen with very bad paperwork had the police run the vin number comes back unfounded and registered to no one found out that no paperwork has ever been sent to the nj DMV to get the truck processed for the registration still marked as for sale on your website til this day no help at all from your GM as terrible as the staff that runs this dealership. This truck complete trash needs a new driver side door new fuse box new battery new alternator new electric lines and a new starter as well complete junk this truck is now key locked into the ignition switch your company did nothing for me except ruin my life and my credit due to being lied to and scammed don t know how you stay in business with people that are proud of being liars they sell you anything just to get rid of it. I would never recommend this place to my friends or family and I definitely won t buy anything else again

It was the best car buying experience. Chris V called me 2 weeks ago and asked if I am still looking for GMC Yukon. Yes I have been searching for over a month. He said the dealership will have one by end of Oct. we went through paper work over the phone and email. Get the finance ready. It is a number I can accept. Thanks Jeff for diligently running numbers and applications for me. Yukon arrived on Friday and I was able to drive it home by Saturday. Thank you!

Dropped my car off for an oil change on Saturday morning at 9am - I had an appointment, the service writer told me that the car should be ready in about 2 hours. I asked them to call me as soon as the car was ready. I waited for a call until 2:45pm - nobody called me. I called the dealership only to find out that the service department was already closed - what happened to great service??? I got my car and it was dirty - I was under the impression that my car was supposed to get washed with service. Also, when I went to change my oil before last one, I was told that I need to do my brakes and they told me that to change the pads it would be $700, but this time around nobody told me anything - what is going on??? When I dropped my car last time, I saw an advertisement at the dealership for a brake pad service for $199 - again what is going on? This was a very disappointing experience for me.

I have never had a more pleasant experience from my first phone call to picking up my care. Everything went seamlessly from my wonderful salesman Shelby to Jeff the finance manager. This was my second time leading a car and I won t go anywhere else. Honest, helpful and friendly! Best car buying experience ever.

It took 45 minutes to finish the paperwork and walk out with the car. I believe that exceeded my expectations for speed. We spent time getting the Bluetooth and Android Auto setup. The salesman took his time to explain the features and how to use them. Car is immaculate. I got a good deal from Callaremi.

I brought my vehicle in for service on Wednesday, August 2nd for service that I booked through the mobile app. I received a phone call on Thursday, August 3rd explaining what repairs I needed and was given an estimate of the cost. I did not hear about my vehicle again until Friday, August 4th after I called to follow up. I was told I would get a call back which I still had not received an hour later, so I called back again to find out when I could pick my vehicle up. I was told it would be ready in an hour, so I went and picked up my vehicle. The repairs had been completed and I paid for them. When I got into my vehicle, I noticed that the center console would not open and the latch was broken. A service manager came out to look at it and after it was unable to be opened, I was told that the part would be ordered and I would get a call. Over a week later, I hadn t heard anything so I called back today, August 15th only to find out that my part had not yet been ordered. I was told that the part was now being ordered and I will hear back when it comes in. After all of this I just don t have much faith that I will hear back in a timely manner.

The honesty and care could not have made this process easier. It's always stressful going to purchase or lease a new car, you feel like you have to have your guard up. They made a very bad experience at a different dealership, such a great experience with them. John, our salesman, did a great job, and Jason, the GM, walked us through all the numbers. We have now purchased a second car through them, and will be purchasing all of our future GM vehicles here in the future.
