The owner had an attitude as soon as I arrived. I approached him respectfully and asked a simple question about my vehicle and first he tells me I dont know what I'm talking about(which I did) then he asked me why I didn't have my vehicle towed earlier that week when I first approached him about the situation. First his tow man didn't answer secondly its none of his business I was there at the moment so I had my truck towed to his competitor up the road will not ever do business there also he never asked my name or for my information like his competitor up the road bad customer service and hospitality.he also rolled his eyes and walked away.very immature in my opinion.

5 stars!! Highly recommend!! I brought my car in on a Saturday when they weren't open and Curt and his crew had my car done and ready to go by Tuesday. So it only took 2 days to finish, in reality. Curt was there to answer any questions I had, as well as my fathers, which was very appreciated! Reasonable price too! I will be using them again for all of my car needs!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

DYNAMITE! Give me a sticker so I can rep these guys. They know their stuff. You need a lift on your truck, you Need to call these guys. Professional, courteous and fine in a timely matter. Glad their here, a customer for life. Getting everything done to my RAM here, ask for Curt or the Beard. Thanks guys, get me a sticker for my truck! I'll be spending all my money here!

I was referred here by Marcus from On the Go Mobile Oil Changes. Truth be told, I am always scared of going to shops for auto repair. I always found them to be intimidating. And I definitely hate leaving my car too! But, I had a bad Camshaft sensor, and my car was experiencing misfiring, so I had to take it in. The car was basically undrivable. I took it in, and walked into the office expecting the worst, but was pleasantly surprised. The two guys I interacted with were extremely warm and inviting. I explained that I had a fear of taking ubers (being a female and all), and asked them if it was okay if I waited there in their office while the repairs were being done. They were extremely understanding! They even moved my car to the front of the line so I didn't even have to wait more than an hour for the repairs to be done. They had everything in stock. I was in and out in under an hour, and the repairs weren't that even all that expensive. I found the prices very fair. They also did not overwhelm me with a bunch of upcharges which was extremely appreciated. They were extremely reasonable, professional and kind. I could tell they actually enjoyed what they did because they were very passionate. They took the time to explain everything to me, which again, was greatly appreciated. They broke it down in simplistic terms so I could understand. They didn't overwhelm me with a bunch of mechanic jargon. Truth be told, I am so glad I was referred to this place. I feel super confident that if I ever experience auto issues again, I will be taken care of here. I trust them completely, and was treated extremely well. I am referring everyone to this place. I had an amazing auto repair experience! Not many people can say that! Thanks again guys!Service: Auto maintenance

I do not recommend. Been hearing nothing but good things and I know Jerry s good people, so I finally Went in and asked if they had time/wanted the job before paying for a tow, to get it there.Gave all the details and Was told to hang on so they could double check with the boss. Came back and said all was well and to drop it off.Got it towed there.Got a call the next morning from Curt, telling me to come get your truck. I don t want this job. Another mechanic who s worked on it before, saw it sitting here and told me it s gonna be a headache. and I don t want any headaches Without checking it out or knowing how much money I ve invested into this truck since whoever last worked on it.I appreciate the bluntness. Def would ve Appreciated it before verifying with your employees before I wasted more money on another unnecessary tow.No apology or anything smh.

Super friendly staff. Was more that willing to help with some custom exhaust work on a Durango I wanted done. Good price, quick service.The three star rating comes from the fact that the welding was absolutely terrible. It leaked the next day. Shortly after I had some unrelated body work done which required the exhaust to be removed by another shop (rear end damage). The body shop told me they hoped I didn't pay for it or asked if I did it myself. Not what you want to hear after having exhaust work done at a business that I was actually referred to by a friend.Service: Exhaust

Undercover auto was a great experience. The owner is a true blue collar guy who works hard and understands what the consumer wants. You never feel like they're pushing you to get extra things done to your vehicle so there no "up selling". They're honest andy work was done extremely fast. Other shops would have had my truck for weeks. I wish they were closer to my house is my only complaint.

I ve been more than pleased with the service that I have received from Undercover. I truly feel like their prices are far beyond more than fair. Somethings you may pay more or less for at certain shops depending upon what exactly needs to be worked on and your type of vehicle when you take your car to get worked on. They have worked on everything I ve ever had from my daily driven cars to Racecars. The owners are great guys and I would recommend this garage to all friends and family and anyone looking for a new mechanic.

Kurt and Miguel has been working on my vehicles for atleast 12yrs now. I have never had any problems, they do honest and reliable work. Very quick and the cost don't break the bank.

Really good .. they do good work and it's not expensive. I got brakes and some basic maintenance done there for reasonable prices. If I ever get any serious work done and the experience is as good I will come back and give then that 5th star.

These guys put in several hours of work for me at a last minute drop off. Saved me a nightmare and cost was VERY reasonable. I highly recommend this shop. May not look like much with all the clutter and junk but these guys are honest men and do good work.

Doesn't thoroughly go over vehicle well, Tells you nothing's wrong when you still have car problems after they look it over, Car issues are temporarily fixed then act up again so you have to spend more money. Do not recommend.

Overpaid to have them replace my clutch. Would have been cheaper at the dealership. They seem to be better with some vehicles over others.

this place is the worst to leave your car there for three months and they still haven't looked at it and when they do you have a job paid for you have to take it to another shop later on and have it really fix there somewheres else other than undercover
