Wow , the staff lead by Tyler Brown at Firestone was incredible. They diagnosed and fixed my car in less than 6 hours . I don t believe in disparaging places online but I went to a place that sounds a lot like Davis discount tire and the same issue took them 2 days to fixThank you to the staff at Firestone , if I could give more than 4 stars I would thank you

The process was smooth and efficient. I bought the tires from TireRack. They shipped the tires to Firestone and made the appointment for me. I stopped by on my appointment date/time and dropped off the car. The staff were careful to install the new tires without damage to the rims using a modern tire mounting tool. I happened to stop back after lunch right as they were finishing the job. I'm satisfied and will recommend this location to others. The location is almost 60 minutes away. I didn't mind the distance since I knew the quality of their work. I also have a friend in the area so I was able to make good use of the time while waiting for the installation to be completed.

As a first time customer, the staff was extremely helpful explaining all options for payment saving me money I didn't have to spend. The work was done on time and I got a couple calls giving me options on how the work would done. Great staff !

The sales person who helped me choose the tires took his time to explain different options.He also explained the good reason to have the warranty on the tires and it was very easy to work with.

Despite some issues with the techs missing problems with my son's Lexus, Liberty was a shining light at this store. She went out of her way to help resolve our issues in a positive and friendly manner. Liberty shows leadership skills beyond her years and I hope she continues to have an upwardly mobile career with Firestone.

Out of all the Firestones I have been to, this is by far my favorite one. All the staff members are very nice to deal with. I have found it very easy to schedule service there. As a result. I am willing to travel 40 minutes to get there. Well worth the trip.

I have 3 cars serviced there and even since we have moved to a different area of NJ, we still come back to Budd Lake Firestone because of the great customer service and quality work.

I came here for a simple oil change and you left my oil drain loose and almost kill my engine, on top of that charged me over a hundred for something that can be done for $60. Overpriced and irresponsible.

Waited 2hours and 20 minutes for a oil change and tire rotation, they didn't have an oil filter for my car and didn't tell me till I sat there for one hour and 30 minutes!

I've had numerous jobs done there. Always friendly. Always on time. Alex and Liberty and Scott are always willing to help out and take care of my needs. Willie and Adam and the others in the shop are very knowledgeable and helpful if I ever have any questions about my cars service as well.

Great people honest to the point. You could get appointment same week or next day most times. Their $10 checkup is amazing. Awesome tires that last long and they back up their warranty.

This place was awesome! My tires needed air. I do not know how to fill my tires with air, no gas stations to help me. Was told to go there, & the gentleman at the service desk was very kind & polite eager to help me as soon as I walked in. He asked me to pull my car in front of the bay doors, where a tech came out to fill my tires. I noticed his name was Angel. He in fact was an angel. He was thorough with his job & very happy in helping me with a smile. If I'm every in need of tires I will definitely go there. Hard ti find ppl to give service with a Smile especially of you aren't spending money.

Had a last minute issue with a noise in the front end at 5:30 pm these guys got my jeep in right away. Turned out we had a nail in the tire.. my wife and i were leaving for TN in the am. The system showed they did not have it but Alan had his inventory all but committed to memory, he knew they had one and sure enough they did. Angle the tech was great and they mounted and balanced and got us on our way. Great work.. great customer service!!!Service: Tires

I have complete confidence in the team at Firestone of Budd Lake, which has kept me coming back for the past three years for scheduled maintenance and unscheduled repairs on my family's vehicles. Mayra and Alan have always been friendly and frank, discerning which services were necessary for immediate safety, which services could be put off for a little longer without posing a risk, and which services were recommended solely for optimal performance. The pricing is upfront, they honor their quotes, and the mechanics get the job done. Seriously overpriced but they do put 1000% into their customer service and gave me a credit card. Which will come in handy if there is an emergency. Unfortunately, they talked me into 4 brand new tires when I only needed 2 because I had just gotten 2 new tires a few months prior. They told me I could keep those 2 to have as back up tires but then proceeded to discard them anyway. Also refused to do an oil change claiming I had an oil leak as the reason the refused but I don't see any oil leaking and TBH it's so overdue that the oil filter has just given up. Memes to say since they refused I still haven't had it done. I have a few hours in the week as it is. If I ask you to do something and you tell me your will then please just do it. Don't do me any favors cuz now it's just 10 times worse. Keep in mind the guy at the counter was awesome. 0 complaints about his customer service that evening.

Terrible experience. I went is specifically to have a tire plugged as I was late for work. I was very specific that I wanted no other work performed at the time. After having me wait for over an hour, they informed me they could not plug my tire. However, they had an estimate for me totaling $2,116 for services that I had not asked about. They could have taken a moment to look at the tire and tell me they would not plug it without going through this. Time wasted that I didn't have just so they could try to slam me with an overpriced estimate. While there, I overheard other people having similar conversations. Never again would I go there.

Myra was very helpful with getting our car fixed. We had unexpected oil and tire problems and we rolled up very early in the day and she was excited to help us. She did everything she could to get us out of there asap and was very understanding about our situation. Great speed and great service

I had the pleasure of meeting Alan when I went in for an oil change. And I must say he is the best, he is definitely due for another raise. From his personality, to his professionalism and his exceptional customer service. Alan is very knowledgeable, didn't try and scam me, and informed me of what is getting done, how much it cost and no big sticker shock like you get when you go to the dealer! He made sure I got a good price for the service. I highly recommend this place. I'll definitely be bringing my vehicles back for future services.

I absolutely love this store! Mayra and Alan are super friendly, extremely respectful and are both very accommodating. They are not pushy to sell the gimmick and the technicians assisted as well with advice with all recommendations. I look forward to doing more business at this location. We ve have always had a wonderful experience with this location! I had an issue last week with a a flat tire and I was able to go in and have it fixed within 20/30 minutes. If they can get your car done ahead of schedule they absolutely will. I went there once to get my wife front tires replace. Apply for the Firestone credit card and I love it. Great Deal great discounts, no interest fee if you paid in 6 months. Again love it I am not taking my wife and my car no where else. Firestone is the place to go. All employees working behind the counter knows how to treat customers they make you feel welcome they make you feel confortable getting your car repair job with them.

Went in to get new tires installed, even though it was the day right after Christmas, they did their best to get my car going. Alan there was really helpful even though it got busy, will definitely be coming here again for any further services.
