I had some good work done throughout the years. I was quite fortunate to live right next door to one of their most meticulous, hard working, honest of employee's Chris Pope. Fortunate to have met owner Grant, mechanic Mike, & mechanic Jerome three very good guys. . You will be very happy. Having your Vechicles serviced here.

I needed new tires and called several local shops. This shop had the best prices, they were incredibly fast and accomodating. This will for sure be the place we continue to bring our trucks.

Fantastic service every time! I ve used Tri State for a few emergencies lately, flat tires and even when I locked my keys inside my car- as well as routine maintenance. They re efficient and thorough every time. Highly recommend.Service: TiresService: Tires

We use these guys for the brush trucks on the base & most of our GSA vehicles. They are pros & good at getting specialty tires. They have never let us down.

They re very friendly and are always looking for a way to help you. I have been carrying my vehicles for a long time and I have never had a problem.They are kind and respectful.I recommend them.

Had my tires removed from one set of wheels and installed and balanced on my newly bought wheels. Very nice people to deal with and the price was more than fair. I am very particular about my cars and they saw to my every need. Will be back in the Spring to have two new tires installed on my other car.Someone mentioned that the waiting area wasn't real appealing. Compared to a lot of other shops, theirs is, maybe a little dated but very clean.Highly recommended.Service: Auto tire replacement

Overall friendly service, started on time, easy to communicate with. Only thing not 5 stars is the facility is a bit aging to wait in and ended up taking about an extra hour then what was told. Not major issues and will return! Recommended as a local alternative for all things tires/wheels.

Hard to find a shop like this. They are very helpful and willing to work with you. My car is old and need lots of different repairs. They helped us to decide what items were not an option and then worked with us to find the most affordable solutions. If you need a job done that some other shop messed up, this is your place. I had a oil pan bolt that no one wanted to touch because it was over torqued and stripped from the last place ( I saw it before they worked on it). They changed the bolt, with prior notice, and had me satisfied knowing that I won't mess up my engine with burnt oil. They don't do rim repair, but the mechanics are quick to point out any real discrepancies and notify you. I love to DIY, but I am going here for anything I can't do myself.

I had my alternator on my 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe replaced here after it went bad. About 9 months later unfortunately the alternator they put in went on me too and I ended up stuck on the side of the road late at night. Despite the unfortunate circumstances, Grant and Tri-State Tire stood behind their work 100% and installed a new alternator under warranty free of charge to me and also provided me with a coupon to reimburse me for the tow to the shop, which was very appreciated. With so many people and businesses that do not stand behind their work and products anymore it's nice to see a place that actually does.

They did such a great job on getting my tires the right size and all in a timely manner. Then Contacting me when they were in. Plus also balancing them and doing my alignment when I took my car in to get them on. Overall did a great job!!!! So happy with my purchase. And My car rides SOO smooth. Deff the most reliable place in browns mills for tires and alignments and things like that. Deff recommend !

Had a blowout on my travel trailer and took it here. They had all 5 tires in stock and were willing to take care of me right then. Have used them in the past and will continue to. They are always great to work with.

This is the place to go for quality service with a great price. I've taken my vehicles to TriState for some time now and probably will never go anywhere else. They have great attitudes and will have you in and out in a timely manner. I recommend them to all.*Note*Their Oil change prices are way cheaper than others (Give them a shot)

Tristate & Grant are excellent. I broke down in a dangerous spot & Grant redirected the tow truck to get me ASAP. Less than 10 mins and the driver was there. Friendly, courteous, and safe my truck was recovered, loaded and I was safe. Having extensive experience I am leaving my truck in the able hands for clutch issues. I want to thank Grant and Tristate for rescuing me. I strongly recommend them to anyone with vehicle needs or towing.

I went here for an oil change as well as needing an install for a caliper, rotor and pads. I recieved excellent service at a great price! I compared prices for labor with other shops around and they were the best as well as the friendliest. Upon doing my brakes a rusty brake line blew and they handled it very professionally. I ended up having to leave my vehicle over the weekend and they finished the job of replacing the brake line in an impressively timely manner. I would highly recommend tristate for all your vehicles needs as they are honest, fair priced and very professional.

in my experience this place is not recommended, if you have a car breakdown, consider other mechanics !! slow service, and very high prices, before doing any repairs to the car I asked for a quote, when they gave me the quote the job was halfway through, practically I didn't have many options to choose from !! oh I forgot, in the end they almost didn't want to give me the invoice !!

I found a gem of a mechanic here. Highly recomend. I had so many lights on in my dash I dubed my car light bright. When engine light started flashing I took car in finally fearing it was terminal. They fixed for a very reasonable ammount. Very satisfied customer.

Told me I needed parts that were replaced only hours before bringing it in for alignment. Owner sent nasty Facebook messages threatening to tie me up in court. So I gave him my lawyers contact info. A shop only a mile away was able to do my alignment and not try to lie about unnecessary repairs.
